On December 17., 2016, Stephanie McMahon, manager of Los Ingobernales annlounced the shutdown of that stable along with its related promotional group Equipo Secindario. In their places would be a new stable, one fully owned and managed by Ms. McMahon which would be called the DEREAM MAKERS. The initial roster would consist of former Los Ingobernales members Charlotte McKinney, Nikki Bella, and Natalie Eva Marie (who would also lend a hand with managing the new group. In addition, C.J. Perry would be signed from the former Equipo Secundario organization.

On December 14, 2017 the stable was placed on the "inactive" list.
