(Girls Friday vs Lioness Club)

Intro:
The latest battle for model supremacy sees two of Victoria Secrets most famous models do battle for bragging rights. Alessandra has proven to be a big hitter these last few months since she knocked out Sophie Ellis-Bextor with ease. Since then she's won all of her three bouts including the last against the beautiful Anne Hathaway. While Karolina has an impressive record and is a major step up in class for the Brazilian. But America hasn't been the best for Karolina who has a mixed record here and the last time she fought a Brazilian was Adriana Lima who it didn't go great against. At the press event, both women were polite to each other, having known each other for years by doing catwalk modelling and photoshoots for the same publications before. So it's not as full blooded a rivalry as some but the level of competition is certainly there as they pose for the cameras.

Ambrosio is up first, blowing a kiss to the cameras, she says "Karolina and me have spoken about this for awhile and all I can say is babe you better give me a fight or I'll be pissed, we've always worked well together on set, so let's give people a great fight to go home to"

Kurkova smiles as she stands up to deliver her prefight speech "Alessandra; you're always so kind when we work together but if you think I'll walk into that ring and not go out my way to beat you, then you don't know me as well as I thought!"

Alessandra laughs as she walks over to Karolina and the two stare hard while raising their fists in their fighting stances. The intense look between the two show they want this contest badly to settle who the better woman is. Shaking hands, the grip seems to be another test between the two of them as they smile warmly at each other. Then they leave the stage to a chorus of whispers amongst the media men and women, as debates rage on whose going to be the harder hitter between these two powerhouses.

Fighting time and Alessandra is out first with Lauren Berlingeri by her side as her coach for tonight. She is wearing a purple set of Victoria Secret Bra and pants, which she adds purple boxing gloves to complete her look.

Karolina is out next with her stable coach Melanie Brown by her side as Kurkova looks ready for a scrap tonight. She is wearing a blue set of Victoria Secret bra and panties set with blue gloves to complete her attire. The staredown between the two women as they look ready to start at any moment as pride is driving them on to be the best.

Asked to touch gloves, the two thump their gloves together and both share a wry smile as they know they're going to get the best of each other like they asked for.

10 rounds of lightweight action starts now.

Round 1:
Coming out their corners while bouncing on their toes, it doesn't take long for both women to go for each other. Neither are the greatest of technical boxers and that comes through as they go forehead to forehead and trade close range with power punches. Both back off as they feel each others power and have to admit that they didn't enjoy the feel of it. But they settle into fighting in close, flanks taking a beating as they guard well up the centre. Karolina seems to be landing more often which seems to have Alessandra worried if the expression on her face is anything to go by, she's been used to bulldozing people aside with her power. But Kurkova is a tough warrior who won't go down without a fight, ask the last Brazilian she fought by the name Lima. The round ends with both women nodding to each other their respect as their bodies are already starting to show a pink hue from where they've been hit.

Round 2:
Alessandra changes the tempo quickly as she turns the fight into a street fighting brawl. As they get in close, she's shoving Karolina to land several hooks to her her unprotected body. The Czech woman looks annoyed at the tactics as Alessandra grabs onto her when she starts to land back some shots of her own. The Brazilian is landing short sharp punches to her opponents body as Karolina tries to get free and can only look at the ref wondering when he's going to stop what she perceives as wrestling. The ref does step in after awhile and Karolina jumps straight back into this close range war. Both grunt and groan as they eat power punches till the bell, where they step back and look at each other with questioning expressions, as they try to work out how to fell the other.

Round 3:
Karolina decides to add a level of boxing to this brawl as she dances around Alessandra with a jab to keep Ambrosio from trying to smother her arms like the last round. Alessandra doesn't look too impressed as she waves Kurkova on and says "what happened to the tough bytch?" Karolina looks annoyed and launches herself back in to her rival who smiles and is enjoying this just absolute slugfest between the two. It's hectic in the ring as they just pound away on each other and clinch up to try to force the other into a corner or the ropes for better positioning. But they're so alike body wise that they are locked in a stalemate when it comes to strength. On her toes again, Karolina uses that piston like jab again as Alessandra groans and almost looks in a huff at not being able to match bodies with this modelling rival like the way she wants. The bell rings and Alessandra laughs a little as she nods at Karolina thinking that she's too afraid to fight me like we should be, is that overconfidence?

