Kate Beckinsale versus Angelina Jolie

Before: Rumors have been swirling after Taylor Swift was sighted at Empire's offices in early January. Rumors only intensified after Catherine Zeta Jones was sighted meeting with Maria Menounos and Emma Stone separately over the weekend. Fierce exchanges between girls on either side led to the unexpected sanctioning of two cards between the organizations and rumors of a wager between them.The first bout is sure to be bitter as two girls rumored to be on their way to retirement and management positions square off. After an intense weigh in brawl earlier in the day lead to massive fines and potential suspensions, it was agreed that the loser of this bout will hang her gloves up afterwards.

"Kate might as well throw in the towel and spare herself further embarrassment. She's legendary. .. for quitting. .. her losses to Alba and McCarthy show her lack of heart. Tonight I'll do her a favor and send her to an office job" states a confident Jolie. "She's questioning my heart. ... she lacked the courage to face Aniston years ago and thinks she can best me. I'll send that harlot back to her trailer. While I intend to retire within the next two years it will be on my terms, not hers!” Kate responds angrily!

Kate in a black bikini, white gloves and boots, hair swept back into a ponytail. Angie is a dueling black bikini, hair tied into a long battle braid. Angie clearly trying to get into her foes head as the ref reads the instructions, chesting up to Kate and punching her in the belly when asked to touch gloves leading to another brawl as the ref barely manages to restore order.

R1: Jolie taunting Kate from the start, ladies storming into one another mid ring, flailing away as both are lit up and hurt early. Beckinsale lands a compact uppercut to the body bringing Angie gurgling forward into a boozy clinch, whispering into Kate's ear as the ref separates them. Becks infuriated, trying to storm forward while Jolie keeps her hands low, counting with blazingly fast lefts before retreating to the open ring. Kate takes a closely contested first as Angie opts to take it easy and vex her girl.

R2: Kate patiently allowing Angie to move forward, setting up her shots as Jolie works the perimeter. Angie defending well, deflecting most of Beckinsale's jabs with her gloves before countering with left hooks. Becks showing a shiner under her right eye from Angie's relentless needling lefts, charges into Jolie, backing her into the ropes and swinging away lustily. Angie covering up high, taking blistering shots off her gloves and arms, iron body rippling with each shot as Beckinsale goes for broke! Kate visibly tiring, less mustard on her shots at the clock winds down, Angie taunting her foe behind her gloves, blocking a Beckinsale hook and sending her back peddling with a hook to the navel followed by a flurry to the chest at the bell. Kate collapsing on her stool, chest heaving as Angie smirks from her corner.

R3: Kate sets up at the ropes, slightly punched out after the last rounds pace. Angie marching toward cautiously, jabbing with her left as Beckinsale covers up, chest and belly heaving in exhaustion. Jolie leaning into her foe, pulling Kate's head down as she peppers her flanks with left hooks. Kate wrapping her right around Angie's waist to clinch for a break when Jolie cracks her in the right eye with a vicious butt! The ref doesn't see it! Angie twisting to her left after the heinous foul obscuring the officials view as Kate sags into the ropes, crying out as she covers up earmuff and Angie goes to town! Jolie heartless, tearing into Kate's body and following up with booming lefts sending Beckinsale's head snapping back! Kate's tragically hurt, somehow managing a desperation clinch as she's out on her feet. Beckinsale locking a death grip bear hug around her foe as Angie tries to squirm free. After the refs break Jolie storming forward blasting Kate's head back with a lunging hook and Kate...., Keibler irate, standing on the apron... Bell! Beckinsale drops to the canvas a split second after the bell, Keibler moments away from stopping the bout or charging into it, quickly extracts her girl to the Empire corner. Kate battered senseless, seconds desperately trying to revive her. Keibler has to shove her girl off the stool to make the bell!

R4: Angie up before the bell, batting her gloves together as she darts midring. Angie showboating as Kate is still in a haze. Jolie not bothering to keep her hands high, simply dancing around Beckinsale's desperation jabs and clobbering her foe. Kate's eye a mess after the last rounds headbutt, forcing her to keep her left high and leaving her body vulnerable for Jolie's diving hooks. Beckinsale more mentally battered than physically as Angie taunts her with each exchange. Bell: Kate's head sagging into her chest as she slumps on her stool, Keibler screaming at her to show some heart.

R5: Angelina quickly off her stool, charging forward into her foe, left at her chest, right at her hip. Jolie countering Kate's flurries with high lefts followed by swinging rights to the body. Beckinsale getting peppered but undeterred, eventually eating a sweat spraying left hook to land a flurry of rights to the body bringing Angie in for a clinch. Beckinsale keeping her girl close, holding her left hand in a tight clinch while blasting away to the belly and chest as Angie is unable to body her off. Bruising exchanges visibly reducing Jolie as she's unable to retreat to the open ring. Bell: Angie distraught on her stool as her battered body is prodded.

R6: Beckinsale scowling, marching forward behind the jab, herding her foe to the ropes. Kate leaning into Jolie, forcing her to take weight as she unloads lefts just below Angelina's elbow spanking leather off her battered ribs. Jolie unable to mount much defense, sobbing into her gloves as she desperately tries to clinch with her right. Beckinsale rebuffs her with a shoulder tap sending Jolie's head snapping back and providing the opening for a terrible hook that swivels Angie's head sending her careening downward as she falls into the ropes, head and torso barely on the ring apron. Ref jumps in to prevent a snarling Beckinsale from stomping on her downed for, Jolie a mess, muttering on her back, left foot draped over the bottom rope, ref stops at three! KO 6 Kate Beckinsale!

After: Beckinsale fuming during post fight interviews “Angie still is the cheapest fighter in the division, not much skill but ever the opportunist. I'm glad I banished her from the game tonight. I'd like to take a moment to call out Jenny Hewitt and Jessica Alba, I haven't forgotten we still have scores to settle!”
