After Stephanie McMahon's second title-deciding loss to former JMDD champion Kate Upton, she decided privately (with support from her stable) to start hunting down the "cougars and pumas" in the FCBA. First up came Charlize Theron in the Los Ingobernales vs. Ginny's Academy stable war, which ended in a decisive McMahon victory. Next came Jennifer Garner, the manager for Foxfire Boxing, who came out of retirement with a surprise victory over Stephanie. For a tiebreaker, Stephanie McMahon offered a fight to former welterweight and middleweight champion Tyra Banks in a JMDD fight.

"I want to see who's really the toughest & hottest cougar in the FCBA, and who has the best boobs. We're gonna fight like two wildcats for dominance of the forest!" Tyra Banks, hungry to prove her worth against a fellow welterweight in Stephanie, accepted the fight posthaste, with some words in response. "No matter how competitive Steph thinks she is, she's got a whole new thing comin' for her! Jenny Garner knocked her block clean off last month, and I know that I'll shatter her for good! Last time Theron beat me was when McMahon was hot, so she don't count; after tonight, daddy's little girl gonna be 0-2 against real veterans! Finally, I said this before, and I'll say it again: I'm the biggest, baddest, hottest mama in boxing, and if that makes me a cougar, I say RAWR!"

Tyra Banks comes out to the ring first, dressed in a sexy leopard print bikini with no other adornments on, boxer braids and dull yellow gloves; seconded by Rebecca Romijn, her long-time middleweight rival. Stephanie McMahon comes to the ring second, wearing a similar bikini but in all pink, long ponytail and red gloves, seconded by Bo Krsmanovic; her newest addition to Los Ingobernales and fellow old-style middleweight. After the fighters bump fists, Tyra bounces her firm chest out to bump with Steph's. "What's the matter, girl, too scared? Am I too big and luscious for you to handle?" She gloats, before Stephanie glances at her pair and returns the favor. "Remember, Tyra, too much red meat..." she says while raising her fists, "can give you a heart attack." This fight is set for 10 rounds in the JMDD division.

Round 1: Tyra rushes out of her corner and blasts Stephanie with an early right hand to the jaw, sending Steph back to her corner! Steph's eyes become saucers as Tyra just does not let up with her belly jabs in the first minute, turning her stomach inside out with big blows. Even with Bo shouting words of encouragement to her Queen, Stephanie just looks shellshocked by the point that the female referee has to step in - not to stop the fight outright, but to give Stephanie a standing 8 count and a commitment to fight. "Of course, I'll kick her butt back! This is my jungle!" Stephanie shouts as Rebecca gives Tyra instructions in their corner. The referee judges Stephanie safe to continue fighting, which gives Tyra the cue to jump right back into the match with a massive flurry of blows! This time, however, Stephanie can defend the majority of the shots that Tyra throws at her, and stays snug against the ropes in defense. During the last minute of the round, it's clear that Tyra aims only to tire out Stephanie for the pickings later with deliberately easy punches that Stephanie has to waste energy guarding. When the bell rings, it's not a walk to the corner at all for Stephanie, but Tyra takes her time walking back to her side, swaying her butt back and forth to taunt Stephanie and her Billion Dollar Booty. Easy win for Tyra.

Round 2: Bo and Rebecca do their job encouraging their fighters between rounds, so it's off to the races again after the bell! This time, Stephanie lands the first shot in - an overhand left to Tyra's nose - and it stuns Tyra! She takes a step back, giving Stephanie the room to rush back into the fray with heavy jug shots from dual hands. The fight turns into Stephanie's specialty, a bra-busting brawl soon after with Tyra trying to hunt for jug but Stephanie repels her with a potent offense by the second minute. By the end of the round, Tyra is flopping out there like a fish out of water while Stephanie takes her time enjoying this game of balloon popping, digging in tough shots to Tyra's breasts while the middleweight model can barely defend. The bell rings after one last uppercut to Tyra's breasts in the center, almost enough to take Tyra's breath away! The audience sees a reversal of fortune from the last round's walk to the corners, with Tyra quickly rushing back to her corner for assistance while Stephanie takes her time getting back to her side, swaying her hips in Tyra's sight and giving her ass a *smack!* (causing Bo to make an "oooooh") before she sits down on her stool.

