BEFORE: Lily Collins opened her BBU account by losing four fights in succession which send her down the jobber lane according to most of the pundits and fans alike but 2015 proved to be a turning point for the slender brunette as she racked up three wins to elevate herself back into gatekeeping prospects. However she still plans to strike it big before too long and the first step on her road to divisional contention pairs her against the former champion Gemma Merna of past Hollyoaks fame.

Collins wasted little time in starting a twitter feud with the balloon-chested actress and found the response equally ruthless which helped to set up this fight on short notice. Lily dismissed Gemma's boxing career and vows to send her into jelly wrestling future once tonight's bout is over which suggests to Denise van Outen we have a genuine grudge combat in the making. Merna herself is no stranger to the most brutal boxing action around as her long-time feud with EastEnders' Kara Tointon indicates but she hasn't really broken through on the internal Lookout! Atlantic roster and remains saddled behind Emilia Clarke now that the current flyweight champ Jenna-Louise Coleman has switched into the stable's American gym full-time. With Clarke losing to Havana Brown last month though, there's a huge chance for Gemma to become LAB's leading cast member again and most of the Wembley Arena seems to support this idea as the big breasted Hollyoaks veteran easily wins the cheering battle and leaves Lily scowling in anger even before the opening bell.

Lily Collins wears a green bikini and black gloves. Shoulder lenght dark brown hair loose. Gemma Merna wears a red bikini set and white gloves. Dyed dark brown hair loose & straight. That's a new look for Merna who's been a blonde stalwart for years but decided for a change since leaving the Hollyoaks almost 18 months ago. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the flyweight division.

Round 1:
LILY LOSES HER MIND!!! She rips into Merna's cleavage like it's a classic JMD bout by forgets to keep her guard in tact and falls into quick counterpunching response that snaps head back and reels backwards once Gemma finds her stride - and more importantly the raw power to boot. Still, the original brunette refuses to buckle and shouts back at her foe while trying to connect with the rack but after soaking up a thunder hook on the mouth, she finally thinks better of it and steps back with Merna's eyes glaring down at her in utmost disdain. There's no place for tactical games here as Gemma leaps after her foe and keeps picking her off with superior striking skills which shove Collins into the ropes down the stretch. The Wembley Arena roars in support when Merna dismantles the high guard and gives Lily a nasty shiner under the left eye however the head hunting display loses it's precision come the final minute and Lily still catches the otherwise dominant opponent with a couple of hooks on the mouth that halt Merna's charge in the dying seconds of a high-octane round.

Round 2:
Collins dominates the footwork department and squares up to the older actress in close range where she connects with the 34E cup size and makes Merna moan in discomfort - unlike in the opening round! "Frickin' jello wrestler!", Lily gets all too vocal while sinking those heavy jabs into Gemma's enhanced melons but is quickly silenced when a lurid hook blasts her on the mouth and bursts the lips into a swollen reality. Merna screams out in anger and seeks another punishing effort but Lily's agility enables her to deke away from danger at the last moment. She gets caught on the top of her forehead but Merna doesn't put enough strenght behind her efforts and the early rack muggin' took a little breath out of her lungs too. Collins realizes her lips are not in the best shape anymore and wants to jump straight at the dyed brunette but backs off at the last moment when Gemma tries to hassle her up to the corner but fails miserably thanks to vastly inferior footwork. Lily teases her with a little twerking dance and stays in comfortable mid distance safety for remainder of the round but that leaves Denise van Outen puzzled over the free agent's general tactics for this fight - aside from the obvious JMD tape.

Round 3:
Lily comes flying over the top and slams her mitts into Gemma's lips - that serves as the payback for the previosu round - and while most of the Wembley Arena expected another quick JMD switch, the head hunting drill snaps Merna's head back & forth in the opening minute and sinks her on jelly knees very much against the script. The Hollyoaks veteran slips on keeping her guard too low and fails to strike back from her heels which fuels Lily's jabbing efforts. However she doesn't have enough power to chop Merna down in ding-dong fashion and has to revert into punching her to the body to gain the valuable edge. Merna yelps in discomfort and seeks a clinching help but gets bumped off to the jug - a rare sight considering the size difference - and she allows Lily to blast her on the chin moments later that finally enables the original brunette to cash in with more jabbing nightmare in the final minute. Merna checks out of the action fast and drags her foe into a lenghty wrestling struggle along the ropes thereafter; blowing hot & cold has been her problem over the past few years and she really opens the door wide open for Collins to raise her confidence after a lacklustre performance in this round.

Round 4:
Gemma will never beat Lily off the bat and she has to make her raw power count... Lily keeps wearing her down with more dancing moves and settles into veteran display of patience - very odd given the fiery start to this fight. The free agency concept is never easy to crack even for a former champion like Merna and whatever Lily's plan is, it works well enough to snap more jug during the course of the round. Gemma zips past Lily's head several times before getting stuffed to the rack as Collins uses her footwork into another close range tilt... she ducks underneath subsequent response but keeps her mitts glued on target and dumps a cumbersome looking Hollyoaks girl onto the ropes come the final minute where she keeps ravaging her to the body until the bell halts the one-way leather jam. Nicole Richie is furious with Gemma and demands immediate improvement but Denise van Outen knows better, she indicates Lily's speed advantage is becoming a real stumbling block for Merna's fight plan.

