(Free Agent vs Free Agent)

Intro:
With Poldark returning to T.V screens, the two main female actresses were asked if they would box each other on the night of it's return in the world famous York hall in London.
News had reached the producers that their two ladies had been training to enter the BBU anyway.
So it wasn't hard to work out that their debuts could be against each other to promote the show.
The reason they were perfect as well is because of their characters on the show.
Heida Reed plays Elizabeth Chenoweth in the show and her character is married to the main characters rival and she herself was married to Poldarks cousin before that and for an extra twist was Poldark's first love.
Eleanor Tomlinson plays Demelza Poldark, a character who starts off poor and falls in love with Poldark before they marry and have kids.
So her and Heida's characters are natural rivals, even if they are less nasty then their current husbands are to each other.

Each fighter spoke about the fight at press events for the show and both were polite as they had been close on the set.
But people begun to notice that both women were awkward around each other as they eyed up each other when they thought nobody was looking.
At the cast party where they sat and watched the show, normally Heida and Eleanor would be close together.
But they seemed nervous and didn't say much to each other as Aiden Turner and the rest of the cast kept as much a keen interest on the future opponents as well as the show in front of them.
As it finished, everyone raced over to the arena to get their seats as each fight was given a chauffeur to take them.

Now it's time for the fight and Eleanor was up first, she entered the arena with her flame red hair flowing behind her as her attire of a red sports bra and matching shorts with #Demelza on the front was evidently for more publicity.
She completed the look with red gloves and shoes and waved to the crowd as she tried to get herself into the zone to fight as she entered the ring.
Heida came out next wearing all black gear to what Eleanor was wearing for this contest, her black hair was also loose.
She was bouncing on her toes at the bottom of the steps and as both women's eyes met, their was a coldness between them.
Heida climbed into the ring and both fighters finished their warm ups in the ring before being brought to the ring centre.
Looking each other up and down, pundits were asking "how long have these two really been wanting to this?" As well they were truly friends, part of their characters rivalry seemed to rub off on them.
Touching gloves both wished the other good luck before heading back to their corners for their gumshields.
10 rounds of bantamweight action ahead as the bell rings to start the bout.

Round 1:
Out come the fighters and it's not the all action packed opener I think the producers of the show were hoping for.
Both fighters show discipline in their techniques as they have good guards and are up on their toes to circle each other quickly.
Using single punches to test each other out, the feeling out process is in full effect and it's not helping that both are a very similar height with barely a half inch between the two.
So neither fighter has any advantage to really draw upon early to try and control this contest.
As the round goes on, the fighting does get more exciting as they start to throw combos.
But neither is willing yet to force an exchange as they seem to be stuck on first gear till the bell.
A polite round of applause greets the fighters and their cast members give them a cheer of support.

Round 2:
Heida seems the more confident fighter as she takes the front foot, whether she thinks she has wired up her opponent early or she is naturally the more aggressive of the two women has yet to be proven.
But she is forcing the red head backwards with some hard thrown combos, enough hit to make Eleanor want some space.
The crowd are behind Eleanor as she is techniquely a cockney being born their but brought up in Yorkshire.
But that's certainly closer than her Icelandic opponent Heida who seems to ignore the crowd and continues to press Eleanor back towards the ropes.
The fighters do finally exchange in tight for the first time as the slightly younger Eleanor seems to realise that she needs to try and force Heida back to have any chance of winning.
But the closeness of the fighting shows how even these two girls are in everything and the bell rings with both confused how to feel at the moment.
Heading to their corners they remain silent as their coaches give them advice and while Heida is staring across at Eleanor, the red head has her eyes shut to keep herself focused from that piercing gaze.

