BEFORE:

"I've been here before," says Keeley with a smoldering smile. "It's been awhile, but I remember it pretty well. I had Perry on the run. Well, this girl is no Perry, and I'm going to take her out of here."

"She can bang," says Kat with a nod. "No doubt about that. But, as she's about to find out, so can I. And, a lot better than she can. A lot better."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Back at ringside and that's 'Voyeur' you hear booming through the arena, and here comes the young lady who's singing that song, the lovely Keeley Hazell of This Is Glamour!"

Tess: "And, as Hazell points out, this is not her first appearance at Asylum, though it's been over four years since 'Kats at the Asylum', which took place when Keeley was fighting for Kear's Kats..."

McCarthy: "Back in the 'Better Old Days', when it was a three-person booth. Not as good as the 'Good Old Days', when it was just me and Jenny, the two Hall of Famers..."

Cassie: "What kind of shoes are you wearing, Mac? I wonder where Brenda is right now..."

McCarthy: "You LITTLE...these are SUPER expensive..."

O'Dell (sighing): "Keeley into the ring and helped off with the robe to reveal an ocean blue number we've seen before and a body that has probably stopped every clock in the place..."

McCarthy: "No question who wins THIS disrobe. The only person Dennings can beat is CAMPBELL..."

O'Dell: "And, that's 'I Don't Feel Like Dancing' by Scissor Sisters you hear, and that can only mean that Kat 'The Rack' Dennings is on her way to the ring..."

Cassie: "And, once again, this will be a big fight for Dennings. She's clearly gotten passed up by Chloe Bennet in the Front Street bantamweight pecking order, and, though her job is not in jeopardy..."

McCarthy: "Are you SURE about that, Scabbo?"

Cassie: "Do you think I don't know EXACTLY what's going on at Front Street, Mac?"

Tess: "Trust me, Mac. If someone moves a pen from one end of a desk to another, she knows..."

O'Dell: "Dennings into the ring and helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve to reveal that curve-hugging black two-piece she likes..."

McCarthy: "While losing the disrobe like McGovern lost the election..."

Tess: "44 years ago. The year you were BORN..."

McCarthy: "SHUT UP, WALMART!"

O'Dell: "Drink up, boys, and, while you do that, the ladies are about ready. Time for some picks. Tess favors Kat. Mac?"

McCarthy: "Dennings is a loser and always will be as long as she's hanging around with Campbell. Hazell!"

O'Dell: "Cassie?"

Cassie: "I agree with Tess!"

O'Dell: "There's the bell. Dennings immediately looking to close while Hazell, somewhat surprisingly, is using the jab and her length advantage to try to maintain some space. Keeley athletic, moves well. She's three inches taller than Kat and has that reach. Also a very sturdy bantamweight, Mac..."

McCarthy: "She was too small for light, but she's physical enough to compete here."

O'Dell: "Dennings closes and bangs. Hazell bangs right back. Lots of body work happening, and that's no surprise with the way these two fight. Kat likes the in-fighting, and so does Hazell. Keeley not bothering to keep this short. She's willing to engage at length in there and she's holding her own..."

Cassie: "And, again, no surprise. These two fight very similar styles."

O'Dell: "Final thirty seconds here in the first and there's not much in it. More and more thumping to the body as we come down the stretch. Only the occasional shot upstairs. Might have two girls looking to prove something much like we did during the last fight. Five seconds left, and there's the bell. Looked like a draw to me, ladies..."

Tess: "Sure did. 10-10 after one."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Into the second and we're immediately into the phone booth. Both of these busty beauties want to work on the inside and both of them want to work body, body, and more body. They aren't going rack at the moment, but every other legal part of the body is being peppered with leather..."

Cassie: "And that's heavy stuff, too. Lots of hard shots landing. But it's going to take a lot of investment to break down bodies this sturdy."

O'Dell: "No question of that, but, both fighters seem prepared to make that investment. Hazell tying Dennings up around the head now, but Kat shoving off, working ribs. Hazell tying up again, but, again, Kat shoving free and working more body. Dennings looking plenty strong in there, Mac..."

McCarthy: "She's just like Campbell. All beef and no brains. No finesse. She's just a mindless slugger, not a COMPLETE fighter like ME..."

Tess: "A complete fighter Neve beat six out of seven times..."

McCarthy: "SHUT. UP. WALMART."

O'Dell: "Coming down the stretch in the second. Dennings again shoving off and working ribs and midsection. Hazell again trying to tie around the head, but Kat too strong. Pushing Hazell back, opening her up, working the body. Final seconds ticking away in the second, and there's the bell. Dennings' round."

Tess: "And Kat now on top, 20-19."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Third round underway and the terms aren't changing. Hazell no longer tying up around the head, now shoving it down and hooking body. Kat banging ribs and midsection in response. This is part boxing part wrestling going on in there right now, Mac. And neither fighter seems to mind it..."

