BEFORE: Even the most devoted BBU fans didn't expect Cheryl Cole to blast out of the gate so viciously in her FCBA crossover journey however the Geordie singer remains undefeated in four bouts on this side of the pond and shows no intentions to stop anytime soon as she targets her next victim in Las Vegas tonight, Megan Fox. This match-up follows the Hilary Duff path in which Cole sets her sights on another woman with bantamweight pedigree under her belt who has tailed away into the second row over the past few years but nobody is capable of turning the heads around even while sitting on the bench like Fox is. Her divorce problems apparently over and done with, Megan is ready to blow the English guest to pieces and if Chezza's four wins ain't good enough to earn her some respect then Fox is the person person who labels them a "fluke". Well, with the Lioness Club of America vs Front Street Gym stable war officially announced, Cole's upcoming clash with Kat Graham develops a whole new meaning and the singer is as fired up as ever as she plans nothing but a total destrutcion of the fellow brunette.

Megan Fox wears a red bikini top, golden knickers and blue gloves. Black hair tied in a high ponytail. Cheryl Cole wears a silver bikini top, red knickers and red gloves. Dark brown hair tied in a loose bun at the back of her head. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the flyweight division.

Round 1:
Cheryl always kicks off hard until she gets seriously threatened and it's no different against the American veteran as Megan soaks up early leather attack up the middle to bellow out into a quick earmuff cover. Cole slaps her from both sides seeking immediate facial connection but gets shut out in a blatant clinch instead. She bumps Megan off to her heels after a brief struggle and still beats her for a slicing hook on the mouth before adding one more on the temples that finally forces the actress back. Single hand response from the back foot hardly bothers the singer in the final minute but Fox shows enough quick feet to avoid a close range brawl as Chezza looked set to close right in on her to deliver more Geordie punishment.

Round 2:
Cole slides into a jabbing drill on the rack but gets whacked on the temple with a left hook and has to back off completely when Megan nails her with a clubbing follow up on the chin. Hectic pursuit ensues but Megan clips the singer's chin a little too frequently and bends her to the side before looping a heavy strike on the temple that makes Chezza scowl and retreat back to the ropes in the proccess. She tries to adjust her stance but suddenly Fox is all over her with a menacing drive and keeps clubbing the cheeks up the middle which almost pounds the British girl back to the ropes. Cole wobbles to the side to avoid another heavy overhand and Megan looks annoyed she can't quite deliver more combos and barks at the fast moving singer who looks bitterly upset as well and throws Fox a classic death stare at the bell.

Round 3:
BIG PUNCH FOX!!! The American opens the third with a clubbing hook on the right eye which immediately cuts Cheryl up and dumps her into a desperate earmuff aided by even more desperate escape. Thankfully for the Geordie singer all those music video dancing routines enable her to show superior footwork to tame Megan's aggression and this is where the lenghty absence comes to the fore to prevent her from chasing a visibly shaken opponent down. Cole settles into a rare defensive struggle and while she avoids even throwing a punch at the American, the swelling around her right eye becomes bigger and it's clear that Fox really nailed her with a huge punch seconds into the round. The lack of a proper follow up salvaged the Geordie pride for now but everyone in Las Vegas knows that the former Girls Aloud leader won't stand a chance to win another contest by just dancing on her toes no matter how much shaking booty she puts on display!

Round 4:
AND FOX DRILLS COLE AGAIN!!! It looks like Megan's hell bent on taking Chezza's head off as she lands another crisp hook on the wounded eye and shuts the singer down on the spot before barging herself into the mounds with a frantic jabbing rush. Cheryl's dancing escape is grounded and the singer can only cover up in despair while soaking up heavy punishment in close range. Fox slams a couple of uppercuts to expose the guard but then settles into pounding her ribcage and driving her butt-in-ropes in the second minute. The aching spasms threaten to blemish Cole's US record and Megan digs deep into the midriff to turn the singer into a complete bystander inside the final thirty seconds but where has all the power gone? No luck in chopping the Geordie girl down and Chezza slumps against the turnbuckle with eyes closed at the bell but Megan breaths really hard as well and simply can't believe she didn't send the subdued opponent down for the count here!

