BEFORE: "New season, new faces, well, say hello to ME!!!", Dakota Fanning remains curiously cheerful ahead of her FCBA debut and perhaps it has something to do with her opponent, Nicole Gale Anderson, still licking her wounds after last month's stoppage defeat at the hands of Roxanne Pallett. There's no coincidence that Fanning makes her long awaited arrival on the celebrity boxing scene against one of the least respected girls around but Nicole is livid by the recent comments from most of the pundits and believes she can shake off the punchbag label by blowing the "blonde wimp" away tonight. Well, Dakota's juvenile looks may be very deceiving and the Las Vegas crowd hopes that is very much the case as they support the blonde wholesale which makes the brunette even more upset before the fight.

Dakota Fanning wears a green bikini and black gloves. Ash blonde hair tied in a long ponytail. Nicole Gale Anderson wears a pink bikini with black trim and white gloves. Dark brown hair tied in a high ponytail. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the flyweight division.

Round 1:
Dakota's fired up for her debut but even the crowd support doesn't help her cause in the opening round as she misjudges her approach badly and skims off the brunette's guard before eating a quick left/right combo on the nose and reeling towards the ropes when Nicole unloads a flurry of punches over the top seeking immediate control. The strikes are largely misplaced but still a couple of hooks finds the target and makes the most out of the blonde's hesitant response. Nicole buries another late one-two combo on the mouth and leaves Dakota mumbling in discomfort with her eyes wide open at the bell and it's clear to see that the blonde rookie didn't expect such a tough start to her celebrity boxing career.

Round 2:
More from Anderson as she simply tries to shut the blonde off through sheer ammount of punches but finds the steady guard hampering her progress and Fanning survives the early onslaught before spiking the brunette up the middle herself. Both girls lack the big punch and try to wear each other out with some very committed but fruitless jabbing before Dakota switches her targets and punishes the brunette's midriff which wobbles Anderson on her heels and dumps her into a tailspin when Fanning adds a left hook on the jaw. A frantic effort to trap Nicole on the ropes fails because the blonde gets clinched and shoved to the side however the brunette spends the final seconds in retreat which isn't really the way to dwarf Dakota's confidence.

Round 3:
Fanning gets more aggressive with another jabbing drive upstairs but her precision drops with every second and the blonde gets plastered across the mouth with the biggest punch of the whole fight on the minute mark and wobbles to her heels allowing Nicole to throw immediate follow up and connect with the exposed chin. Dakota's head snaps back & forth and the rookie's forced to yield the real estate which only fuels Anderson's punching intensity. She pounds the hapless blonde up the middle and splits her mitts repeatedly before backing her into the ropes where only a lenghty clinch can save Fanning from more trouble. Nicole barks in her ear but keeps spiking the ribcage and remains in control until the bell with Dakota scowling in the corner unable to break free.

Round 4:
"You're a damn wimp!", Nicole gets little abusive as she swings away in mindless fashion trying to land that big punch and finally put the rookie away but the improved footwork keeps Fanning out of danger until she steps in for a right-on-right duell and slams her glove straight into the brunette's brow ridge which makes the older actress squeal with eyes closed. And Dakota adds a riffle uppercut on the jaw to sink her opponent on jelly knees before tearing into her cleavage and just thumping back to the ropes. Anderson suddenly goes all woozy and Fanning's hectic assault punishes her brow ridge again to dump her sideways on the ropes... Here comes the rookie and the crowd goes wild as Anderson's dark ponytail snaps around with the girl getting roasted without a reply... Dakota doesn't have the KO punch in her but the sheer ammount of leather does the job anyway and leaves the brunette gasping for air and scowling in pain with eyes closed at the bell which might have just broken the deadlock here!

Round 5:
Nicole's bothered by a visible swelling around her left eye but Dakota charges at her in all or nothing fashion and hoofs the high guard aside seconds into the fifth before pounding the wounded area and wobbling the helpless brunette forward into an uppercut combo that shatters the jaw and whips Anderson's head for another miserable ride... the eyes slowly bawl out in disarray and when Fanning adds a left cross hook on the nose there's no way back for the brunette anymore... DOWN GOES NICOLE crasing on her left side amid the loudest scowl of the night... Dakota screams out in delight but the job isn't done yet as she watches her rival's slow rise up to all fours and a last ditch upright leap at nine... Losing to BBU veteran Pallett is one thing but getting blasted out by an innocuous looking newcomer is something else... the ref is having second thoughts here but even a crowd favorite like Fanning should earn her rookie stripes regardless and she sends the moaning Nicole straight into the path of a thundering left hook on the nose that immediately spins the brunette around and has Dakota tackling her up the middle again... Anderson's getting her butt kicked here as she bellows out on the ropes and doesn't even keep her guard high enough to prevent the blonde from pasting her face into a swollen mess... the girl is out on her feet AND THE REF HAS TO STEP IN TO SAVE NICOLE FROM A TERRIBLE KNOCKOUT... TKO5 Dakota Fanning!!!

AFTER: That was a very impressive debut from the blonde actress allthough she needs to work on her strenght if she's to cause trouble to anyone outside the CW community. She looked frightened at first and out of ideas thereafter but when she finally landed the big punches, Nicole simply drifted away into the familiar punchbag status. The otherwise pretty brunette just can't take a solid blow at this stage of her career and the Pallett comeback threw the first smoke signals that something is clearly wrong with her. Talk of becoming the go-to-girl overshadows Nicole's exit from the ring and she truly looks out of sorts covering the wounded left eye with a huge ice pack and sobbing quietly to herself as the blonde winner dwells on the Las Vegas crowd support and promises to target some of the Pretty Little Punchers really soon.
