(Free Agent vs Free Agent)

Intro:
The third bout in this Home & Away vs Neighbours team event sees the two youngest members of the teams do battle.
Ivy Latimer is 21 and is most famous for her roles on children T.V shows in Australia like Mako island. But she starred in several episodes of Home & Away as Olivia Richards.
Her opponent Ariel is 22 and has done some children's T.V herself but is more famous as Imogen Willis on Neighbours which she has announced she's leaving soon.
She is also a model and a singer so she isn't short of projects for her career in future after Neighbours.
Both of these women are normally sweet little things but for some reason, they seem awkward around each other and their teammates seem to be spurring them on to do something to the other.

Ivy in the build up to the fight said "look I normally like everyone I meet and maybe it's this situation but every time I see Ariel, I just get the urge to jump her and have it out with her, so I guess I'll get my chance in the ring"
The South African born Aussie Ariel said in her training camp "trust me the feelings mutual, I don't know if it's hate or what it is but whenever I see her, I want to slap her and get her to fight me, I guess I need to know I'm better than their version of me"
At the weigh in, both look nervous as they are put face to face, hands are out at sides in shape of claws and they silently brew. Some members from both teams seem to urge their girl to make the first move and it ends up being a shove from Kassandra Clementi into her friend Ivy that gets things going.
As Ivy goes to apologize, she takes a slap from Ariel, Latimer in a rage at not being allowed to say sorry slaps Kaplan in return.
Both women scream bloody murder as they pull each others hair and down they go in a heap of limbs.
Rolling around the floor as their teammates shout for them to kick the others ass and to the keener eye bets can be seen taken with Kassandra the bet taker.
Security gets involved and drags them apart but the snarling continues as both women tell the other what they really think of each other.

Fighting time on the beach volleyball court, no bleachers or traditional ring, just two stools to mark starting corners on the court.
Ivy is out first wearing a glittery covered green bikini top and bottoms showing off a fit young body, her gloves are the same color as she steps onto the court and awaits her opponent with some nerves still.
Ariel walks out in a yellow bikini and gloves showing off her toned and tanned body from all her fitness work.
She steps on to the court and walks up to Ivy for a hard staredown between the two young women. Ivy is heard saying "look I didn't shove you so.."
Before Ariel interrupts and replies "you don't mean it because you want this as bad as me, so cut the crap and give me your all OK?"
Both women nod as the ref gives final instructions for the fighters and both touch gloves before returning to corners.
10 rounds of flyweight action starts now.

Round 1:
Both women come together in a clash of punches as the animosity between the two can finally come out that's being bubbling up all through their training camps. Ariel seems to be landing the better punches in the early going but Ivy is getting stuck in, which seems so far against her nature.
Tagging each other up the centre, they nearly clash heads as they both lunge forward and bump bodies instead, which shocks both girls somewhat. Stepping back to circle each other a moment, they look each other up and down and it's clear the animosity they have for each other is from jealousy.
As their eyes meet and a look of anger passes between them, back they go in tight as Ivy lands thudding body shots to the abs of Ariel whose grunting.
But the South African born fighter is lighting up her rivals head and it forces Ivy into a retreat as she can't just let herself stand there and be knocked out.
Clashing again body to body, the little battlers seem to forget boxing for a moment and take up a LA Conquistador competition. Both dig their legs in the sand and try to shove the other back while the refs shouting "box" till he has to physically pull them apart.
That hate between them is growing worse as they just windmill punches at each other till the bell, when seconds have to pull them back off of each other.

Round 2:
Both corners have worked hard to calm down their fighter somewhat and remind them this is boxing, if the two want to catfight, do it in private.
Coming out to fight, it's a more traditional fight now as the training they've put in shows as they circle and throw well trained combos at each other. It"s not long till they circle close to one another and just pound each other with rapid punches before they both need to step back.
Ariel seems to just be pulling ahead as she has the better footwork and accuracy as she dances on her toes in the sand more easily and is landing her stiff jab the better of the two.
Not that long to go in the round and both women get near once again and just go hell for leather with sharp hooks clashing into each others fit bodies.
Not long before the bell, they clinch up again and this time pound each others kidneys till the bell finally rings and they shove the other woman away from themselves.