Round 3:
Eleanor is trying to get herself into this fight but the brunette is having none of it.
Fighting in the centre of the ring, some brutal shots are being thrown as they are now fully focused on beating each other up to win this.
Heida seems more comfortable fighting this style as she snaps Eleanor's head back with sniper like punches to the inside of the guard.
Eleanor backs up and starts to win the outside fight as she ducks and waives from punches that are at most glancing her head.
Starting to slam punches into the body of Heida, the game plan is becoming clear now as Eleanor has been told to wind her opponent and take her out in the later rounds.
Heida isn't interested in later rounds as she shoves back Eleanor by her head and gets a warning to not shove, which she doesn't seem to care about as she ends the round strongly with her jab and straights.
The bell rings and their is a stand off for a moment as they stare hard at each other, trying to get in each others heads.
But judging by their faces, it's working themselves up as they feel their feelings for each other as friends rise up and they quickly return to their corners to refocus on the job at hand.

Round 4:
Again Eleanor is racing in to work the body of Heida but she leaves herself open and she pays for it.
A right hook to her cheek as she tries to duck her way in sends her legs into shock and down she goes to her side.
Heida races to a corner and is bouncing on the spot, hoping it is over as she stares down at Eleanor.
The ref is up to 4 when Eleanor sits up and is watching the count as she doesn't look first, more shocked it seems.
Up at 8, the ref checks her over but she looks annoyed at herself for being so lax and as her eyes meet Heida's, that competitive urge makes them stare hard at each other.
Heida even waves Eleanor on but the redhead isn't that naive and instead goes to the outside to try and get a moment to fully recover.
The Icelander isn't interested in giving her a rest and is trying to get at her with lunges that just miss and are allowing the red head to find her way back into the fight with some hard body shots.
Heidi steps back slightly after taken those shots and it seems she's hurt as the round goes back and forth.
Eleanor rushes forward now to try and even the score but it's too late for her to make a real impact as the two trade to the bell.
Both fighters faces are starting to swell, not to devastating effect yet though but Heida's body is starting to redden up.

Round 5:
Squaring up again, Heida is still working the harder of the two as she continues to force Eleanor around the outside of the ring.
But the shots to her body are starting to slow her down it seems as she isn't as dominating as she was in the early rounds.
Eleanor is starting to resemble a spitfire, quick and nimble on her feet as she is growing in confidence in the ring.
But Heida catches with with another right hook and presses Eleanor to the ropes with some hard punches.
Eleanor does deflect a few of them, she can't stay on the ropes too long and smartly moves off them after landing some good pinpoint punches of her own.
The crowd are getting into this fight more and more as it becomes whose tactics will win the battle first.
It seemed Heida's, now it seems Eleanor is growing the stronger as the round goes on and the overall fight itself.
Heida is slowing down but nothing major at the moment and at the late stage of the round, she corners Eleanor again and throws a barrage of punches that if not for the bell could well have ended this fight.
For whatever reason, whether it's frustration or she is starting to hate Eleanor, Heida shoves her back into the corner and the fighters square up with each other.
The ref pries them apart and orders them back to their corners as the stare down is intense and their cast mates are worried about how serious these two are getting.

Round 6:
Quickly they throw caution to the wind and charge out to meet in the ring centre to begin battering each other mercilessly.
Both get rocked by some truly vicious punches as the crowd roar the fighters on to greater brutality.
They have to clinch up for the first time properly in the fight as they both need a few seconds to recover.
Getting separated, they both seem to calm down slightly as they are still red faced in rage.
But now Eleanor is outboxing Heida with her speed around the ring and those body punches are now taking their effect fully.
As Heida now can't keep pace with her opponent and can be heard gasping slightly from the early pace she set herself and the punishment to her body.
Eleanor even knocks Heida to the ropes, the Icelandic fighter tries to draw the British girl in.
But Eleanor isn't rushing in, instead picking her shots off and engaging enough to keep Heida on the ropes.
Reed looks worried for the first time in the fight as she isn't controlling the action and she can't get Tomlinson to fight on her terms anymore.
The bell rings with Eleanor repaying Heida with a shove to her jugs and again the two fighters come face to face with whispered threats being exchanged before they return to their corners.

