(from Lanxess Arena, Cologne, Germany)
(Black Eagle Boxing vs Lioness Club)

BEFORE: These two singers are best buddies in real-life but as Denise van Outen points out: "There are no friends once you climb the ropes!" Jeanette Biedermann is Gina Wild's former protegee at the Lioness Club but the two Germans haven't been on the same page very often recently and the former AV star was forced out of her coaching position back in January to set up the Black Eagle Boxing project.
Indeed, all is not well between Wild and Biedermann, in fact the Black Eagle coach also rejected the ideas of Mandy Capristo being the top German flyweight in BBU turning her attention to free agent Sandy Moelling instead: "The desire to perform at her best all the time is unrivalled for a free agent like Sandy!", she explains to Denise van Outen before the Main Event showdown: "Jeanette is a solid gatekeeper but kinda banged up already and Mandy doesn't have the killer instinct. She will win some and lose some but she's not a championship material by any means. And I don't say that because I couldn't lift her above a certain level as a Lioness coach! Anyway, it's all about Jeanette tonight! She finally accepted our financial terms and arrived here in Cologne to taste some destiny! Remember, she's a girl from Berlin so not exactly a local and I have no doubts the crowd will cheer Sandy into one hell of a messy KO finish! Don't trust them being friends! Yeah, they will share a beer or two after this one is over but right now they're ready to tear each other apart! Go Sandy!"
Sandy Moelling wears a black bikini top, tigress print hotpants and red gloves. Long blonde hair straight, tucked behind the ears. Jeanette Biedermann wears a navy blue bikini set and golden gloves. Long blonde hair tied in a sleek ponytail. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the flyweight division.
Round 1: Single hand approach from the start and perhaps there's too much respect shown from both of these singers who refuse to stamp the early authority and settle into a half-hearted testing contest much to the dismay of the blood thirsty Laxness Arena crowd. Sandy gets more aggressive down the stretch but bounces off the guard too often to make an impact and almost gets caught with a wild swing in response as Jeanette also begins to find her stride in the final minute albeit that's too late to cause the Wuppertal-born blonde any trouble and both girls conclude the low-key action in a meaningless clinch.
Round 2: Moelling must be aware of all the Biedermann tricks but she simply doesn't want to blow her fuse just yet and subseqently it's the Lioness blonde who begins to stack up the punches against the flesh and tears Sandy's guard aside on the minute mark to secure a firm connection with the cheeks. Moelling misfires badly in response and allows her compatriot to clean out her breadbasket before a sinking hook nails her on the solar plexus for a good measure and reels her towards the ropes. Jeanette squares up to her and seeks more damage but gets clinched and wrestled away as Moelling barks in anger after dodging that bullet yet another wild swing catches her on the temple just before the bell and make coach Gina Wild cringe.
Round 3: Biedermann finally lets it loose and enforces a midring tangle that Moelling is reluctant to accept but the local favorite just can't beat her rival for pace across the canvas and gets checked in the gut before Biedermann stuns her with a piercing uppercut on the jaw. Sandy sags on the ropes and fails to escape in time so the Lioness blonde tags her with a nifty one-two combo up the middle and adds a late hook on the temple to keep her foe trapped behind a tight earmuff. A series of harpoons on the exposed ribcage completes the effort and has Jeanette blowing former coach Wild a kiss as she struts back to her corner nodding her head in approval.
Round 4: Perhaps it's the Laxness Arena pressure that prevents Moelling from kicking into higher gear as she loses another opening tangle in the center of the ring before getting nailed on the navel and bending straight into an uppercut combo that splits her mitts on the spot and sends her circling away into safety. However Biedermann lashes out at her full of confidence and beats for a quick overhand before adding another uppercut on the jaw that makes Moelling yelp in pain. Jeanette springs into a furious jabbing drive that keeps the fellow singer caved in but unable to escape the cornerpost and Biedermann whacks her on the liver area to secure another solid finish and make coach Gina Wild scream out in anger.
Round 5: Time is slowly running out for Moelling to avoid a landslide defeat on the cards; Jeanette remains a bit concerned over the haymaker response but keeps sticking her gloves into the fellow blonde's body and it's just too easy for her to back a truly cumbersome foe into the ropes where she keeps stacking up the numbers. Sandy fires back with single hands from the back foot but is forced to cover up most of the time and she's kinda fortunate Biedermann didn't inflict more battle wounds on her face. A couple of lumps under the left eye is all that can bother Moelling but the sheer ammount of punches landed makes her yelp repeatedly in the final minute and Denise van Outen Moellthinks only a knockout can save the former No Angels singer's pride tonight.