Round 4:
Both are starting to look sore around their bodies already as they step out for only the fourth round. Alessandra is chasing Karolina down in what's become a form of cat and mouse. That's until she catches Kurkova napping with a right hook that sends Karolina's head flying to the side a and now she senses she's in. Landing several hard shots to the body of Karolina, who is doing her best to defend herself under this barrage until she catches Alessandra cold with a straight to the bridge of the nose and a hook to her brow. Alessandra wobbles backwards, looking stunned but Karolina is still shaking her own cobwebs off, so doesn't get a chance to kill this fight off. Instead Ambrosio goes back to trying to shove Karolina into a corner to land heavy shots and Kurkova is fighting her way off the ropes each time. Their corners are getting worried as neither woman is going to go ten rounds in a fight like this if it keeps up. Alessandra again manages to corner Karolina as she slugs three hard hooks to her opponents flank as Kurkova lands two in return and then forces the clinch to try and get out of dodge. The Brazilian trying to keep things close again as she uses her right to land a few kidney blows and the Czech is happy to get into a fight like that with both grimancing in pain. The bell rings with Karolina about to go back to her corner but Alessandra hugs her to whisper in her ear "you can't take my power" Karolina smirks as the two look like lovers in an embrace but she returns verbal fire with "let's see what you think when I force you to crawl around this ring" They both separate with Alessandra mockingly winking at her rival before they walk to their corners.

Round 5:
The confidence of Alessandra leads her into an early mistake as she drives forward into a hook that wobbles her. Kurkova knows when to pounce as she batters Alessandra to the ropes and the look of pain on her face shows how bad a mistake that was. Ambrosio does manage to enforce a clinch to stop the assault she's just taken but her face is still in a grimance as Karolina keeps her pressed against the ropes. Separating the two jab away at each other till Karolina lands a hard straight and left hook to the body that reels the Brazilian to the ropes. The fight has turned in a big way as Karolina looks supremely focused on the task. While Alessandra is in shock at suffering a real beating for the first
time in her short career. She's just hanging on for dear life every time she takes a hard shot and she looks to be in complete desperation at this situation. Kurkova buckles the knees of her opponent again at the bell and struts back to her corner while banging her gloves together in an ominous way, like the bells of demise are coming for Alessandra.

Round 6:
Alessandra seems to have steeled herself after the thumping she took in the last round. She's trying to adopt the tactic she mocked her opponent for and starts trying to stick to the outside with the jab as Karolina just laughs at the change of demeanor she's seeing. Karolina still manages to drive hard body shots up the centre, Ambrosio's face curls up in a look of terror again as she can't believe she's getting hammered. The round is about half way through when Alessandra gets a hard punch to her nose that rocks her head back. Then as her guard opens up; Karolina slams one of the punches of the night into the liver area of Alessandra. Down goes the Brazilian as she spits her gumshield out and looks up to see she has a whole minute to survive. But she has to get up first and as she tries to at 5, her stomach is in such pain that she collapses downwards to lay face down till she gets counted out.

Winner: Karolina Kurkova KO Round 6

After:
Karolina raises her fists above her head as she steps in front of the face of Alessandra to show she's the superior woman. Ambrosio looks up and nods at her rival and friend as she admits that this time she got beat by the better woman. Getting her gloves taken off by Melanie, she gets asked by her coach "are you giving her the walk of shame then?"

Karolina smiles as she walks over to Alessandra and drags her up by her hair till their nose to nose.

"You fought well babe but I'm the better woman and always will be and while I do like you, you know what's going to happen babe" says Karolina as she pushes Ambrosio back down to all fours. Then she grabs her hair again and leads her around like she's walking the family pet and not a rival to her. Every time Alessandra stops, Karolina kicks her up her behind and barks "crawl before I punish you" After two laps of the ring with cameras taking pictures from every angle it seems of this humiliation.

Karolina kneels down next to a spent Alessandra, who rolls to her back and gently kisses her forehead to show that their is still some level of friendship between the two as she says "I expect you'll want to fight again babe, anytime Alessandra you're welcome to try but remember how I walked you around here, next time I expect three laps OK?"

Alessandra weakly nods as she catches her breath and Karolina leaves the ring with her head held high and proud of the marks on her body from a hard brawl.
