These girls have two things in common – they’ve been screwed by Harry Styles of One Direction, and they’ve lost their first three fights, although the quality of Daniella’s opponents has probably been better than Jesy’s.

Jesy enters the ring first, and she looks good in a leopard print bikini with white gloves and boots, Daniella joining her in a pink bikini with matching gloves and boots.

Round 1

The girls are understandably slightly reluctant to start trading punches, both intent on not making a mistake, but Daniella’s left jab is starting to smack past Jesy’s guard into her face, and she looks uncomfortable, but when Daniella tries to unload a right hook in addition, Jesy fights back, slipping a swift combination into Daniella’s face, the American suddenly looking vulnerable, and Jesy gives her a shot to the body to follow, Daniella yelping, and covering as best she can, with Jesy putting a lot of effort into her attack, Daniella backing into the ropes, and she really took some punishment in the closing stages of the round.

Round 2

Jesy moves across the ring with more confidence, and she smacks Daniella again to her face with a jab and a hook, then finds that the older girl hasn’t been weakened too much, Daniella landing a pair of hard left hooks to Jesy’s face, the singer looking wide-eyed as she stumbles backwards, swiftly followed by Daniella, the American unloading some good hits on Jesy’s body, her big right hook ripping into the Brit, who looks unsteady, and struggles to defend against her more vibrant opponent, gets tagged with a solid left, and she’s holding by the end of the round, her cheeks pink and roughed up.

Round 3

Daniella seems to be sensing that Jesy may be losing her mojo here, and she hits her to the body again, Jesy beginning to look very tired, and she isn’t offering much in return as Daniella thuds another pair of punches into her body, and flips Jesy’s head backwards with a snapping short uppercut, the Brit trying to clinch, but she gets tagged again, a left hook crashing into her face, her knees crumbling, and when Daniella hits her again, she goes down – and she doesn’t even try to get up, taking a 10 count on her back.

Result: Daniella Monet knocked out Jesy Nelson in round 3.

Jesy really doesn’t look like a girl who wants to fight, and she just got a battering in this fight, Daniella looking much better than her records suggested, and if she sticks around on this side of the Atlantic, it may help her career on the other side.
