BBU BOUT FROM KING POWER STADIUM, LEICESTER, UK
(Double A Boxing vs This Is Glamour)

After her brutal win over Maria Ozawa, Kelly Hall won another small victory by getting released from hospital a full day before her rival. On the steps of the hospital, she held a news conference where she announced her intention to postpone her glamour modelling career for another few weeks in favour of seeking another bout. Cynics pointed out that she was probably trying to milk her 15 min of fame and that her face was in no it state to go back in front of the camera. Kara Tointon, fresh from her victory over Gemma Merna, was quick to challenge Hall on Twitter.
Kara enters the ring in a zebra-patterned pair of bra and panties with blue gloves. Kelly enters the ring in a West Ham shirt which she rips off to reveal a set of pink undies. She is laced up with some red gloves. The fight is scheduled for 10 rounds in the Flyweight division and is being held in Leicester’s King Power stadium.
Round 1: Kelly Hall comes out throwing a hook. She's coming straight forward and gets caught with a counter right hand within 30 seconds! She's up and Tointon is going for the finish. Hall standing her ground and throwing bombs back. This is ALL action so far. Both girls just winging shots. Hall down again with 1:15 left! Tointon’s length is killing Hall, who is refusing to take a step back. Tointon starting to land to the body, too. But Hall is still there, taking hard shots upstairs and throwing her own punches constantly.
Round 2: Hall right back at it this round, marching forward. Tointon falls after getting clipped, but her feet were tangled too, so no knockdown. Hall landing again. This is a brutal fight so far. Tointon just eating vicious shots and coming back. Hall doing some solid work this round.
Round 3: This is a rare uppercut war. Hall constantly standing in the pocket. Tointon doing work, digging to the body now. Both girls have slowed down this round- how could they not? The pace has been absurd. Tointon not landing cleanly as much this round, but still landing plenty. Hall pushing Tointon around a little bit, too. Tointon’s nose is bloodied. This is a war.
Round 4: Hall, again, just marching forward and going right at Tointon. Tointon is winding up on the ropes a lot, but still lets her hands go constantly. Hall is landing the more effective punches. You can't argue with the work Tointon is doing. Tointon is working herself around the ring, back to the ropes, and then slipping away to find some separation. Effective, safer round for Hall.
Round 5: Hall clips Tointon about 1:40 in, and now she's blitzing Tointon with the taller girl trapped in the corner. Hall just winging shots constantly. The referee takes a close look, and steps in!
Result: Kelly Hall beats Kara Tointon with a fifth round stoppage.
Denise van Outen:”Kelly…after a rocky first round, you really made things click in there.”
KH:”Kara’s a great fighter. She landed some great shots but I knew I had to stand my ground or she would be all over me.”
DvO:”Your team must have worried over how you would deal with Tointon’s superior reach?”
KH:”Yeah, my coach was always telling me to blast her so that she kept her guard up, and to use my reflexes if she did throw.”
DvO:”You must be able to choose your own fights with performances like that? Who do you fancy next?”
KH:”Me and Ola Jordan would be a great fight. I’ve promised Maria Ozawa a rematch sometime and Emily Atack and me would generate a lot of interest from fans.”
