CELEBRITY BOXING AFTER DARK

Autumn: 35 YO, 5'4 (1.63m), Debut Fight, Pretty Little Punchers

Debby: 22 YO, 5'5 (1.65 m), 2-5-01.65 m), 2-5-0 since 2012, Beever's Babes USA

Results: Lookout Writing: Archer

Before: Autumn Reeser very excited about making her FCBA/SSB debut, though she admits: "At 35, even I realize, my prospects are limited, but that doesn't mean I can't show the fans how exciting and competitive I can be. I know that fighting someone over 10 years younger like Debby Ryan doesn't improve my chances, but it's not like I am a stranger to boxing. I've fought for years in small and private venues. The truth is, I am far more experienced that Debby and I think that will even things up in my favor."

Debby Ryan polite, but there is a hint of calculation as she says: "I wanted to get my 2016 season off to a winning start. I was 2-3 last year. In fact, I lost my last 3 times out. Those were good fights, but you can't allow a losing streak to get out of hand. When I saw Autumn might be interested, well, that was an opportunity I just couldn't pass up. I am grateful she took the chance and agreed to fight me."

(Beth Harnois of Foxfire Boxing, an interested observer or Pretty Little Puncher, comments: "Ryan knows she's landed a day-old cupcake in Autumn. She wants an easy win just to improve her paper record. I am disappointed Autumn was so gullible. I don't object to her fighting, but Autumn could just embarrass herself out there and I am concerned for her." Autumn seen later arguing with Beth about this point and, in a strange twist, it is Debby Ryan who gets between them to prevent the quarrel from getting out of hand!)

Fight night finds Autumn Reeser taking a sexy/dramatic approach with a skimpy black bikini, black gloves and boots with white laces. White ribbon securing her pulled back hair. Debby Ryan in a red bikini that shows off her impressive chest. Red gloves and white boots. Long hair is in a battle braid down her back. All business during the instructions, but Autumn in particular seems keyed up and anxious to get started. The younger Debby relatively cool by comparison.

R1: Bell rings and Autumn wastes no time in getting across the ring and hammering at Debby. Debby seems to be startled at the sheer ferocity of the attack. She is alternately pounded to the body and head as she tries to organize her defenses. Autumn bot giving the redhead time to think as she moves quickly around her quarry just firing away. Debby's face starting to shine up already from the leather she's taking and she's not looking comfortable at Autumn's steady hooking to her belly. Autumn then adds to Debby's discomfort by firing uppercuts into her impressive breastline. Debby finally getting her jab going late and stinging the older woman with some quick licks to the jaw, but it's not enough to keep Autumn from winning the round wide.

R2: Debby not caught by surprise this time. She has her jab up and firing away as Autumn comes surging back at her. Autumn circling again, trying to find openings, but Debby keeping up with the older brunette and the firing stays quite even. Both fighters taking blows and now Autumn is showing red marks from Ryan punches, though Autumn hangs in close and continues to trade with the younger woman. Finally settles down into straight toe to toe action, but then shows starts bobbing around and hooking into Autumn's body with power. Autumn taking the blows at first, but finally pulls back just a bit, but it is enough to allow Debby Ryan to snatch her first round of the bout.

R3: Now it is Debby Ryan's turn to shoot across the ring and surprise Autumn Reeser with some hard blows to the jaw and chin. Autumn turned shaky-legged by these shots and backs away with the redhead hot on her trail. Debby vengefully hammering at Autumn's chest with straight rights and lefts crushing Autumn's asset against her ribcage. Autumn looking concerned as she tries to keep the redhead off her body, but Debby really feeling her power in this round and backs Autumn all around ring. Autumn does manage to fight her away clear of Debby's attempts to pin her to the ropes, but Debby maintains the pressure to spell and wins this round wide.

