BEFORE: Helena Mattsson has become the forgotten woman on the Lookout! Atlantic roster lately but the rise of Kelly Gale simply couldn't escape the blonde's attention and booked her a place on the Jenna Coleman title fight undercard here in the Wembley Arena tonight. After all, Helena was sitting pretty as the best - and only - Swedish BBU fighter until the Victoria's Secret lingerie model entered the competition under Girls Friday management and threatened to demolish the pecking order on the spot. Fortunately for Mattsson, she stumbled over Nadia Forde earlier this month but that doesn't mean the Lookout! girl can be granted a comfortable tenure anymore since everyone around the BBU wonders when the ultra Swedish battle will take place to settle the #1 dispute. Indeed, the question is not "IF" but "WHEN" according to the play-by-play announcer Charlie Webster.

On the other hand Lioness Club's Sarah Harding has slipped from the elite pack lately and her questionable defence has been exposed by Azealia Banks and the very same Nadia Forde mentioned above. However her last two wins came against none other than Lookout! Atlantic members Georgia Salpa and Jennifer Metcalfe so the former Girls Aloud singer vows to channel her kryptonite power and remain a thorn in the Nicole Richie-run stable's side.

Helena Mattsson wears a light blue bikini top, yellow knickers & yellow gloves. Long blonde hair tied in a loose ponytail. Sarah Harding wears a black bikini set with pink trim, black knickers and pink gloves. Shoulder lenght blonde hair straight. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the lightweight division.

Round 1:
Sarah's all about that natural power but Helena's hungry for some boxing heroics herself; she whips the singer on the back foot with her opening drive dishing out plenty of jabs upstairs to explore the questionable guard yet Harding eyes a similar assault so both women jump into a classic war of attrition that immediately raises the profile of this fight. Sarah does have a little more in her and she makes the actress moan a little when thumping her on the lips but eats a couple of nasty hooks on the temples and wobbles forward to bounce off the younger blonde's shoulder - this enables Helena to switch her targets and she peppers the singer's guts to reel her backwards before another hooking drive catches the nose and sends Harding back to the ropes for good. However Sarah's agile enough to duck the looming leather rush and settles into a single-hand exchange thereafter leaving Mattsson to apply a similar plan for remainder of the round.

Round 2:
Harding keeps firing away over the top but Mattsson's footwork enables her to stay clear of most of the punches while slipping underneath for a body assault that keeps the singer stacked in the center of the ring. The sheer power alone doesn't give Sarah the intended advantage and she struggles to chase the Swede around the ring while getting exposed repeatedly on the counterpunching drill. Both women settle into a methodical seeing out proccess down the stretch but Harding is always more likely to blow her fuse first, she keeps her focus in tact but gives Mattsson too much working room in the final minute which earns her another jabbing drive to the guts.

Round 3:
Sarah tries to ignite more speed into her tactics but gets clobbered by a Swedish power rush as Helena leaps forward and lands a couple of nasty hooks on the mouth before scything the singer across the ribcage for a good measure. She bumps into the older blonde's cleavage thereafter and wobbles her back; Sarah tries to avoid getting trapped on the ropes but misses the hooking response and soaks up more leather on the body as Mattsson slowly begins to wear her down with the steady jabbing attack. Harding must seek a clinching respite but still gets shoved against the turnbuckle and struggles to embrace the fellow blonde's ripping hooks punishing her ribcage. She slumps on her knees with a loud gasp and ends the round trapped on the ropes with Helena piercing her midriff with plenty of beef. That was a terrible round for the British lass and she knows all about it shaking her head during the interval.

Round 4:
Helena maintains the leather assault to pick Sarah off in mid distance and the singer begins to lose her plot here swinging frantically and basically trying to nail the Swedish foe with a single haymaker more than anything else. That's never the best strategy against such a solid opponent and Mattsson easily sees out the hooking galore before crashing a jabbing set on the chest herself which makes Harding scream out and drop on her heels. Another clinching effort is blocked off by Helena ripping uppercuts on the rack as she pounds the helpless singer back to the ropes again where she cleans out the breadbasket and lifts Sarah's boobs repeatedly in the dying seconds to make sure she stays on top of a largely one-sided action.

Round 5:
Sarah simply has to find that big punch in her but she's struggling for air in her lungs and Helena beats her to the body like there's no tomorrow in the opening minute; she stacks the singer up well enough to drop the English guard and slams an uppercut combo that leaves Harding woozy on her heels - another hook on the jaw takes care of the rest AND SARAH GOES DOWN ON HER LEFT SIDE while the Swedish lass finally lets some of the emotions go and punches the air in delight. It's a slow count but the Girls Aloud singer only recovers at eight and barks at the audience which seemed to enjoy that knockdown very much. However she's got bigger problem than the crowd's reaction as Mattsson rips into her chest one more time after the command and pummels her back to the ropes to stay on top of a heavy jabbing route that leaves Harding all covered up and unable to respond in a proper manner. The time runs out on the Swedish attack but Helena refuses to let go of her rival and has to be dragged away by the ref while Sarah spits out her mouthguard in utmost frustration but looks otherwise well under the cosh at half-distance.

Round 6:
Sarah's a tough girl who doesn't wilt under pressure so quickly but she simply doesn't have the fitness & agility in her to avoid Helena working her over in close range tonight; another jabbing drive picks off the singer's guts and the aerial attack only bounces off the forearms most of the time with clean punches on Mattsson's face being counted on the fingers of one hand. The same can't be said about the Lookout girl's execution as she stuffs Harding down in the corner come the final minute and wrecks her ribcage so badly the pinkish patches turn into solid red at the bell and the singer unable to catch her breath whatsoever here. Charlie Webster believes it's almost all over for the English lass who's been punched into empty tank mode while Mattsson pumps herself up during the interval and even refuses to sit down on her stool.

Round 7:
Harding's barely able to rise for the seventh and eats immediate hooking assault on the cheeks; Mattsson drops the body pounding tactics she explored so well before and rains leather upstairs to leave more bruises on the singer's face. Sarah sinks on her knees and can't stop moaning her heart out anymore, her gloves fail to stay in tact and when the younger blonde rips one hooking combo on the temples to many, it's effectively game over. Harding wobbles forward with eyes closed and doesn't even notice the uppercut blast that nails her on the chin and puts down for keeps. SHE TUMBLES DOWN AT HELENA'S FEET and remains spread eagle with her eyes closed as the ref stops the count at the six mark and waves it off... KO7 Helena Mattsson!!!

AFTER: That was the perfect way for Helena Mattsson to announce herself back into BBU contention. She's lost her last three fights - including the lineal lightweight title to Miranda Kerr - but she was always regarded as one of the more exciting international prospects ever to enter the celebrity boxing business. While Kelly Gale's arrival forced her hand a lot, tonight's victory proves that she's still got what it takes to remain a solid contender within the 130 lbs division.

On the other hand Sarah Harding's below par defence was exposed again and the body assault she took tonight was simply brutal. She's lucky to escape some fractured ribs here but Charlie Webster thinks that the former Girls Aloud singer is still worthy enough to find more regular work soon. It's all about that precious spot between gatekeeper and elite contender and beating Sarah Harding might just be the key to that particular lock.

The Lookout Atlantics have neutralized the Harding kryptonite power and probably booked the Swedish blockbuster fight between Helena Mattsson and Kelly Gale to take place sooner rather than later but the Wembley Arena awaits the entrance of Jennifer Metcalfe already, the social media handbags aimed at Denise van Outen stole plenty of headlines in the week before and Charlie Webster wonders if BBU TV's pride will survive such a demanding test against the in-form actress.
