BBU FLYWEIGHT FURY VOL. 3

(from Manchester Arena, England, UK)

BEFORE: Cher Lloyd hopes to maintain the impressive numbers at the start of her BBU career here in the Manchester Arena tonight; after blasting out Jeanette Biedermann and Chelsee Healey the Gypsy slugger targets the proud Frankie's Foxes entourage and Little Mix's Jesy Nelson becomes the first of those intended victims with fellow singer Amelia Lily Oliver waiting in the wings herself. The Foxes owner Frankie Coccozza is on hand to support his crew but even that doesn't make Denise van Outen change her mind on the outcome of this contest. Nelson remains winless in BBU competition and would be better suited fighting the hapless Emma Bunton instead of the high-flying fellow brunette. The word on the street is though that Jesy becomes Frankie's personal sex doll for a full fortnight whenever she loses a fight so we might see her mis-matched in the ring for a little while yet!

Cher Lloyd wears a red bikini top black knickers and red gloves. Long dark brown hair tied in a curly ponytail. Jesy Nelson wears a brown bikini top, yellow knickers and matching yellow gloves. Long dyed black hair straight. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the flyweight division.

Round 1:
Cher's quick to pounce on the fellow brunette but Jesy isn't about to buckle within the opening drive and engages in a surprisingly feisty jabbing exchange that reels the younger singer back. Frankie C. is up on his feet already and Jesy keeps plugging away in close range; she tries to pin her opponent against the ropes but despite a brave effort, Cher's just that little bit quicker on her feet and escapes the aerial attack. However she fails to respond with a noteworthy effort and cuts this air as Nelson weaves around on her feer before blasting the smaller girl across the mouth with a vicious hook. More chaotic strikes follow in the final minute and neither girl is able to really punish her rival but the Foxes should be really happy with that opener from their much-maligned fighter.

Round 2:
Apparently Jesy doesn't buy into her woeful odds tonight and hauls in more crisp punches to swivel Lloyd's head early in the second. As much respect as the former X Factor performer gained in her two quick wins over the last couple of months, that seems to matter very little in Manchester tonight as Nelson rips more clean punches up the middle and stacks Cher on her heels before whacking her on the boobs with a heavy left uppercut. "You bytch!" Cher scowls in anger over that last blow but only bounces off the fellow singer's shoulder and eats more punches on the midriff with Jesy slowly taking over the command much to Denise van Outen's surprise. Both girls ache in their efforts and Cher actually avoids backing off and leans on the winless brunette with more juice but eats another hook on the brow ridge and wobbles back onto the ropes where she must clinch the Little Mix singer in order to avoid more damage. Frankie C. is on cloud nine here while there's one really annoyed Gypsy girl fuming in the other corner.

Round 3:
Jesy tries to stick more leather into her rival's face but Cher ducks underneath the aerial attack and romps into the exposed tummy wrecking havoc in Nelson's defense along the way. The Little Mix girl wobbles on her heels and bumps her chin off Lloyd's head before eating a whack on the solar plexus that sinks her into a Gypsy leather flood aimed at the rack. Ugh! Here comes Cher roaring back into contention as she almost punches Jesy topless in a furious fit of rage and lays her sideways against the ropes before blasting her on the left eye with additional hook. Nelson screams out in pain but she gets lost in Cher's jabbing rush and fails to raise her arms as she gets whooped one more time on the chin and slumps against the turnbuckle. Lloyd cleans out her midsection thereafter and reigns supreme at the bell trying to pierce the desperate high guard albeit to no avail.

Round 4:
One has to admire Nelson's determination here but she lacks the big punch and just can't neutralize Lloyd's feisty attitude any longer. Another close range tangle has the Gypsy brunette thumping heavy juice into the older girl's rack and bends her into a quick hook on the jaw. Jesy's feet get caught up in the escape route and she wobbles into a left/right hooking combo that squashes her lips badly before a looping hook finds the nasal ridge and makes Nelson scream out in pain. Cher barks in her efforts to inflict more damage on her subdued rival and rips through the midsection again to render the older brunette breathless; she tees off with another hooking combo on the temples and at the bell Nelson's barely able to keep her upright; Lloyd notices that and blasts her with a late jab on the mouth that nearly forces Frankie C. to invade the ring but the ref holds off the ugly stuff even though Cher makes some gestures at the Foxes owner and the tempers really threaten to boil over any second now.

Round 5:
Cher mauls Jesy's face straight from the bell now and that's a familiar sight for everyone who followed the Little Mix brunette's career. She bellows out behind another desperate earmuff but Lloyd switches downstairs and rips through her liver area to slump the aching girl into a brief clinching stalemate. Lloyd has enough strenght to shove the helpless rival back and whacks her with a left cross on the mouth; Jesy sways to the left with her eyes closing and she has no chance to even notice a right hook that whips her on the nose AND SENDS TUMBLING DOWN ONTO THE CANVAS... Frankie Coccozza is furious with that bitter reality-check but he can only helplessly watch as his protegee crashes face down on the boards. Cher yells at the fallen brunette and orders her to stay down and as vulnerable as Nelson is, she hardly make a valid effort to beat the count. She pushes herself off both elbows but remains on all fours when the merciless count reaches ten and can only stare at the blood stains from her squashed lips marking the canvas. Ruthless KO5 Cher Lloyd!!!

AFTER: While Jesy looked pretty solid early on, her vulnerable reputation eventually took over and allowed Cher to run away with a third straight victory. And the Gyspy slugger is by no means done with the Foxes as she eyeballs Frankie Coccozza and tells him to bring the pink-haired bytch (aka Amelia Lily Oliver) next time out. That match-up promises to deliver more fireworks and Denise van Outen begins to seriously wonder just how good the Worcestershire brunette really is?

Final result: Cher Lloyd def. Jesy Nelson KO5.
