Troian: 30 YO, 5’7 (1.70 m), 15-14-0 since 2011, Pretty Little Punchers
 
Before: Strategy-minded Troian explains to the press: “After winning 6 in a row, of course I was disappointed to lose my title shot to Minka Kelly and then I lost to Kaley Cuoco. I knew had to come up with a way to turn things around fast and that’s why I decided Alyson Michalka would be just right. She was ranked higher than me in the last Bantam rankings, so beating her would clearly boost me. That she is coming off two wins will make my victory even more impressive.“
 
When her turn at the podium comes, Aly turns a quizzical eye at Troi: “That is such a great plan Bellisario. The only thing I don’t get is what are going to do after I’ve whipped your conceited ass?


Troian’s jaw dropped: “I am NOT conceited! I was merely explaining why I am fighting you!”
 
“Fighting me isn’t the same as actually beating me!” Aly retorted.
 
“That is a technicality,” Troian said stiffly, “you just don’t like realizing how vulnerable you are to me. I have you all figured out.”
 
“I’ll just bet you have a notebook full of helpful tips on beating me,” Aly said.
 
“I do not! They are on my tablet, this is the 21st Century you know,” Troi blurted.
 
“Yeah, well, 21st Century or 19th, it’s still the same: you got to put on your gloves and beat the other girl. And, honey, you are NOT going to beat me!”
 
Troian crossed her arms at her chest: “No, YOU are NOT going to beat ME! You are nowhere near as prepared as I am and it’ll show in the end!”
 
“You think so? Then you’re in for one big surprise and I;m glad I’ll be the one giving it to you!” Alys fired back.
 
The tension was still high as the two fighters entered the ring. Aly was in a blue and white pattern bikini. Blue gloves and boots with white laces. Troian was in a black bikini with black gloves and boots. Aly’s dark (iZOMBIE) hair was in a simple ponytail. Troian’s was pulled back in more elaborate battle braid. The two were eyeing each other during ring instructions. Their gloves slammed together hard instead of merely swiping, but then they went to their corners to await the opening bell.
 
 
R1: Alyson is just barely off her stool when Troian barrels in, with Troian just sending forward several torso-blows in quick successsion before Michalka can even process what's taking place. Troian moving quickly as Michalka groans out, tying up behind her elbows as the ref's break pushes Troian back. Alyson sliding to the right, going to leg her way out of her corner but she's swiftly compressed to the ropes once again as Bellisario crowds in close. Troian putting her head down against Alyson's impressive chest and pumping both hands into her abs. Aly is getting ragdolled roughly against the ropes, but staying calm and breathe exhaling through her pursed lips as she keeps tying Troian up for ref's break to prevent her from getting into a rhythm. In the final minute, it's Aly fighting out of the pocket, a crowd-pleasing exchange as Troian continues to stay atop her opponent at the ropes. Both girls lapping up punches underneath until the bell, as Bellisario pushes off and makes firm eye-contact, sending a clear message that she wants more Michalka as she takes the first close.
 
R2: Troian chipping away at Michalka's defenses in the middle of the ring, just stepping forward and poking with straight rights and lefts, steering Aly around the ring. After the first, Aly comes off a counter as she dips down and digs with a brutal left uppercut to the solar-plexus. It's a precision body shot that has Troian doubling over, momentarily taking her breathe away and simultaneously igniting a fire in Alyson, unleashing a brisk lather across Troian's tummy, even getting a bit frisky to swat across Troian's tits slightly. Troian is staggering backwards, but keeps punching-with as she manages to beat Alyson to the punch with a blunt right, following up with a short left uppercut to chin. ALY IS ROCKED, wobbly butt as as Troian switches over to offense. Troian jumps forward, just hurling wild rights and lefts across Aly's head and shoulders, just driving her backwards to the ropes. Aly is butt-in-ropes, but still alert as she rolls in the pocket, keeping her elbows in close as she fits Troian for some uppercuts out of the crouch as Troian just looks to seal the deal. It's a rip-roaring back and forth, crowd cheering, but Troian takes over down the stretch and doesn't stop punching at the bell as the ref pulls Bellisario off a shellshocked Michalka, who gives up the round wide.
 
R3: Michalka rallies to execute a smart and solid round of boxing. Troian looking to come forward for more power punches, but Michalka managing to deliver pre-emptive right and lefts spanking off of Bellisario's face to kick her backwards. It's a steady clockwise rotation as she keeps Troian moving her feet, with a steady diet of feints and a flurry of punches keeping Bellisario off balance. Most of Alyson's offensive output is directed towards Troian's face, but occasionally fits Troian with a tight left uppercut into her sternum that guts her and bunches Bellisario up. Aly keeps pivoting around any counters Bellisario attempts to unleash, with Michalka imposing will in a shutout here through three.
 