McCarthy: "There are lots of techniques you can use for in-fighting, but I don't expect to see much of that from THESE two, especially Dennings."

O'Dell: "Keeley may have found something with the head right now. She's slowing Kat down with this technique, shoving down the head to break Kat's rhythm and creating openings for her own offense in doing so. Dennings shoving forward, tying up around the waist. Referee breaking the fighters..."

Cassie: "It's not getting nasty in there. Both girls fighting clean. But, it's getting VERY physical."

O'Dell: "It absolutely IS getting physical, and you're seeing how strong and sturdy both of these fighters are. There's not much fancy about what's happening here. This is all about banging body and trying to create openings by moving your opponent, and both girls have had some success doing it. There's the bell, and Hazell's had a bit more. Her round close."

Tess: "And, we're even at 29."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "Fourth begins back in the trenches. Hazell again shoving down Kat's head, now hooking it up under her arm and trapping it alongside her body. Working Dennings' body with her free hand. Referee quickly breaking, but Hazell right back to the technique, trapping Kat's head again and getting some leather on her flanks."

Cassie: "Dennings needs to get that head up. She's coming in low and Keeley's taking advantage of it."

McCarthy: "If she had a REAL corner, they'd be TELLING her that!"

O'Dell: "AGAIN, Hazell traps the head and works body. Dennings driving forward, wrapped around the waist. Forces Hazell into the ropes before the referee breaks it. Dennings maybe getting a little frustrated here as Keeley ties her up again, and, once again pulls the head down and traps it..."

Tess: "Referee talking to Hazell about it, telling her to get her hand off Kat's neck..."

O'Dell: "Brit not paying much attention. She's found something that's worked for her, and she's running with it. Dennings tied up yet again. Tries to shove free and can't do it. Hazell hooking body with the free hand, keeping Kat's head trapped. Referee breaks the pair, warns Hazell, and there's the bell. Keeley's round."

Cassie: "And, Hazell in the lead 39-38 after four."

ROUND FIVE:

O'Dell: "Into the fifth now, and the in-fighting continues. Dennings levering with the shoulder now, knocking Hazell off balance, opening her up and keeping that head clear at the same time. Kat thumping body as Keeley's being shoved back by that shoulder action. This is a nice adjustment, Mac..."

McCarthy: "This is typical dirty, brawling Neve Campbell stuff. I'm not surprised her so-called protege is doing it."

O'Dell: "Perfectly within the rules, Mac, as demonstrated by the fact that the referee isn't warning Kat about it..."

McCarthy: "Don't make me LAUGH. These referees have money with Weirdo's fingerprints on them SPILLING out of their pockets. I was robbed here TWICE..."

O'Dell (sighing): "Dennings ducking low, using the lower center of gravity to her advantage, levering Hazell up with that left shoulder and ROCKING HER WITH A RIGHT HOOK! Right hook, Kat, and Hazell is wobbled! Dennings letting the hands go now, driving Keeley back into the ropes..."

Cassie: "And, going right to work body, because Hazell has it on fire sale."

O'Dell: "And Kat filling up cart after cart right now, determined to bring the guard down. Keeley just taking the punishment, keeping the gloves high, rolling with the upstairs shots that are banging off her gloves. Dennings rolling up points down the stretch, but the busty Brit going to hang on. There's the bell. Dennings wide."

Tess: "And the fight now even 48-48 at the half."

ROUND SIX:

O'Dell: "Dennings immediately after Hazell to start the sixth. Keeley wants to tie up, play for some time here, but Dennings using that lever to force the Brit back, working over her body as she does so. Hazell trying to shove that head down and trap it, but Kat's seen enough of that and she's not allowing it."

Cassie: "Kat staying very busy in there, Jenny. Not loading up, just working hard with both hands."

O'Dell: "Tons of hooks and the odd uppercut, lots of activity. This is classic pressure fighter stuff. Swarming offense. No let up. Fire coming from everywhere and never slowing down let alone stopping. Hazell looking for a respite via the tie, but it's not happening and DOWN SHE GOES! Dennings with a nasty right uppie and Hazell blown to her back!"

Tess: "Snapped that right between the gloves, Jenny. Very clean."

O'Dell: "Dennings to a neutral corner quickly. Hazell on her back, hands at her sides. Count at three. Four. Five. No movement from the Brit at all. Six. Seven. Keeley drapes an arm across her eyes at eight. Nine. TEN! It's over! That quickly, it's over. And your winner by KO6 is Kat 'The Rack' Dennings..."

Tess: "Let's take a look at that knockout punch, Mac..."

McCarthy: "NO!"

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I have our winner, Kat Dennings, and Kat, lots of physical stuff in there..."

Kat: "Not surprised. That's exactly what I was expecting from her. She' strong and she can hit. But, like I said pre-fight, I can bang a lot better than she can."

Tess: "What's next for you?"

Kat: "You know me, Tess. I'm ready to go any time against any fighter management chooses."
