Jennette McCurdy (Beevers Babes USA) v Emma Watson (Sisters in Arms)

Jennette looked good in beating Ashley Benson in her last fight, but Emma’s extra height offers a different challenge.  But Jennette’s very bullish before the fight, telling reporters, “There’s no way that mousey b1tch is going home other than on a stretcher!”
 
Jennette’s fist into the ring, wearing a white leotard with matching loves and boots, whilst Emma is all in blue tonight.
 
Round 1
 
Jennette lands the first punches, jabbing nicely with her right, and staying behind her lead, and clipping Emma with a nice left hook, but Emma soon fights back, and she’s using her height and reach to good effect, and she’s easily finding Jennette with her raking punches, the little blonde not keen on defending, and paying the penalty as Emma starts to take the round away from her, just by landing punches, and she needs to tighten up, because Emma’s punches wil wear her out if they keep landing at this rate for long.
 
Round 2
 
Emma comes at Jennette, and she clips her with nice, accurate punches, already making the smaller girl’s face redden, and now Jennette misses with her attempt to give Emma that big left hook of hers, and she looks slow as Emma picks her off some more, until Jennette thuds a pair of punches into Emma’s body, and she felt those, because she backs off and covers, with Jennette swiftly after her, swinging heavy shots into Emma’s ribcage, and finishing the round by pinning Emma to the ropes and giving her a good belting to even things up at a round apiece.
 
Round 3
 
This is turning into a classic boxer vs puncher duel, and neither girl’s really getting the better of things.  Emma’s started the round neatly, working Jennette back and into the ropes, but the little blode doesn’t stay still, and she bangs her way out of trouble, slamming that left hook into Emma’s ribcage, and turning her, although Emma gets home with a good uppercut, which sends Jennette away briefly, and then she comes back, landing to Emma’s body, and then to her face, Emma dropping back again, shaking her head, picking Jennette off late in the round, but really neither girl can establish a lead in this matchup yet.
 
Round 4
 
Emma looks good as the round starts, and she again picks Jennette off, on her toes, using her height, and socking it to the little blonde again, left and right, then she gets clear, with a red-faced Jennette scowling, and clubbing away at her ribs, and she hurts the taller girl with a hard left hook to the liver area, sends her backwards, off balance, and lands another to her jaw, and that’s enough to put Emma on the canvas, the actress rolling over and up at 6, ready and able to defend as Jennette tries to get that left hook working again, Emma covering well, and trying to keep Jennette away, her longer reach protecting her again, and she gets through the round, but Jennette’s made a statement now!
 
Round 5
 
Jennette’s looking for big punches again, but Emma’s staying clear and not letting the shorter girl connect, although she’s beginning to land to the older girl’s body and press her backwards, Emma on the ropes, taking punches, and starting to weaken a little, perhaps, as Jennette clubs her ribcage, and that knockdown has possibly drained her confidence, because she’s backing away all the time, letting Jennette push her around, but she’s very wary of the little blonde’s left hook, keeping her elbows tucked in and her gloves up, and she’s frustrating Jennette a little because she’s blocking her punches, just letting the younger girl work hard.
 
Round 6
 
The pace of this fight is beginning to slow, and Jennette cannot keep up her workrate, as round six begins, whereas Emma’s beginning to recover from being floored, and her punches are starting to land again, the redfaced Jennette taking shots to her face from left and right, and she’s being put against the ropes, Emma hitting her nicely, but she fights back from there, and she pings Emma’s head backwards, and follows that with a couple of good swings to her body, as she begins to get on top again, although she gets  hurt when Emma lands a right uppercut, and she ends the round backed into the ropes, with Emma picking her off, Jennette’s face beginning to look worn.
 
Round 7
 
Jennette swaps a couple of jabs with Emma in the opening seconds, but when Emma lands a right hook on her jaw, she crumbles a little, and the weariness in her movement is becoming clearer, as now it’s Emma who’s being the bully, as she swats Jennette with a series of right hand punches, sending a tiring Jennette back into the ropes, and she’s not moving too well, and just about manages to clinch.  The referee’s soon in between the girls, but Jennette reacts too slowly, and Emma hit her again, a left jab, and another, then a right hook, and Jennette’s down!  She’s shaking her head to clear it, and gets up at 8, but she doesn’t look good, and Emma bangs a couple more punches into her face before the bell.
 
Round 8
 
Jennette’s up and moving, but she looks really tired, so that when Emma comes to her, she’s not offering much resistance, Emma’s punches coming in over her lowering guard, left, right, another left, teeing her up, then flooring her for a second time, and this time Jennette doesn’t stir, and it’s all over!
 
Result:   Emma Watson knocked out Jennette McCurdy in round 8.
 
That’s quite a scalp for Emma, who probably wasn’t favourite to win this fight, and Jennette has disappointed her fans again, just as she looked like she was ready to put some wins together.