Round 5:
Chezza takes no chances anymore and hangs back in mid distance before clinching her opponent once Megan tracked her down and resumed the midriff assault. A couple of looping hooks find the temples but Cole responds by punching the actress on the kidneys and before the ref can step in, she wrestles her to the ropes and almost makes her go down. A scything left hook bursts Megan's jaw and bounces her off the ropes to connect with another drilling hook on the mouth. Fox screams out and tries to jump in with immediate payback but misplaces her route and cuts thin air while Cole just romps into her solar plexus to keep her trapped on the ropes amid more screams. Chezza leans forward and almost headbutts her opponent but settles into a steady midsection assault and Megan can only tame her with a clinch of her own. Both women wrestle into a stalemate on the ropes and Megan demands the ref to do something about it only to find Cole's hook thumpng her on the jaw right at the bell.

Round 6:
Megan's really upset now and she should have long finished the Geordie singer off already according to some fans but she still fails to match the fellow brunette across the canvas and eats a counter series over the top that ravages her lips and makes Cheryl scream out in delight. More head hunting display from the Brit follow and she just clubs Fox's mouth into a swollen mess down the stretch making serious impact in close range and taking full advantage of the American struggling for balance & movement. Megan's efforts keep finding the guard and even if the singer's eye looks worryingly swollen, there's just no way for Fox to connect with it anymore as she gets outworked in close range and has the fellow brunette pounding her rack for a good measure in the closing seconds which just dumps a breathless Megan on the turnbuckle at the bell. And Cole's so pumped she even smacks her across the battered lips a fraction late which leaves MGM Grand jeering and not exactly applauding the singer's conduct. But Chezza - as usual - doesn't care one bit about it and glares down on a visibly gassing out opponent during the interval.

Round 7:
Fox refuses to back off but can't keep her weight balance in tact and wobbles forward when she skims off the singer's guard to find a brutal left hook catching her on the jaw before a right handed piledriver bursts her nose and lifts off the canvas... that's the loudest scream of the night yet and Megan immediately bellows out into a tight earmuff as Chezza charges at her and slams a furious jabbing series to leave the actress trembling under pressure midring... a left hook finds the temple and the attempt to seek a clinching respite goes horribly wrong because Cole drills the solar plexus with a pinishing right hander and renders Megan's knees jelly... LEFT HOOK ON THE JAW slices whatever's left of the crumbling guard and Fox goes all wobbly butt rolling down the windows in a desperate effort to stay upright... BUT SHE CAN'T!!! Megan goes down on her backside with a loud thump and rolls slowly to her left when the count reaches four... the proud actress just can't catch her breath anymore and simply stared down at the singer's feet before the agony of defeat kicked in... she remains crippled on her side when the ref waves it off and that'a five in a row for the Geordie menace!!! KO7 Cheryl Cole!!!

AFTER: Epic disaster from the Mirage brunette who got pounded flat by the British singer despite looking to have a clear edge earlier in the fight. So much for that veteran status helping to dismantle the Geordie pride! Hilary Duff deja vu all over again! And that's not what the MGM Grand expected! Chezza - as usual - is hard to contain in victory, she bunny hops around the ring and demands Kat Graham to step in right away but that long-targeted duell will only materialise next month.

Meanwhile the future looks rather bleak for Megan who's unable to shake off the defeat for a little while and looks hollow in the eyes while being escorted back to the locker room. A great opportunity to return to the divisional contention just went up in smoke and only the most die-hard Fox fans could believe she will ever regain her former spark. At 29 years of age Megan is heading for the journeywoman status and it's extremely hard to get rid of that once you lose the wow factor.