Round 6: MOELLING GOES ALL-IN as she thumps the Berlin blonde with a vicious combo on the cheeks and adds a belting hook on the navel that immediately throws Biedermann on her toes... even the crowd seems stunned by the sudden change of power and Denise van Outen herself can't believe the follow up drill that has Jeanette scowling in pain; the runaway points leader came in too arrogant and the gloves didn't rise quick enough to provide cover... Sandy pummels through on the face in the second minute and gives her compatriot a black eye in the proccess, Biedermann stumbles to the ropes and begins to shriek in her efforts to weather the onslaught but Sandy clobbers her on the ribcage and sinks deep on her knees with a late hook to the navel.... she misses the crucial put away moments later though... a haymaker uppercut on the jaw that could have send Jeanette packing.. instead she only grazes the top of the forehead and gets clinched into the corner as Jeanette puffs her way to safety in the dying seconds of the Moelling revival round.
Round 7: No more holding back in the ring as both hellcats finally trigger a classic war of attrition so familiar in the 110 lbs division. They trade vicious leather midring and just want to chop each other down... who survives the onslaught? Biedermann has a clear advantage on the cards but perhaps that's not enough to stop coach Gina Wild from calling her out repeatedly on social media... AND SHE OVERWHELMS MOELLING with a nasty hook that cuts a gash on the Eagles singer's nasal ridge and wobbles her into a nasty uppercut on the jaw moments later... that's the way to do it! SANDY CRIES OUT AND LOSES HER BALANCE... she tries to roll down the windows with her arms but just to make sure, Jeanette whips her with one extra jab on the mouth... DOWN GOES MOELLING on her backside and that almost sucks the life out of the Laxness Arena... Sandy aches and groans while taking a slow eight count but she's well aware that could be the final nail to her coffin.. she's up at eight but battling tears and a bloody cut on her nasal ridge... the clock expires before the bout can be resumed but the look on Sandy's face says it all... she shakes her head in disgust and looks mentally wrecked here!
Round 8: BIEDERMANN GOES FOR THE HOME RUN... she storms at the aching fellow blonde and blasts through the guard to resume the nasal punishment and Moelling's cut which was patched up during the interval begins to leak red fluid again. That renders the former No Angels singer into a training dummy and like Denise van Outen feared before, she's crumbled mentally here just allowing Jeanette to maul her face into a bruised mess come the minute mark... head hunting assault meets no resistance anymore and the arms collapse by the side... one last left cross on the mouth puts Sandy away for keeps as she hits the canvas flat on her back with eyes closed... KO8 Jeanette Biedermann!!!
AFTER: This is Gina Wild's worst nightmare! Jeanette Biedermann who managed to postpone the inaugural Black Eagles card for over a month arrives in Cologne to claim the Main Event honors against the allegedly best flyweight boxer in Germany! What a PR disaster this is! Jeanette was supposed to be the mental wreck after the Mikie Hara pounding back in Tokyo but instead Sandy Moelling never really took off and it's all down to Gina Wild to recover whatever's left from her hand-picked flyweight leader!
Meanwhile Biedermann refuses to celebrate too much, even though she dislikes Gina Wild a lot, she's more concerned about her best buddy Moelling being knocked out of her senses. The medical crew arrives on scene to lift a mangled up Wuppertal blonde from the canvas and Sandy's just about conscious enough to hug the girl who just tore her apart moments before. Biedermann lifts her hand in the air and applauds the slow retreat from the ring, poor Sandy has to be helped back to the locker room and well, coach Gina Wild wants to have a word with the former protegee but realizes as an owner she should be more concerned about the health of her fallen fighter instead: "We're not done yet, JB! We're far from being done!", she gestures at the Berlin-based singer but Jeanette prefers to dwell on the crowd's support which has changed it's tune from the opening bell. Suddenly Cologne loves the special guest star spoiling the Black Eagles party after all? Well, even Gina Wild won't make Biedermann lose her good spirits after such a statement-making performance!
Final result: Jeanette Biedermann def. Sandy Moelling KO8.
