BEFORE: Lookout Atlantic's Helena Mattsson remains the hottest Swedish property on the BBU roster following her epic stoppage of Kelly Gale back in June but Kate Abdo reckons it's only a matter of time the Sports Illustrated model overtakes the blonde actress on the national pecking order. Mattsson handles this public lack of trust her own way and vows to destroy the Miami-based Polish export Joanna Krupa in what shapes up to become a true classic slugfest between two statesque blondes. It's worthy of every Main Event billing around the world and could elevate the Swedish woman right up there in the lightweight title mix again.

On the other hand Krupa has set her sights on dominating the BBU market during her brief stay on this side of the pond. She pancaked Victoria Silvstedt back in July and claims to ride the Alpha Blonde status before she heads back to America where she's linked to a fight againts the current BBU lightweight champion Malika Menard on the November PPV. Those plans could yet change if she fails to dispatch Mattsson tonight but the Polish blonde is anything but short of confidence and vows to hand the Nicole Richie-led stable their second loss on the night and raise questions about the roster strenght behind the Jenna Coleman's pin-up numbers.

Round 1:
Joanna wants to make a statement early and hassles the younger blonde with a high-tempo jabbing attack but Helena's an experienced fighter in her own right and seemingly knew all about Krupa jump-starting the drill here. She dekes around on her feet and avoids most of the Polish leather before looping significant reply over the top. Even Kate Abdo realizes that Mattsson's style is a far cry from Victoria Silvstedt's power-based stagnant attire but Krupa's speed across the canvas can deceive a lot of people regardless. The trouble is, Lookout Atlantic's pre-fight inspection exceeds anything usually seen on this side of the pond and Krupa spends the opening round in a fruitless chase as Mattsson settles into a strict counterpunching plan that keeps the older blonde ineffective until the bitter end. It's fair to wonder if Joanna even notices her over the top heroics that only bring out a smile on Nicole Richie's face up in the stands.

Round 2:
Krupa wants to enforce the slugging tactics on the fellow blonde but Mattsson remains glued to the mid distance drill and keeps throwing single-handed response over the top to keep her rival in check. The sheer ammount of punches supports Krupa's high-octane bid however she fails to put the actress under any serious trouble and becomes a little exposed down the line when Helena rides the superior execution numbers. She flicks a couple of nasty hooks into Joanna's face and whips a belting hook on the navel to finally make her adjust the aggressive stanza but the final minute belongs to Mattsson who closes the distance right up and has a field day thumping the toned Polish midsection. The Swede's main goal of driving the model into the ropes fails to materialise though yet Nicole Richie looks genuinely happy with her girl's performance at the bell.

Round 3:
Joanna keeps coming forward but misfires badly over the top as she fails to match Helena's superior footwork and begins to visibly lose her temper. She urges the Swede to fight back rather than sidetrack the action but Mattsson isn't ready to accept Krupa's terms anytime soon and prefers to bide her time in mid distance while letting the older blonde wear herself out in a largely fruitless pursuit. Several single jabs find the target but that's nowhere near enough to upset the Swede who channels a final minute comeback again and injects more pace into her gear that enables her to outwork the otherwise powerful Pole through sheer precision of her attacks. She clips Joanna's chin a couple of times and belts her on the tummy in a familiar fashion but gets wrapped around into the ropes just as the clock expires as Krupa clearly wants to make this fight personal and isn't afraid to step away from pure boxing moves in order to make her plans work.

Round 4:
It's Helena's time to attack now as the Polish girl refuses to waste more valuable energy in a fruitless pursuit of the fellow blonde. Both women swing & miss at first but Mattsson's above par efficiency eventually takes over and allows her to stack the model on her heels through sheer facial attack that splits Krupa's mitts too often not to make a difference. Joanna finally digs deep into Helena's cleavage but fails to halt the rout and wobbles into a series of rack muggin' jabs that make her moan during the second minute. Mattsson smacks the temples and reels a wincing Joanna back before beating her for a left-handed overhand that finds the nose and tears a cut on the nasal ridge. Nicole Richie literally jumps from her stool upon witnessing this and Krupa's briefly stunned herself; she shouts: "You bytch!" at her opponent but Helena drives more crisp hooks from point blank range and snaps the Pole's head back while pounding her butt-in-ropes in the proccess! Ugh! Joanna bellows out behind a tight earmuff but gets picked off regardless as Mattsson rains punches in close range and digs heavy leather between the mitts rocking the Pole into a slumped jelly come the bell. Even Kate Abdo is shocked by the sudden injection of fury from the actress but apparently that Kelly Gale stoppage was no fluke after all. Who's your real Swedish #1 now?

