BEFORE: Keisha Buchanan has been labelled as one of the most overmatched girls on the Lioness Club roster but that doesn't make her a favorite against the local Black Eagle Sandy Moelling who still looks to become the top German fighter in the division. She's been defeated by Jeanette Biedermann in a marquee duell earlier this year and even knocking out Pooja Shah hasn't quite removed the bitter taste from her mouth. Keisha is a vast improvement over the Foxfire actress but her victory over Samantha Jade hasn't really set the BBU on fire either. She's beaten genuine jobbers in her career to date so Georgie Thompson thinks that Sandy could become her most valuable scalp yet if she actually manages to upset the German hosts tonight.

Round 1:
The Germans are up for another feisty start as Sandy rocks Keisha with her opening drive to immediately raise the crowd's response, she thumps the former Sugababes singer with a jabbing series up the middle to stagger her in the center of the ring but swings wide of the mark when she tries to hammer in on the temple. Keisha flicks a quick uppercut on the jaw just to announce herself in the fight but soon eats a left hook on the mouth and wobbles back with a loud cream. Sandy's really going all-in here but struggles to embrace the subsequent escape from the British girl who realizes she needs to adjust her stance before fighting back in a proper manner. She bides her time ducking & weaving from the blonde's punches until a late cross hook catches Moelling on the mouth to abandon her aggresive tactics.

Round 2:
Keisha seeks a quick hooking route to prevent another uptempo start from the fellow singer but she gets caught on the jaw with a piercing uppercut and Sandy wraps her into a close range dust up so familiar in the flyweight division. And Buchanan struggles to handle the German heat as her head snaps backwards repeatedly in the opening minute before a switch on the guts bends the Brit forward into a nasty uppercut on the jaw. That strike finally dumps the younger singer on the ropes and enables Sandy to send more clean punches and dissect the high guard. Keisha gets trapped on the ropes and fails to make her response count as the sheer ammount of German leather keeps picking her off for remainder of the round and leaves her nursing a nasty shiner under the left eye already. Black Eagles coach Gina Wild is beaming with delight at the sidelines and doesn't even need to talk to her fighter during the interval.

Round 3:
Moelling's ultra-aggressive approach finally meets a solid block early in the third when the blonde tries to pierce the fellow singer's liver area only to bounce off the hip and wobble forward into a nasty one-two combo on the brow ridges. Buchanan has little to lose so she jumps into a leather frenzy herself and we do witness that classic flyweight bash to treat the fans again...  Keisha drills the blonde's mouth repeatedly and outmuscles her down the stretch; Sandy dropes on her heels but then eats another powerful hook to lose her balance and when her guard collapses, the Sugababes veteran NAILS her with an epic cross on the nose THAT SENDS THE BLONDE CRASHING DOWN ON HER SIDE... Gina Wild almost chokes on her smile as she's silenced as much as the entire Lanxess Arena... at least Michelle Joy Phelps keeps laughing in her VIP suite but it's a disaster for Moelling who does beat the count at six but has blood seeping from her nostrils... Keisha's quick to resume the punishment and doesn't give the ref time to call the medics... Sandy knows she's been cut and just stares at the fellow singer before getting ROCKED with another cross hook on the nose... she sinks on her knees instantly and Buchanan just bulldozes her back to the ropes where she cleans out her breadbasket to ignore the desperate earmuff... Sandy aches and groans while getting ravaged out there on the ropes and only the bell can save her from the looming demise.

Round 4:
Hectic atmosphere in the Black Eagles corner, cutmen have their hands full with Sandy's nasal bleeding and Gina Wild is all over her ear now... it doesn't make any difference to Keisha though who storms out of her stool to resume the jabbing assault and beats the mentally affected blonde for the big punches repeatedly in the opening minute... Sandy sinks on her knees and seeks a way out of the close range heat but Buchanan nails her with more overhands and backs her into the ropes where another steady midriff attack removes more faith from the German audience. Moelling doesn't have a response to the English rush and only lands single punches on the forearms while making no progress upstairs. Meanwhile Keisha's really keen to make her foe pay for the earlier cut and buries her under a leather galore which shuts Moelling down completely and renders her into a punchbag mode come the bell. She slumps against the turnbuckle with eyes closed and struggles to find her breath while the British singer gives the stunned crowd a really long look before heading back to her corner.

Round 5:
Keisha enjoys thumping the blonde between her gloves and miracle punch script is almosyt required now to save the German's night. However Sandy just can't switch into that aggressive mode again as she's been well roasted ever since the knockdown... Buchanan almost pulls back the cavalry once she wobbles the quickly wilting opponent back to the ropes again but still finds that nose-bleeding punch when she scythes the high guard and makes Moelling choke on her own spasms. A quick switch on the solar plexus drops the blonde's guard AND MAKES HER SLIDE ON HER KNEES with a loud yelp... the fallen German rests her head against the canvas and bursts into more spasms with Keisha ready to plant her foot on her back... "Had enough, bytch? Or do you want MORE???", Gina Wild just shakes her head in disgust but Sandy's in no shape to continue here and gives up the fight while kneeling down at her tormentor's feet... KO5 Keisha Buchanan!!!

AFTER: What an inglorious end to such an important fight! Sandy dominated the opening two rounds and even Georgie Thompson doesn't realize what went wrong for her. Or why did it happen so quickly? Keisha's not the elite contender out there and that was the ultimate goal for the Black Eagles top flyweight after the impressive Pooja Shah punchout. Even the bantamweight past doesn't justify Keisha's larger-than-life victory tonight which IS her biggest one marketing-wise since she blasted none other than Georgie Thompson back in January 2013.

"It's another frickin' doomsday for the Eagles and especially that wannabe manager Gina Wild!", Michelle Joy Phelps reports on her online blog and well, that's a harsh call on the German entourage; Sandy looked really pumped to take Keisha down here but perhaps she's never going to make it above the journeywoman status after all. If only Gina Wild didn't become a sworn enemy with Jeanette Biedermann, she could have brought the Berlin-born singer with her to form the new stable. As of now, though the flyweight camp looks the most vulnerable on the Eagles roster despite their owner/manager actually being a flyweight herself. Go and figure!
