Before: Williams takes her turn with long time TE private enemy number 1 - edgy pre-fight conferences between the two as Mish vows punishment for Milano's savage post-fight cheapshot against Fishel. Alyssa revelling in her championship, convinced that beating Bleeth puts her on a new level, and a level decidedly higher than the 'poor man's Dani Fishel' as the champ refers to Mish. "My strategy?" Milano crows, "I want to go where everybody else goes on Mish - into that milk-chocolate gut of hers and tear it up. I can't think of anyone else I'd rather open my reign against." Williams has been tinkering with her style to make her more effective against boxers - she'll have to remember some smash mouth technique in order to compete against a very fit, compact, pressure-fighting champion. Alyssa with frosted locks, gold tankini, Mish in black bikini - they're face-on-face during ring instructions.

During R1: Collision midring as both girls hurtle off their stools, slam together like it's a rugby scrum instead of a boxing match and a dazzling display of energetic punching, straining legs, and iron wills develops. Girls take turns: Mish will stuff half a dozen cramming lefts and rights into Alyssa's tummy, budging the champ back a couple steps; Milano will take over, bashing away at the flanks and waist, rolling her shoulders inside, taking back the lost ground. Down the stretch, Williams just won't be denied - getting strong on Alyssa, shouldering and bodypunching her backward, but also fitting in a chopping right hand on the cheek and pumping lefts into those gorgeous melons to leave Milano hurting on the ropes at the bell. Mish not done - she clocks Alyssa a hard right hand late as the champ relaxes, then drifts her again as the ref is slow to act. Milano stunned - outraged, Mish petulant, shrugging her arm free of the ref's grasp as he walks her back to her corner.

R2: All Mish. Williams rockets off her stool and barrels into Milano in the champ's corner, cramming Alyssa into the turnbuckle and piling on with gusto. Mish digging in with brutal tummy punching, Alyssa covering up elbows in and slumping forward seems helpless under the beating. Intense shock to the body enough to dislodge Milano's mouthpiece as she shudders, ref can't get in there to replace it as there's no lull in the action. Williams goes bell to bell - beating in the champ's flanks, bodying Alyssa back up straight, putting combinations to work upstairs to hammer past Milano's guard. Down the stretch, Milano is wobbly butt, overwhelmed - she sinks to a knee with a boozy look of hurt and MISH CLOCKS HER AN EXTRA RIGHT HAND! Milano shunted to her hip - pointing in exhausted fury at Mish who is bodied back and warned by the ref. Milano takes a shaky 8 and sags back into the ropes for the final few seconds - Mish bodying up and jamming away with right uppercuts close in as Milano wilts forward.

R3: Mish almost catching Milano on her stool, tackles the rattled champion into her corner and lays into that midsection with savage abandon - Williams punching maniacally, letting it all go as Milano falls apart. Alyssa crumbling to her knees, blubbering as she pushes Mish back by her thighs in a pantomime entitled "Please stop the beating!" - ref wrapping up on Williams before she can bludgeon the defenceless champ an extra lick. Alyssa struggles up the ropes to take 8, and Williams wades in with a GORGEOUS overhand right, torquing Milano's head around and leaving the ersatz blonde stupified, hands at her chest, listing badly to port. Mish glorying in the act of destruction, blazing away with right hands against the sleepy face of her foe, palming up with the left to prevent Milano from drooping forward to the canvas. Beating goes on much, much too long before the ref finally tackles Mish away like a pit-bull owner getting his pet away from a baby carriage. Alyssa collapsing to her face bludgeoned senseless - TKO 3 for the winner and NEW flyweight champ - Michelle Williams!

After: Williams stomping around the ring, snarling whenever she passes by the slumbering back of the fallen Milano - remember this performance for next year's 'beating of the year' award. Alyssa simply pillaged by an irresistable blonde - Williams putting together her career-best effort for the biggest stakes imaginable - combined with her previous 2 outings she's arguably the hottest fighter in boxing right now. Combining Alyssa's last two meetings with TE fighters - you're talking about two of the worst beatings ever dished out to Alyssa Milano - Dani and Mish both just taking what they wanted. Towling off in the ring a gloating champ remarks, "Look, if you want to call me the enforcer of Tank Entertainment, or whatever, be my guest. The fact is, you can't bust Dani Fishel up the way Alyssa did and not answer to me eventually. FCBA sanctions are a joke - I went in there to take Milano's world away from her and leave her broken. Mission-freakin'-accomplished! It's been a long time comin', and let me tell you, this is SWEET!" Holding the belt high - that's one happy vixen tonight. Interestingly enough, names like Hatcher, Doherty, Packard, L'il Kim being bandied about as potential home-openers for Williams - no sign of the locked-out big three
