BEFORE: Luscious brunette Vicky Pattison returns to BBU competition after stealing the headlines in a bitter battle for Geordie Shore supremacy against Charlotte Crosby back in June. The only downsize of that epic grudge contest was that it ended in a draw and the rematch plans require Vicky to respond to Charlotte's ass-kicking dismissal of Zara Holland that followed. Charlotte was all over the BBU TV news pointing out how she will WRECK Vicky in that rematch contest scheduled sometime later this year and the best way Vicky can react to these comments is to simply knock out her own opponent that happens to be Irish glamour model Sara Kavanagh.

Sara is a member of the notorious PageThrees stable but remains one of the least promoted girls on that roster even though she knocked out both Billie Faiers and veteran Pilar Rubio last year to warrant her journeywoman status. To become a contender though, she needs to derail the Geordie train and knock Vicky out plain and simple here in London tonight.

Vicky Pattison wears a white bikini set and red gloves. Long black hair straight. Sara Kavanagh wears a pink bikini top with black trim, black knickers and pink gloves. Long blonde hair in loose waves. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the bantamweight division.

Round 1:
Vicky was explosive on her debut and she powers forward to sink the blonde with a jabbing frenzy seconds into the bout. Perhaps Sara was hoping for a quiet start here but it's obvious the brunette shows her no respect and even the superior experience is not good enough to weather the Geordie storm that sends the Irish model butt-in-ropes within the opening minute. Vicky piles on a flurry of jabs to split the blonde's mitts and rock her head back & forth before a change downstairs drills the model on the navel for a good measure. Kavanagh in trouble early... big trouble even as she scowls in pain behind the earmuff guard while Pattison keeps dissecting her breadbasket and shoves against the turnbuckle! Someone's on a personal mission here however Vicky becomes too aggressive and lands a low blow into the blonde's crotch! Ugh! After the Helen George fiasco the other day no BBU ref will allow a repeat so Sara earns herself a break and Vicky argues the decision instead. She claims she never hit her rival below the waist but the TV replays indicate otherwise. Sara spends the rest of the round in a desperate escape but Vicky lets her off the hook regardless and just whispers "Bytch!" to herself at the bell.

Round 2:
PageThrees coach Samantha Fox is all over Sara's ear during the interval but it makes little difference as the blonde gets clobbered over the top seconds into the round and the aggressive tactics of the Geordie lass allows her to stay on top of the cumbersome opponent. Sara swings several times but remains shockingly woeful in precision and soaks up more jabbing frenzy instead. Pattison thrives on the close range assault and pounds the Irish model back to the ropes where she very wisely ignores the high earmuff and settles into pounding the exposed midsection. Kavanagh tries to clinch herself out of trouble but gets clipped on the chin with a loose headbutt - it was purely accidental this time - and Vicky rips more leather into the cleavage thereafter. She gives the aching blonde a proper jug muggin' treatment before blasting a hook on the temple that slumps Sara against the turnbuckle right at the bell! What a power display this is from the Newcastle brunette! Who needs Cheryl Cole in BBU anymore?

Round 3:
The PageThrees camp realizes by now Pattison is no Billie Faiers - no prizes for figuring that out - however Sara finally gets on the board with a solid combo upstairs to begin the third. Vicky for once gets tangled up in her midsection frenzy and stuffs a shot on the hip which bends her awkwardly in clear pain! Let's hope she didn't hurt herself there but the brief pause allows Kavanagh to romp a jabbing series over the top and crash into the brunette's face. Vicky regains her momentum but must circle away into safety and the blonde gives her the jabbing chase. Plenty of scattered single shots dominate the action thereafter but neither girl can settle back into a meaningful attack and Pattison takes her foot off the gas late to a visible relief of Samantha Fox and the entire P3 entourage. Sara's done really well to avoid more body damage in this round and even affords herself a smile while walking back to her corner.

Round 4:
Vicky resumes the jabbing pattern and outworks the blonde in close range early on however Sara manages to clinch her and land some nasty hooks against the ribcage. She then bumps the brunette off to her heels with a classic jug-to-jug move and beats her for a left hook that tears the skin under Pattison's eye! Oh no, you didn't! Samantha Fox jumps in delight in the corner but Vicky responds with a vicious hook up the middle and nails the Irish blonde on the brow ridge herself... and Kavanagh loses her balance! She almost goes down but somehow grabs the ropes with her right arm and remains upright.. not for long though... Vicky charges at the open space and lands a couple of crisp left hooks that find the brow ridge again before a right hook on the solar plexus makes Sara scream out AND HIT THE DECK on her knees! Disaster for Sam Fox as she almost tumbles down onto the judges' table but Kavanagh must soak up the eight count and looks genuinely upset over letting that one in! Vicky sports a cheeky smile and wants to resume the Irish stalking as soon as possible but the clock runs out with Kavanagh in another desperate escape shortly afterwards.

