BEFORE: It's usually ill-advised to tease a fighter with a much superior record but that was Elizabeth Tan's comeback idea upon the Harry Keegan-led takeover of the Girls Friday earlier this month. The Chinese-English actress decided to step onto Dorota Rabczewska's coat-tails allegedly hearing a little too much rumours from new stablemate Monika Pietrasinska who herself shares a history with the blonde singer dating back to the Warsaw nightlife days.
The tale of the tape is stacked against Lizzie though and Denise van Outen believes she would struggle against a 5'5" flyweight let alone a bantamweight with a 5-1 record. And that lone loss was to the current BBU champion Una Healy no less! Tan hasn't fought in almost two years and is yet to win one of these duels while Rabczewska already talks about her plans to fight Clara Morgane in the official eliminator that was approved by both Double A Boxing & Front Street Japan's executives whichever of the two comes out with the strap at the end of Una Healy vs Reon Kadena Main Event showdown. So, can Elizabeth Tan of all people pull off the biggest upset of the night? Let's find out, shall we?
Dorota Rabczewska wears a light blue bikini set with white trim and black gloves. Long blonde hair tied in a curly ponytail. Elizabeth Tan wears a red bikini set and white gloves. Shoulder lenght black hair straight. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the bantamweight division.
Round 1:
Aviva Stadium is filled with Polish fans - representation of the large immigrant community in the country - so Doda can feel like she's fighting in Warsaw and she makes her presence felt seconds into the fight too; she smacks Lizzie between the arms and splits them without much trouble before stacking up the leather on the cheeks and rendering the brunette into deep earmuff cover. Tan tries to swing back from behin the guard but misses badly and doesn't even land a single punch before Doda blasts her on the jaw with a quick one-two and adds a left hook on the temple that wobbles the actress forward. A piercing uppercut finds the jaw again AND SENDS TAN ON HER KNEES inside the miniute mark! What a disaster for the BBU returnee as the stadium goes wild in support. Polish Pride in full swing and allthough Elizabeth beats the count at six she's shocked by the exprience and stares down at her opponent with eyes wide open... And Doda charges in with more venom after the command, she blasts another quick one-two to dissect the guard and before the actress can even think of an escape route she gets nailed on the left eye and wobbles into another sinking uppercut on the jaw... all shimmy shake from Tan who stumbles back to the ropes but eats a brutal left/right combo on the mouth AND SLIDES DOWN ON HER BUMS in the corner... cruel, cruel stuff from the blonde singer who twerks her boobs briefly and signals to the crowd this won't take long anymore. Elizabeth bravely beats the count again at eight but is left stranded on the ropes and looks at her foe with a complete lack of fighting spark and Rabczewska pours in with another jabbing set snapping her head back & forth in the corner and doing all she can to estroy the dark-haired actress. Tan's guard collapses on the spot and the girl just takes a pounding - Doda faces a race with the clock to finish her off before the bell but she's too focused on the destruction plan to let Tan off the hook. A left hook bursts the brow ridge into a swollen mess at 2:48 mark and a right hander on the jaw lifts the semi-conscious brunette off her feet with a loud scream. Another left hook on the mouth just crushes the jaw for like seventh time this round and pulls the plug on Tan's comeback. LIZZIE GOES DEADMEAT and crumbles in a heap in the corner and the ref doesn't even bother with the count even though Tan would have been saved by the bell. But she's knocked out cold so there's no need for anything else other than calling a stretcher here! KO1 Dorota Rabczewska in epic beatdown fashion!!!
AFTER: The official time was 2:55 of the first round and that's the fastest knockout in BBU since Elena Santarelli smoked Peta Todd in July of last year. Dorota pounds herself across her otherwise impressive breasts and demands to fight Clara Morgane even as quickly as tonight already but Denise van Outen indicates there's no last-minute swap of opponents and Leah Dizon is an outrageously more difficult opponent for Morgane than Elizabeth Tan was for the Polish singer: "You gotta love these Lioness executives. They book a complete jobber for Doda allthough I'm aware that Elizabeth herself wanted the fight - but whenever someone with 0-3 record gets what she wants it's usually a terrible idea - while the French veteran might simply don't have it anymore to fend off a former divisional title challenger. However there's a flip side to this story, Doda has gained nothing blowing Tan to shreds tonight that would be of any use against someone like Clara. And the French actress can gain everything if she defeats Leah Dizon. I don't care how vocal she gets about this or how much support she has in the crowd, I still think Morgane will wear her down with her experience and well, as impressive as Rabczewska's career is up to this point, I'd like to see both her and Monika Pietrasinska duke it out one day. Right now Pietrasinska just forced feed Tan into the worst decision of her BBU tenure and look where it got her: being stretched off straight to a Dublin hospital."