R4: Debby out looking confident this round, but Autumn counterattacks with fresh assault on Debby's body. Debby being bent over double as Autumn's hooks drive deep into the redhead's plush midsection . This allows Autumn to get in and bring some uppies into Debby's bent over face and Debby has no choice but to pull back. However the young redhead does a quick circle and comes at the older brunette from the side. Autumn takes some hard shots to the ribs and now she is the one trying to escape. Confused, swirling action at mid-ring as both fighters struggle to take control. At first Debby is able to drive Autumn back with quick shots into her face, along the eyebrows and forehead, but then Autumn again finds Debby's belly and brings gurgling gasps from the redhead. Debby jabbing to force Autumn back, but Autumn blunting most of these, though she's not able to get much going in the way of counters. As the round ends the judges give it to Autumn Reeser, but it is close.

R5: Autumn right back with her body attack to open this round and Debby is in retreat behind her jab. Autumn working patiently, trying to back the redhead into those ropes and bit by bit she seems to be accomplishing this. Finally, Debby Ryan's trunks are about to touch the strands and Autumn eagerly lunges forward to finish the job, AUTUMN REESER GOES DOWN! Crowd gasps in astonishment as Autumn suddenly jerks back, stumbling and goes down on her butt with a crash. Debby Ryan snarling down at the fallen fighter. (Slo-mo tells what happened: Debby set up the knockdown by letting Autumn think she was about to knocked helpless to the ropes, but when Autumn lunged forward, she left her chin wide open and Debby crashed an uppercut right on the button!) Now Autumn is on her back looking up at the lights with her knees bent upperwards. She hears the referee counting and with a great effort, she manages to get up just in time to save herself. Referee checks Autumn before allowing might to resume, Autumn heard insisting: "I'm all right now! I'm all right now." Debby rushes in but Autumn goes face in gloves to make it out of the round. Debby smiling triumphantly as she was able to snatch what looked to be a sure Autumn Reeser round away from the brunette with that knockdown.

R6: PLP corner works frantically on their fighter during the break, but Autumn not looking so good as she comes out for this stanza. Autumn keeps her gloves up around her head and is moving tentatively. Debby Ryan cautious at first probing to make sure this isn't a trick, but she gradually seems to sense Autumn's brain is still fogged from the knockdown. Debby then goes to Autumn's body with an all-out effort. Now Autumn is the one gurgling from repeated shots to the belly and then Debby succeeds to loosening the brunette's upper guard. Debby's gloves go flashing upperwards and connecting with Autumn's bruised chin. Autumn's head jerked back as her knees suddenly crumble. Debby skips back and lets Autumn fall to her knees, then topple forward landing hard on her face. Debby watches from neutral corner as Autumn manages to roll onto her right side, but then sprawls onto her back, left arm across her face as the count reaches "...TEN!"

IT'S OVER. THE WINNER: DEBBY RYAN KO6.

After: "She had a lot more energy than I was expecting," Debby tells the press. "She really did surprise me in that first round and her comeback in the 4th. The secret was in not panicking. I just waited for my chance and I nailed her in the 5th. That was really where it ended. I think the ref shouldn't have allowed it to go on. So as soon as I realized in the 6th that she was in no shape to continue I did the merciful thing and finished her off. Does she have a future? That's not for me to say, but she better be careful which young fighters she fights--not all of them are as merciful as me."

"I was very disappointed in how it ended," Autumn Reeser glumly says as she tells her side of the fight story. "Ryan slickered me in the 5th and I shouldn't have fallen for it. Once she rang my bell, I just didn't have enough time to recover and she finished me off the next round. I think I handled her pretty well, but not well enough. As I said I was disappointed in how this fight turned out, but I am not giving up I know I can do better!"

Interesting contest with the considerably older Autumn showing some good stuff at times, but still falling for a Debby Ryan feint. It cost the PLP fighter this bout, but will she be so gullible next time? Fans will have to see. Meanwhile, Debby Ryan can savor a very nice win. She was hurt at times, but hung in there and showed ring smarts to get the win. No doubt Ms., Ryan will be looking forward to her next fight with considerable eagerness now.