Round 5:
Krupa truly blows her gasket and demands immediate payback but she gets stuffed in close range as Mattsson changes her tune and settles into a vicious body assault that leaves the older blonde uneasy on her feet. The lingerie model leans forward and almost headbutts the actress but Helena half-turns at the last moment and drives a left hook into Joanna's jaw that slumps her even further amid a moaning indication of her troubles. All Mattsson thereafter as the Swede barks in her efforts to dump the model into more misery and she does exactly that, driving a suddenly hapless looking Pole into the turnbuckle where she hammers in more shots on the rack and keeps Krupa shut down wholesale. A late switch upstairs swivels more Polish pride aside and Joanna just leans against the ropes with eyes closed as Mattsson rips through her banged up face adding more cuts to further underline her dominance. At the bell Helena shakes her glove straight into the fellow blonde's face before blowing a kiss to the London crowd. And just look over at Nicole Richie who now leads the cheerleading squad in the VIP lounge!

Round 6:
Joanna's subpar movement is just not good enough to avoid the Swedish deluge anymore, this ain't exactly the 17th century disaster deja vu but it's as close as it gets to a northern domiance over the might of Poland. Helena barks with every shot thrown - and landing - on the model's face and Krupa's chaotic aerial response only grazes the flesh lacking full strenght behind it. Mattsson bunny hops around the immobile opponent showing a flyweight-like agility at this stage and neutralizes the infamous punching power. She outworks Joanna in close range and causes panic when switching downstairs threatens to pierce the liver area. Krupa has to rely on a life-saving clinch during the final minute but Mattsson bumps her into the ropes regardless and continues to clean out the toned Polish breadbasket until the bell provides mercy for the embattled Warsaw-born model. Joanna just shakes her head and slumps onto her stool looking very tired out there while Helena stares at her from the opposite corner all throughout the interval.

Round 7:
Krupa gives it one last try from the inside but bounces off the high guard and soaks up immediate leather rush over the top; her gloves can't stay high enough anymore and Mattsson rocks her head back & forth while staggering her on her heels in the center of the ring. A left/right combo on the temples shuts the Pole's eyes for good and she only wobbles into a bursting uppercut on the jaw that sends her all shimmy shake; Helena pounces on the wounded prey with a jabbing series up the middle and Joanna gets pounded into a screaming mess while losing her balance alltogether... DOWN GOES THE LINGERIE GIRL... Mattsson just thumps the hapless Krupa down onto the boards and the older blonde looks shellshocked as she rolls onto her side before taking an eternity to recover. She's up at eight and a half but displays a badly swollen face and Mattsson is hell bent to knock her out now. She resumes the vicious ordeal immediately after the command and whacks a truly helpless opponent back to the ropes where she keeps picking her off upstairs... Joanna's reduced into a training dummy here and can't keep her arms high enough to prevent more facial damage... she offers nothing back and bellows out into a yelping disarray just as the REF STEPS IN to stop the one-sided beating. Joanna's nearly knocked out of her senses on her feet and it's a massive TKO7 Helena Mattsson!!!

AFTER: Rampant ovation from the Wembley Arena concludes the Lookout! Atlantic's special event and the Nicole Richie crew does indeed score that second victory in the most spectacular if not upsetting fashion. Joanna Krupa's intended dominance over her European peers suffered a bad reality check tonight at the hands of Sweden's top lightweight property after all. "No offense to Kelly Gale but she'll have to wait a few years before I resign from the throne!", a laughing Helena tells Kate Abdo before checking up with the banged up model. Joanna has regained her whereabouts and declines a medical attention before accepting hugs from her Sweidsh conqueror: "We need to discuss this over a bottle of vodka. Thankfully Poland and Sweden share their passion for the distillery's finest. Quite frankly I'm tired of all these Malibu drinks over at Key Biscayne!", Joanna tries to keep a brave face on and refuses to throw Helena under the bus like she did at the end of the Victoria Silvstedt fight. Guess the result warrants this change of tune from the otherwise proud lingerie model. "Oh and the Malika Menard clash is very much on! Whoever thought I'll back off from that one in case of a defeat tonight doesn't know a thing about me!", Joanna has the last word like a true Main Event pin-up girl would but Kate Abdo reckons this is a career-defining victory for Helena Mattsson who might yet enter the divisional title picture that seemed out of her reach during stablemate Doutzen Kroes' reign.