R4: Fourth round is similar stuff with Alyson looking more smooth and less rushed than previous rounds, just chipping away and pivoting from the outside. Michalka is pounding away on Troian's flanks, picking apart beautiful brunette as Aly keeps changing the angle, with Troian just struggling to find a good attempt to punch her way inside. Aly keeps hammering at the face, then switches down low to dip and dig down with a hard-hitting left uppercut to her tummy and visibly hurting Belissario with clean touches. Troian gets in her spots of offense, but it's another big round for Alyson as Troian is touched up and frustrated here in the fourth.
 
R5: Aly comes in aggressive, dukes up, chin tucked, elbows in and fists flying out towards Troian to keep up the same level of pressure from the last two rounds. Aly is stepping left, keeping her foe off balance with head feints and delivering one-two combinations up top to chip away at Troian's face and pre-empting Bellisaro's power-punching. Michalka commands the ring for the first minute, but a wide left hook by Bellisario to start the second spooks Michalka and a hard right hook follows up to check her chin, sending her back wobbly-butt as Troian takes over. Belissario bouncing forward, squaring up as she pounds away at Michalka's ribcage, bullying her shaky foe backwards to the ropes as hammers her way to taking control of the round and perhaps the match here in the fifth.
 
R6: Aly hopping forward into Troian with a short, compact right to tits, quick left to tummy, swift right hook to cheek as she chases Bellisario back to the ropes and it's Michalka's turn to bully her forward. Once they are in close, Aly piles in, head pressing down under Troian's chin and against her chest to just plunder away at her belly with churning rights and lefts. Bellisario is grimacing, pushing Michalka back by her shoulders but receives a hard right hook across the chin in receipt that sends her butt-in-ropes! Troian fighting well off of the ropes, but Michalka is just vandalizing Belissario's tummy and torso. Troian groaning, absorbing punishment as she lowers her shoulder, bumping Aly backward but every time she gets off of the ropes, Aly slugs her way back inside. Troian is blocking, rolling and battling back as best she can – trying to fight effectively off of the ropes - but Alyson takes this round close with her improved offense.
 
R7: Bellisario comes charging out in the first minute, but it definitely seems like she's lost some velocity. Bellisario sending some strong shots out of the crouch, but Aly just excelling off of the counter right now as she deflects a shot to the outside with her left and then just shrugging in a hard right uppercut to send Troian backpedaling off balance. Aly smells blood as she senses it's time to pounce as Bellisario shoots out some right and left hands to try to create a little separation, but Alyson just ducking underneath as she bobs her way inside and then sends a hard right hook underneath to check Troian's chin HARD! Troian's head swivels to the side and the rest of her body follows to corkscrew to the canvas. Troian reaches out for the ropes, but is unable to snare them before she hits the mats with a thud. Troian groans out, trying to roll herself over and work her way back up to a sitting position, but she's unable to beat the count before the referee reaches the dreaded ten count as she clutches around her head and waist, one foot drumming against the canvas in frustration as Alyson Michalka brings both hands up into the air to celebrate a win over her PLP rival via a savage KO7!
 
AFTER: Alyson Michalka can’t wait to have her gloves removed so she can zip across the ring to haul a still shell-shocked Troian Bellisario off her stool.
“How’s that strategy stuff workin’ for ya now, huh? HUH?” Aly taunts the beaten PLP fighter.
“That wasn’t supposed to happen!” Troian mumbles. “Wasn’t supposed to end like that—“
“But it did!” Aly gloats and puts a hammerlock on Troian’s right arm so she can oblige her take a Walk of Shame.
“Let go of me! You don’t have to do that!” Troian pleads as she stumbles along.
“No, but it will look so much better if you’re my helpless prisoner,” Aly replies with a wicked grin.
Troi continues to protest as she stumbles along trying to keep up with the Bazz fighter. Aly seems to grow annoyed at the slow pace, so she reaches over with her left hand to give Troi’s trunks a twist and yank. The wedgie draws and indignant squeal from Troi, but the pace does back up.
“I am going to get you for this!” Troian promises as the walk circuit is complete and  Alyson shoves her into the arms of an angry Shay Mitchell.
“That’s what they all say!” Aly laughs and saunters back to her corner.
Excellent back and forth battle with Aly Michalka able to overcome early problems to beat Troan Bellisario.  Fight bound to make Aly even more a likely bantam title contender, while it’s back to the drawing board Troian. She fought hard, but she still ended up with a three-fight losing streak and that’s not good.