Round 7:
Heida rushes to take the ring centre as her corner tell her she has to force Eleanor to tire to have a chance at winning at this stage.
Evidently they are not confident that early lead is going to be enough and a groan can be heard in that corner as Eleanor beats her to the ring centre.
Eleanor is now pressing Heida back and Reed is looking pissed off as she can't throw this fight away in her head.
She can't find a way in as she tries brawling her way in but is being forced back out when a hook slams into the side of her body.
The British fighter doesn't look like she is interested in losing her spot in the ring as her corner can be heard praising her for her discipline.
Heida even tries to shove her as she's that frustrated but that just leads to her getting clocked to the chin with a left hook and she gets rocked back.
But Eleanor still doesn't go for any attempt at ending this as the crowd urge her on, her corner though continue to tell her to wait her chance.
The bell rings and Heida storms back to her corner and kicks the bottom rope in frustration.
Her early advantage is being eaten away and the fight is becoming a lot closer as the signs of battle show on both womens face and especially the body of Heida.

Round 8:
Heida looks like she accepts she can't beat Eleanor across the ring and settles for picking her moments.
At this late stage, the fight resembles the first round but with more action as the fighters are throwing more than one punch.
But they are trying to work out that combination that will unlock the safe to victory.
Heida certainly hasn't the keys it seems as her guard is getting lower as she eats body punch after punch.
Bruising is starting to form on her body and it's only because of her desperate attacks that miss but force Eleanor to step back to dodge, that maybe she's still in this fight.
Eleanor starts attacking the head of Heida and is cleanly snapping her head back with straights and jabs.
Still she seems to be holding a little in reserve as Heida is becoming even more desperate and sloppy.
The redhead has a smile forming on her puffy cheeked face as she delievers a particularly hard straight to the nose of her opponent and a small trickle of blood runs from her nostrils.
The round ends and Heidi has her head down as her corner tries to get her up for this round.
But her head seems to be gone and Eleanor's corner are whispering the game plan to her as she nods to show she perfectly understands the new tactics.

Round 9:
Heida comes out trying to protect herself as best she can and now the redhead pounces with some vicious hooks to the body of her opponent.
Heida almost coughs her gumshield up after a particular hard body shot abs it's not long before she is down on all fours.
The ref starts counting the Icelander out and Eleanor is now the one willing Heida to stay down.
But Heida spits her gumshield out and crawls up the ropes to stand at 9 to the dismay of most in the arena.
The ref does his check and Heida can still fight he judges and she gets a little extra moment to get a clean gumshield in.
Back come the fighters and it's clear that Heida is letting her emotions override her brain as she isn't fit enough to continue
Eleanor has an easy time knocking her to the ropes and as Heida just covers up and doesn't show any fight left, the ref stops the fight by waving it off.

Winner: Eleanor Tomlinson TKO Round 9

After:
Eleanor quickly checks Heida as all the aggression washes away from the fighters and they return to being friends it seems.
Heida can be heard saying "sorry about the shove" as Eleanor just smiles and replies "I shoved you too babe, so let's just forget that part of the fight"
Nodding, Heida is helped onto a stool to recover as Eleanor is brought to the ring centre to announce her as the victor and her hand raised to a loud cheer.
But she quickly goes back to her friend and the two chat as they get their gloves taken off.
Heida unsteadily stands and Eleanor raises the hand of Heida to the crowd, who respectively give her a round of applause.
Embracing each other, they share a long hug and leave the ring together to find their cast mates waiting for them and their characters husbands lift up both women, who giggle as they joking brag that they have the better wife, I wonder how their real partners would feel hearing that.

Off they go to continue to party but Eleanor is asked quickly by a reporter "do you think your show will win against Victoria in the ratings?"
The redhead laughs and replies "after that, if Jenna thinks her show will win, all the power to her but I think respectfully to her, we will win that war but I do hope to see Jenna when we do these cards for the BBU because I think we can be friendly if we don't talk about the shows"
She winks as she gets dragged off by Heida, who shouts "come on champ, you owe me a rematch at the bar with shots lined up"
The reporter can only laugh as the two girls who just fought, giggle together as they rush off.
