Intro: The second semi final sees two women who seem to have grown up in the modelling industry together as Suki Waterhouse and Cara Delevingne do battle for the second spot in the final. Cara has had one fight before in a losing effort to Missy Peregrym, which is certainly nothing to cry about. Coming out on stage, Suki is straight across to Cara and giving her a massive hug and kissing her cheek as Cara laughs at her friend before hugging her tight in reply. Both stand and chat for a moment as organisers try to get them to talk about the fight but Cara raises her hand with her index finger up showing she wants one minute before she'll do her media duties. After they seem to be done joking with each other, Suki all bubbly walks to that stage shouting "hey guys" before waving to the assembled media. "Ok so damn the luck of the draw, why do me and Cara have to fight it out?" Putting on a pouting face, Cara laughs as the journalists look at each other slightly confused at what they are seeing. Getting serious Suki says "OK jokes aside, I especially loved this woman's face" before pointing to a female journalist in the front row. "You guys know me and Cara are close, she's helped me through the bad times and we always have fun" Looking annoyed she adds "but while we both agreed to this tournament, it was so we could fight in the final and everyone could win but now we have to clash this early, God I hate bad luck!" Waving Cara over so they are standing next to each other, she finishes with "well I'll give my all and so will Cara, hopefully after this tournament it's that man stealing whore Irina Shayk next to me and me ripping her hair out" Cara gently pulls her clearly angry friend away from the podium before she says something that'll get her fined. Then she looks over the media and says "look I'll keep it short for you, if Suki beats me, the world will keep spinning and she'll be my friend, when I win and I mean all the tournament, I want the whole FCBA to take notice because I will expect my phone to be ringing with would be victims, OK?" Before she returns to Suki who can be heard saying "that bytch stole my Bradley; do you think if I win this tournament he'll want me back?" Cara's eyes roll as she replies "forget him Suki, if you want to fight Irina, I've told you that I'd have your back if her friends try to jump you" Suki smiles as her and Cara walk off together and the blonde looks excited again.
Fight night and Suki is out first in a tight yellow swimsuit with yellow shoes and gloves to match her hair as she looks fit to burst jogging down to the ring. Climbing into the ring, she hugs Ali Landry who looks on shocked as she pats the back of the blonde and whispers "get off me babe, I'm the ref remember" Suki gets checked over by Ali in her corner as Waterhouse waves at Cara whose coming down the ramp looking serious. Delevingne is wearing a black swimsuit, shoes and gloves but her most striking feature is the war paint she seems to have on with her eyes covered in black eye shadow and wearing black lipstick, she looks a little like something from Mad Max. The contrast between these two is startling to even the referee Ali, who is almost doing a double take of both women. Suki starts to look serious as the time to fight nears and Ali waves them to join her for the final instructions. Both touch gloves when prompted and they nod to each other as the seriousness of what they have to do finally seems to dawn on them. 10 rounds of lightweight action begins now.
Round 1: Both women circle as they will themselves to hurt their best friend and Cara seems to accept that fact first as she drives forward with a hard jabbing drill that catches Suki through her guard to her face. Suki nods as she powers forward herself and both begin exchanging hard punches to show that it's business from now on. Waterhouse is the first to retreat but only to use her incredible energy to dance around her friend with two straight jabs to Cara's right cheek, before dancing away to safety from a wild hook from Cara. The spunky blonde is showing she can box with this measured performance using her footwork and her jab to attack the brunette. Cara on the other hand is going hell for leather, looking for the early knock out with her attacks mainly being a hook assault when she manages to pin down Suki long enough to land. But Suki is definitely the harder worker and is landing the cleaner punches by taken her time unlike Cara. The bell rings with Suki holding her left glove out and Cara smiling as she bumps her right to her friends to show respect for a good round for both.
Round 2: Suki is continuing where she left off in the last round as she dances around the normally quick Cara, who has to be said is taken this in her stride as she seems to be taking her time now to counter punch instead of chasing around the blonde. In fact Cara manages to land a hard hook to Suki's body that makes Waterhouse grimance and that look is certainly not lost on Delevingne, who lands a hard hook to her opponents cheek to definitely rattle her. The blonde is bouncing on her toes in retreat as Cara is in hot pursuit and is looking to win now judging by her eyes. But Suki seems back to normal now as she lunges forward to crack two hooks into the face of Delevingne, rocking the brunette who has to clinch to work out what just hit her. Suki is certainly surprising pundits who didn't know that a fighter lurked under all that smiling she does. But Cara won't be beaten and as they are separated, she's back in close to attack the body. It becomes a close range war till the bell when they step back from each other with both starting to get red cheeks as they look at what they are doing to each other.
Round 3: Cara can't believe what's happening when Suki almost tackles her back through the ropes as the blonde seems ready to win. As Delevingne is in shock, Suki is holding her and pounding short sharp digs to the body. Cara has to put Suki into a headlock to get her to stop pinning her to the ropes and the two friends start wrestling it out. Suki grabs Cara's legs and takes her down to the canvas as Ali Landry looks on mystified at what she's seeing. Both women roll around the canvas throwing punches to each others body when they are on top till they are rolled to the bottom. Ali remembers she's the ref and pulls the kicking women away but doesn't warn them as she's loving this as much as the crowd. Suki again pins Cara to the ropes and the brunette has to defend herself by keeping her guard high while the blonde is letting breeze with punch after punch to try and force the stoppage. But as Ali moves near to see whats happening, Cara ducks low and tackles Suki back to the ring centre in a clinch as both women scream at each other, lost to their emotions of wanting to win. Ali shouts "fight or I'll drag you two apart!" To which the fighters reply by firing low body blows to each other. Suki's seem to be right on the belt line as Cara yelps and grabs her friend again as the bell rings and the fighting continues with both nearly spilling out the ring to the outside. Ali and the fighters seconds pull the warring women apart and the screaming insults continues.
