Since her JMDD loss to Alexandra Daddario last year, Joanna Krupa had remained unbeaten in her three subsequent fights. In an attempt to get to a position where she could challenge Blake Lively for the Lightweight title, Kelly Brook stood in her way. The former unified Lightweight title holder had not won on FCBA duty since defeating Katy Perry in 2013. With fears that her best days in the ring were well behind her, and after a series of failed television shows, Brook was expected to pose an easy enough hurdle for Krupa.

This JMDD bout is to take place at Yankee Stadium, New York. Krupa enters the ring wearing red gloves and a red and black bikini, while Brook has opted for blue gloves and a matching two-piece.

Round 1: Krupa pokes the jab from the southpaw stance, while Brook tries to claim the centre of the ring. Krupa with a jab, Brook looking to the body for a moment. Tentative early start: Krupa is flicking out the jabs, Brook trying to wait her out a bit. Krupa did the more work there, even if there wasn't a lot of practical work either way.

Round 2: Krupa is coming out a bit more aggressive to start this round. Krupa is unloading with power shots, Brook covering up and blocking the shots. Krupa with body work, throwing her hands this round, whacking away at the arms. Brook lands a single shot.

Round 3: Brook lands a good body shot early doors. Krupa may be tiring just a bit, but she's still working. Right, hand up top from Brook. Krupa to the body. Brook able to back her up a bit more now. Turning into an excellent fight.

Round 4: Brook lands a good right hand, and Krupa is hurt! Brook landing some good shots, and Krupa does genuinely look worn out now. Uppercut from Brook. Krupa down from exhaustion, but it's ruled a slip. Krupa looks absolutely gone in there. She's basically saved by the bell here.

Round 5: Going to be real interesting from here. Indeed a war of attrition now. Brook is moving forward now. Krupa is trying to keep her away. Body shot from Brook in the second minute, and Krupa is down! Krupa takes the count! What a win! Result: Kelly Brook beats Joanna Krupa with a fifth round knockout.

After: Brook climbs atop the turnbuckle and blows kisses to her fans. After shedding her gloves, she drags the dazed Krupa by the hair to the centre of the ring and proceeds to administer a breast smother. She removes Krupa’s bikini halter before leaving the ring for some television interviews.
