Luisana Lopilato versus Paulina Gretzky

An interesting match-up as both blondes seem almost physically identical. Luisana one-year older, three centimeters shorter, but having sturdier frame than Paulina. Both ladies wearing white - Luisana dressed for Halloween with clip-on bunny ears on top of head, whilst Paulina pretending to be an angel, with two wings clipped to back. Both fighters ready themselves in white bikinis as they undress, removing their props before the fight starts. The match is set to go the distance with 10 rounds. Luisana touches black gloves with Paulina’s red as the fight begins.

Round 1: Luisana having trouble with the more agile blonde, who dances around her punches with her light-footedness. Paulina uses her lean frame to advantage, hounds the sturdier blonde with frequent jabs to face. Luisana catches Paulina with a strong right hand that smashes gloves hard enough to force Gretzky backwards. Argentinian smiles as she knows she has a strength advantage. Paulina now scared of adversary’s strong arm, becomes more cautious with jabs, allowing Luisana to take the round narrowly.

Round 2: Luisana powers forward, seeking to pressure opponent. Paulina doesn’t allow herself to be trapped, snags left-right to cheek as Luisana wades in. Luisana’s shorter reach unable to find chin or belly purchase, gets jabbed repeatedly in counters by other blonde. Last-ditch effort by Luisana - she stuns a right hook against forearms - Paulina’s body literally jerks to the right from impact. Luisana thinks she can capitalise and launches another powerful right, but Paulina guards her face well, counters with a sickening right hand to Luisana’s nose and left uppercut to paunch... Luisana hammered with loud OUMPH before defences come back up, but now Paulina chases her across ring, landing jab after jab to belly and breasts to take the 2nd round wide!

Round 3: Luisana stands ground, but Paulina doesn’t take bait, advances slowly. Luisana worried again by fast slugs to belly and cheek - other blonde seamlessly slipping in stray jabs that start to wear her down. Luisana takes blow to left cheek and immediately counters with right hook - PAULINA DUCKS UNDER and PLOWS Luisana’s face with a rising hook! Luisana’s cheek contorts from blow as spittle flies from mouth. Before you know it, Argentinian on her hands and knees and the ref is counting! 3...4… Paulina show-boating in corner, flexing biceps, apparently in mockery of her opponent’s ‘strength’ advantage. 6...7… Luisana rises to steady legs! Referee however rings bell to end round. Clearly a good one for the Golf Digest cover star!

Round 4: Round repeats from previous ones - Paulina just out of reach of Luisana jab, receives blow in return. Miracle that Luisana is still holding on - cheek starting to swell. She needs to change strategy… and fast! Paulina winning by playing cautiously, letting bigger blonde come to her, swinging and dodging, then countering with leather to right side of kidney. Blow stuns Luisana but doesn’t bring her down. Paulina finally takes risk by pouncing on wounded animal, clips breasts with small jabs, only to get CLOCKED by a left hook out of nowhere! Paulina’s face distorts like a hammer hitting paper - body is flung against ropes but it’s too late for Luisana to capitalise as bell rings.

Round 5: Luisana like a bull seeing red! Paulina trying to slow advance with a left-right to cheek, but Luisana hammers back at forearms as she traps Paulina against ropes and breaks down her high-guard one wild hook at a time. Crowd goes wild at furious exchange - Paulina bopping fists into belly whenever there’s an opening, but Luisana ignoring pain in gut and SMACKING powerful fists into Paulina’s jaw! Paulina in trouble, manages to hang on as fighters clinch against ropes. Luisana doesn’t give up on face-pounding, knocking blonde teeth in from the side of clinch. Paulina almost whining, covering mouth as they separate at the bell.

Round 6: ‘Why fix what ain’t broke?’ is Luisana’s mantra going forward. Defensive play only lost her points before, so Argentinian wades in close, right into Paulina’s face, pounds on her belly left-right-left then slips in right hook to keep Gretzky guessing. Gretsky firing back best she can, jabs Luisana’s nose in repeatedly. Luisana starting to get bothered by stinging pain in nose and eyes. BLAM - Paulina powers her right hand into Luisana’s nose again, which starts bleeding profusely! Referee starts waving at her doctor but Luisana screams, “DON’T YOU DARE!” and wades back into fight, ignoring the blood dripping down her nostrils. Paulina smirks, FIRES another right-hand aimed at nose - BUT MISSES by an inch! Luisana sails under and PUNTS a stunned Paulina right on the navel. HUHGG. Body folds over fist as red mouthpiece shoots out onto the ground with spittle. Argentinian pistons another fist into belly but it’s not needed - Paulina already sinking to her knees, doubled over, holding her tummy. Ref starts the count as Luisana retreats, stemming blood flow from nose best she can. 4...5… Pauline still making gurgling noises as she attempts to straighten up body. 7...8… Luisana uselessly holding back bleeding with back of glove, her white bikini already stained with drops of red. Blonde worries for a second as Paulina gets to one knee, but-- 9...10… “YOU’RE DONE!” referee shouts.

Official Result: Luisana Lopilato defeats Paulina Gretsky by KO6!

After: Luisana’s nose being attended to by officials, Gretsky being assisted to stool by her own team. Both ladies sit across one another, breathing heavily, chests rising rapidly and eyes locked onto each other. Suddenly, Luisana breaks into a genuine smile, forcing Paulina to grin back too in grudging respect, a hidden understanding that they will certainly clash again in the near future.