Round 5:
Denise van Outen thinks the knockdown will rattle Sara's confidence beyond the point of no return but the BBU TV's leading reporter gets it wrong for once... and so does Vicky who approaches her foe with another cheeky smile on her face that gets WIPED OFF CLEAN with a mammoth piledriver on the nose... Sara almost cried out in pain when she delivered it but the end result has the Geordie lass spinning back to the ropes and screaming bloody revenge in the proccess. Unfortunately for Sara, she doesn't have the legs to follow up on that huge punch in time and by the time she squares up to the brunette again, Pattison rallies back at her from back foot. That looks heckuva desperate but it works and Kavanagh accepts a clinching rest while plugging away at the ribcage thereafter. It looks like Vicky needs a little breather here after that punch and that's truly a nasty surprise for most of the Wembley Arena audience. The fight gets dragged into a wrestling struggle along the ropes before the blonde shakes her foe off and rips another cross on the cheeks to keep Pattison subdued in the corner for remainder of the round. The bell goes off soon thereafter and there are more smiles in the P3 camp at half-distance.

Round 6:
Pattison has gone through the wringer against Charlotte Crosby but even she must be surprised by Kavanagh launching a stubborn attack that splits her mitts and sends the black hair flying all over. Of course the PageThrees signed Danielle Sharp just the other day to boost the bantamweight ranks and apparently the Irish model wants to make a statement here tonight, despite the otherwise sluggish start. Vicky barks in anger as she tries to punch herself back into contention but the blonde cleans out her tummy and reels back to the ropes where all hell breaks loose and adds to the brunette's facial wounds. She gets cut under the left eye again and disappears behind a high earmuff while Sara switches downstairs and rains punches on the midsection again to run away with a shockingly one-sided round!

Round 7:
Charlotte Crosby must be loving this up in Tynr & Wear but Pattison's trip to London takes another errant turn as she gets caught up in a flurry of Irish punches early in the eight and seeks desperate clinch just to stay on level terms with the blonde model. Sara barks in her ear but maintains the feisty drill as she punishes the ribcage and gains separation after a while. She misses the key put away hook on the temple though and eats a left cross on the mouth instead which finally allows the brunette to regain momentum. Pattison head hunts her foe repeatedly in the second minute and reels Kavanagh back however the lack of a big punch is telling and both girls need a breather here; the tempo of this slugfest has been impressive and Denise van Outen gives them full marks for their efforts.

Round 8:
Sara hasn't been past the sixth round in her eight BBU bouts to date so she charts new grounds here but looks on par with the Geordie lass; the precision of attacks leaves Vicky on top though as she bangs a couple of heavy jabs on the blonde's mouth and reels her on the back foot. Sara gets a little overzealous in response and misfires badly while the brunette stings her in the belly button and moves up to shake some jug! "Bytch! Bytch!", Vicky adds some verbal abuse to her efforts and the lack of JMD experience hurts the Irish model badly as she fails to lock her rival in a proper clinch and just settles down for another earmuff cover. Pattison easily switches her targets and punishes the ribcage though which backs the blonde into the ropes and there's no escape from there anymore so Vicky harpoons the exposed area all the way through until the bell. Kavanagh looks hurt at the bell and hugs her visibly bruised ribs as Pattison inspects her slow movements from the opposite corner.

Round 9:
Denise van Outen has serious doubts about the blonde's stamina now and Vicky jumps into a leather frenzy that leaves her foe chasing cover inside the opening minute. Yeah, that might be one round too far for Kavanagh despite all that comeback promise but she barely catches the Newcastle flesh here and gets zoinked with a left hook on the chin followed by a follow up from the right that finds the swollen brow ridge AND SENDS THE BLONDE CRASHING DOWN ON HER SIDE moments later! Pattison goes all speedball after that one and is ready to climb the ropes as Sara rolls onto her back with eyes closed and simply CANNOT beat the count anymore! A gallant effort from the model but it's just not good enough! KO9 Vicky Pattison!!!

AFTER: One thing that stands out is the brunette's exceptional conditioning that saw her last 19 rounds in two fights to date. That's extremely impressive and Vicky simply wore Sara out before finishing her off with that ninth round rampage. Of course Charlotte Crosby smoked Zara Holland in less than four rounds which was eye-catching in it's own right but Denise van Outen reckons Kavanagh was a tougher test for Pattison because of her experience and the P3 managerial support: "Let's put Zara in there with Vicky and let's compare the notes!"

However Kavanagh has plenty to be proud of herself, she threatened a real comeback at half-distance and was set to upset the Geordie fanbase before Pattison's supreme physical shape finally took over. Regardless of the Danielle Sharp signing, Sara's place on the Samantha Fox-run stable looks safe for the time being.