Round 4: If Suki expected to catch Cara off balance again with her tactics, she's very much mistaken as Cara is like a matador. She's sidestepping on the rushing blonde before rattling her head with hard straights that open a cut under Suki's left eye. But the blonde won't be stopped as she pushes Cara to the ropes and unleashes a hard three hook combo to the body of Cara that seems to make its mark as Cara shuts her eyes. Cara forces the clinch as both women have angry expressions on their faces on the others shoulder as they smack in some kidney blows for good measure. It's becoming very personal as they are pulled apart and they square up to each other to land some cracking punches that wobble each fighter backwards before they recover and strike back. Ali is actually cheering both on "smack that bytch up!" As she looks to be gearing up to fight anyone herself the way she's dancing around the competitors. Suki pins Cara's head over the top rope with her left glove and slams three hard hooks to the body. The only defence Cara can think of is to throw a knee into the stomach of Suki which backs the blonde up. Suki looks at Cara like you cheating bytch, seemingly forgetting her antics during this fight. The Bell rings with both women shoving each other away with a look of disgust at how far the other is willing to go to win.
Round 5: Suki is getting desperate as she wanted to beat Cara early to stop the fight getting this bad but the brunette isn't going to give up that easily. The blonde is still trying to rush forwards to land a haymaker or at least shove Cara into the ropes or a corner. But Cara dodges the wild punches that are being thrown in front of her as the lomger training she's had to Suki is showing. Cara lands a hard hook right across that cut on the cheek of the blonde, which makes Suki shut her eyes with the pain and the uppercut to her chin knocks her straight to her back. Suki's gumshield flies out and it looks to be over as Ali starts the count, Cara is willing her friend to stay down. But Suki is stirring at 5 and somehow managed to get up at 9, the crowd cheer her as Ali does her checks and is about to let it continue till she notices the lack of a gumshield and Suki gets an extra breather while getting a clean gumshield. Suki still has a minute to survive as she gamely hangs on to Cara when she can, whose beating away at the body and the timer is being watched by the crowd as well as the action to see if Waterhouse can survive the round. The answer is yes as the bell rings and Suki stumbles backwards into the ropes with Cara rushing to help her off them as even with all the dirty fighting and anger the two have shown each other. Suki is still Cara's best friend and she tells her "please just quit, you're in no shape babe to.." Before she can finish, Suki shoves her away and replies "you have to finish me, I'll never give up" through tear filled eyes. Ali shoves Cara back to her own corner and Delevingne looks pissed at the ref, who simply winks at her in reply.
Round 6: Somehow Suki is out for the round and Cara looks scared to do anything as the blonde comes straight at her shouting "fight me!" As she cracks Cara with a hook that doesn't have the power it did before. Cara looks at the determination in Suki's eyes and knows she has to win or her friend will hate her for not fighting to her full ability. A right hook smacks Suki backwards as a follow up left drops Suki to her side with her eyes shut as Ali starts the count. Cara openly shouts "stay down Suki!" And is happy to hear Ali reach the 10 count more than she maybe will in her entire career.
Winner: Cara Delevingne KO Round 6
After: Cara's seconds rush in to hug her but she pushes them aside to go check on Suki who is being brought around. Both crying women hug as they say sorry to each other about how serious the fight got between them. Cara helps Suki to her stool so she can be checked over as the brunette says "why didn't you just quit babe, I didn't want to hurt you" Suki looks up and smiles as she replies "because I never quit, you should have known that babe, if you didn't want to hurt me, why didn't you give me a bye?" She winks as Cara laughs. "You know why, we both want people to recognize our talents, too bad it wasn't the final like it should have been, then this would be worth it" says Cara. Suki replies "but it was worth it, I got to test myself against the person I love and respect the most in this world bestie" before they hug once again. Suki does an exaggerated cough as she taps Cara's back and whispers "you have company babe" Cara turns around to see Kendall Jenner climbing into the ring for the first public face off between the two before the final.
Standing in the centre of the ring together, cameras flash around both of them as their eyes never leave their rival pair. Kendall speaks first "nice win Cara" to which Cara replies "like wise" as they inch closer and go nose to nose looking ready to go now. But Kendell adds "I saw how you and Suki were, I guess we're a lot alike darling, too bad we have to fight" Cara seems to agree "your right, we are a lot alike bar one thing, I'm the better woman and I'm taking your crown queen Kendall" Both smile at that last comment as Kendall whispers "we shall see then won't we" before putting her hand out for Cara to shake which she does. But both women pull each other close again as Kendall adds "just know, my crown isn't easy to take bytch, I'm going to wear you down and make you my footrest in front of my throne when I win this tournament" "As you said we shall see hmm" replies Cara as both nod at each other and release the hand shake to go there separate ways. Who'll take the title at the August PPV?