Round 3: Stephanie shoots the first punch in the round again as an overhand left, but Tyra ducks underneath and retaliates with a left uppercut to her belly button!
Steph covers up in an instant in her stomach, while Tyra takes advantage with a ringing right hand to the jaw and a left straight puncturing McMahon's left breast. She is bombing out there while Banks lights her chest up with heavy lefts and rights, both full crosses and long uppercuts included. The more mature cougar doesn't waste any time hunting for her prey during this round, beating Stephanie from pillar to post. Steph manages to unglue her fists from her belly and raise them up for protection, giving her both room to attack and room for Big T to smash her belly to bits. "Oh, finally you get your hands ready, I see how it is! Doesn't matter for a milk-n-toast headass like you, 'cause all I need is one shot to end you!" Tyra shouts while backing Stephanie up in a neutral corner, pounding on Stephanie's guardian forearms, trying to break that shell like a hammer to a clam. Steph tries to get a right hand in this mayhem, but Tyra knocks her back against the post with a clean left hook to Stephanie's abs! The Ingobernales patron throws up some water out her mouth as a result, and pulls Tyra in with all of her might to a body-to-body, no space at all clinch! Tyra attempts to shake Stephanie off, draining herself of power, but Steph just keeps on tighter than a sailor's knot, not letting herself get thrown off at all! When the bell rings in the clinch, the ref has to take some time to untangle both sets of limbs so both fights can escape and use all of their corner time - which each does, no frills.

Round 4: Neither fighter ventures to have a smile on their face now as the fourth round begins, both fighters with their hands up and ready to battle in the center of the ring. Tyra tries to move her big frame around to evade any attacks, but it's all moot as Stephanie fires right in with bikini-jarring jabs to Tyra's breasts, three in total! The second Tyra makes the motion to cover up, Queen McMahon is having absolutely none of it and steps forward with a power right cross to Banks's head, sending her shuffling into the ropes! Tyra has to stay her right hand on the top rope as Stephanie just ravishes her body with jabs to the mouth and forehead, cycling in straight punches directed to her midsection. The older cougar fights back with a double chest punch of her own, while Stephanie counters with her own breast assault, bruising Tyra's melons. It's a unmerciful scene out in the ring when McMahon wants to take revenge on Tyra for the last humiliating round, not letting up the attack at all! When the bell rings, Stephanie just leaves Tyra dangling in the ropes while she heads back to her corner, allowing Rebecca to do the work of untangling her fighter. Very dominant for Stephanie.

Round 5: While Tyra struggles to get out of her corner for the fifth round, Stephanie looks like a blue-chipper in comparison, overflowing with joy at her chance to knock off this former champion. And despite Tyra's best efforts, Stephanie takes the best of that chance after demolishing her physically the last round; all Stephanie had to do is butter up Banks's moneybags with jabbing blows, throw a curvy right uppercut to the side of Tyra's jaw, and let gravity takes it's course. The older cougar in leopard print collapses on her knees as the count starts, laying her face down on the ground while her bum remains in the air. Stephanie McMahon wins by KO5!

After the result, Bo runs into the ring to embrace her Queen as Rebecca comes into the ring to reassure Tyra after the loss. "It's okay, Banks, you can knock me out just like old times after this!" Tyra is too upset to speak, especially after seeing Bo raise Stephanie in the air after her big win. Soon, the celebration is done and Stephanie struts to Tyra's broken form, getting that swagger back in her hips. "Looks like I'M the top cougar now, Mrs. Heart Attack! What better way to declare it than to mark my territory, hmmmm?" Before Tyra can comprehend the meaning of that, Stephanie drags her up to her bosom and shoves her face right in her superior breasts to show Tyra who's really boss. After a few seconds, it's clear that Tyra is out cold, so Bo taps Stephanie on the hip to let her know. McMahon drops Tyra carefully to the ground, lying her prone with her tits to the sky. "She's my prey now, so step back Becky bytch! I'll hunt you later!" Stephanie bellows as she steps on Tyra's unconscious form with her right foot, kicking her breasts and flexing for the audience. "I'm the hottest, strongest, bustiest cougar in the woods now! And no one will take that from me!" Stephanie shouts to the camera while Bo kneels down next to her and hugs her midsection, both glaring darling smiles.