Round 5:
Both girls hold back early as if Lily wanted to see if Gemma actually loses her temper yet; the quick talk with Nicole Richie seems to have worked wonders for Merna's mindset though and even a few "jello wrestler" shouts from the younger actress doesn't make the LAB girl blink... Lily moves into more aggressive attire first - and that was expected - but she bounces off the forearms with her rack muggin' swings and opens plenty space upstairs instead where Merna blasts her on the swollen lips again and reels onto her heels in a hurry. The jug bump-off favors the bigger cup size this time and wobbles Collins to the side but for once she doesn't duck underneath a high swing since Merna traps her with a vicious strike to the liver and adds a right cross on the jaw... Lily sags on her knees briefly but has to back off and enables Gemma to sink her on the ropes with a furious jabbing drive in the final minute where the dyed brunette finally doesn't have to work around her foe's agile antics and can strike in the open with Lily unable to break free from the close range heat.

Round 6:
Lily comes forward again but jars her left hand against the older girl's hip and gets wrapped around to the ropes as Gemma suddenly rips her on the chin and jumps into a speedy rush that even leaves Denise van Outen stunned. She works the left hand on the body and threatens to dissect the liver area which shuts Lily down on the ropes and there's no room to enforce the phone booth jug muggin's anymore as Merna presses her 34Es into Collin's inferior ensemble before stacking her up with more shots to the body. Lily begins to scowl in a mix of anger and pain; she demands the ref to step in and break the jug pressing show but apparently Merna earns herself the benefit of the doubt and she's allowed to shove the original brunette as deep into the ropes as possible before a quick release catches Lily by surprise wholesale...  she wobbles straight into a wicked hook on the jaw - and that shuts her eyes on the spot - so the follow up on the nose meets no resistance whatsoever... AND COLLINS GETS SPUN FACE FIRST INTO THE ROPES... she slides down on her knees and bursts into spasms - she never saw the second hit coming and she banged her nose against the ropes badly as well... the force of the spring takes it's toll on the proud brunette too and it's a slow count that reaches eight before a clearly dazed Lily finally manages to resume her upright... she takes a deep breath but Merna seeths on her already and awaits the command... there's still few seconds left on the clock but allthough Gemma resumes the facial assault, she only succeeds in pinning an aching Collins butt-in-ropes and fails to finish her off before the bell. Still, she leaves the younger actress in all kinds of bother and Lily almost barfs in her struggles as she's nowhere near getting back in shape before the seventh according to Denise van Outen. Tough times ahead for the free agent!

Round 7:
No more jelly wrestling comments from Collins and no more pure boxing show... all Merna early in the seventh as she wraps the aching fellow brunette into a jabbing flood and rips the high guard into shreds... Lily sinks on her knees and bellows out into tearful spasms as Merna blows her lips into a seeping nightmare and nails her on the nose to half-spin the hapless Collins back against the ropes... she CRASHES into her face thereafter and removes the last ounce of resistance; Lily's chin slumps between her shoulders and the entire Wembley Arena chants Gemma's name as she continues to beat her opponent into a pulp! Lord have mercy! Collins' head swivels back & forth under the heavy leather attack but the arms finally collapse by the side and the brunette gives up her last yelp BEFORE SLIDING DOWN ON HER BACKSIDE against the cornerpost. Ref doesn't even bother with the count as it becomes obvious the loser was knocked out of her senses here! Brutal KO7 Gemma Merna!!!

AFTER: "I'm back and back for good!", Gemma pounds herself across the chest and wants to have Lily dragged back to center of the ring so she can smother her out proper! Well, that will have to wait for another day since the punching skills alone did the trick and send Collins out to the orbit already! Denise van Outen never doubted Merna's power advantage and she leads the BBU TV support despite the former Hollyoaks veteran sporting a brunette look these days. However it remains to be seen if she becomes the true Lookout lady-in-waiting behind Jenna Coleman since Emilia Clarke won't give up the spot that easily! "In fact, I can fully expect the Game of Thrones star challenge Lily into a fight before too long to claim some internal bragging rights over Gemma. But Collins needs to recover from this beating first and we'll see if she's interested in someone below Merna's cleavage size too."

The Wembley Arena is denied the breast smothering show as Lily has to be stretched off to the medical center for quick evaluation but Gemma vows to return in proper JMD rules later this spring already as she takes over the announcer's mic and dwells on the crowd support for a little while before she's told by LAB manager Nicole Richie to get lost and make way for the REAL star of the stable, the undisputed BBU flyweight champ all the way from Blackpool on the south coast. Well, you know the name and even a proud girl like Gemma accepts the fact she's not the Main Event draw tonight and leaves the ring blowing one last kiss to the camera. Job done any which way!