Round 3:
Ariel looks to make a major mark now on her rival as she comes forward with a barrage of punches which Ivy is able to mostly dodge, just taking a few on her gloves and one hard punch to her stomach. Kaplan has to stop and try to reset herself as Ivy now decides she wants to show her rival what she can do as she lands a piercing jab straight to her nose.
A retreating Ariel gets hit across her cheek and down she goes butt first into the sand. Ivy retreats to her corner without much celebration as she expects Ariel to get up if she's judged her right.
Evidentially she has as Ariel shakes her head then stands at 5, not looking badly hurt as she shakes her arms to get the sand off them before patting her legs down.
The ref finishes the standing 8 count and checks Ariel before cleaning her gloves and ordering "fight" Ariel is much more defensive after her rash charge at the start of the round and Ivy isn't going to make that mistake as she jabs away at Ariel to try and set her up for something harder.
The rest of the round is the two trading some good combos but the pace slows down slightly as they are working out that they'll have to pick the right time to win this fight and not just go all guns blazing.
The bell rings and Ariel kicks the sand as if blaming it for her being knocked down instead of her own recklessness.

Round 4:
Ariel again seems to come out aggressive but isn't going to blindly charge in like before it seems.
Ivy seems a little shocked that her rival still has the guts to come forward after her last mistake in the last round.
Latimer is trying to counter punch as she believes she has worked out her tools to win this fight.
But as she tries to fight back after dodging a stiff straight punch, she gets clocked with a hard left hook.
Ariel is almost bouncing forwards as she throws short sharp punches into the guard of Ivy but is getting through with enough to rattle her opponent.
Ivy manages to clinch after ducking a hard hook and both women seem to want a moment to rest their arms.
Clinching cheek to cheek, both are whispering insults to each other as neither can accept that there is someone extremely similar to them. Releasing each other when prompted by the ref, Ivy managed to land a nice jab and a straight before the fireworks between them starts again till the bell rings.

Round 5:
Kaplan is getting on top of the fight now after a major scare earlier on in the fight as she starts being the aggressor of the two fighters.
Iva is still trying to box Ariel into a position to knock her out but is instead being forced into hate filled exchanges between the two small warriors.
A cracking right hook slams into the temple of Ivy and her legs turn to jelly as a fellow up hook drops her to her side.
Sand bounces up as Ivy tumbles down hard and looks up to the sky above looking seriously stunned.
The ref is up to 6 as Ivy shakes her head and begins to rise, just beating the count at 9 as the ref begins to check her over.
Wiping her gloves, Ivy is allowed to continue and with her head still in shock, she tries to fight her way back into this bout.
An uppercut sends her sprawling back down as she lays half asleep on the sand, she can hear the count to 10 but doesn't have the strength to force her body back up before the ref finishes the count.

Winner: Ariel Kaplan KO Round 5

After:
Ariel looks up to the sky and raises her gloves as she hears the count reach 10 and she is overjoyed to prove she's the better woman.
After a few moments, Ivy starts stirring on the sand as her seconds rush to help her out.
Ariel barrages through them to stand with a leg either side of Ivy's body and looks down at her as she shouts "I'm the better woman! If you ever start shite with me ever again, you know what I can do to you!"
Ivy looks up and for the first time in her young life, knows what it is to truly hate someone.
Ariel has to be pulled away from her defeated rival as part of Kaplan hoped Ivy would start something again.
But the joy of proving her superiority over someone so close to her is better than any feeling she's ever had in her life.
As their eyes meet, the burning desire to beat each other certainly hasn't gone, in fact it's probably grown as they get cleaned up of the sand on their bodies and just stare angrily at each other till they are led away to most likely the bar to cool down and party at what's supposed to be a fun event.
Team Neighbours has taken the lead again in this event with 2 more fights to go on the beaches of the Gold coast.
