(Wildetime Boxing Trialist vs Fight Club UK)

BEFORE: Isabella Giovinazzo was reportedly furious after being snubbed from the 'Home & Away' vs Neighbours' showdown back in August and asked long-time friend - and fellow Home & Away cast - Pia Miller for advice how to break into the boxing industry. Thankfully the ACB organization is open to new transfers and enjoys a wealth of talent these days so the 26 year old brunette found herself a debut opportunity to open tonight's Melbourne-based card.

The Seven Network's Mel McLaughlin predicts Isabella won't have a better chance to steal the rookie headlines as she faces Fight Club UK's Maddy Hill who couldn't land a punch to save her life versus Sarah Harding last month. The BBU TV pundits suggested Hill should focus on a bantamweight career but it's probable that Giovinazzo isn't as tough oponent as the former Girls Aloud singer and Maddy might yet spoil the Australian party as she seeks her boxing identity.

Isabella Giovinazzo wears a navy blue bikini set and golden gloves. Long dark brown hair in loose waves. Maddy Hill wears a red bikini set and black gloves. Long blonde hair in loose curls. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the lightweight division.

Round 1:
Maddy storms out of her stool looking to chase the Harding demons away as quickly as possible but misfires over the top in her initial approach and gives the brunette rookie working space which fuels the support from the Melbourne crowd. Isabella picks the blonde off in mid distance repeatedly and allthough she lacks the big punch, the sheer amount of production allows her to stay on top of the otherwise immobile Brit. Maddy loses her feisty attitude when Isabella's strikes start to swings dangerously close to her temples and backs off to the ropes thereafter - a bad idea according to Mel McLaughlin - however the Wildtime trialist struggles to make the most of that opportunity as she fails to channel the Sarah Harding demolition plan.

Round 2:
Both girls really lack confidence here and settle into a single-hand assault until Isabella finally decides to open up from both flanks and tags the blonde's cheeks in quick succession. Hill misfires in a hectic effort to land a counter punch and eats more jabs to the body as the brunette leans on her and begins to explore the mediocre guard of her opponent. Maddy keeps looking lost out there and seeks another escape route to the ropes but Giovinazzo manages to hold her in-check and riffles a left hook to the temple that pins the lacklustre Brit to the turnbuckle for remainder of the round. Isabella does well to carry more leather on target as she settles into pounding Hill's midsection thereafter and the Melbourne crowd truly believes the trialist can get the job done against a subdued visitor from England.

Round 3:
Maddy could use a help from her Fight Club UK coach Katie Price but the notorious model is absent tonight as she's gearing up back home for the JMD Tournament next week. In turn, Wildetime's Tania Zaetta urges Isabella to really pounce on the blonde here and the local girl tees off in mid range making Hill look even more up against it than before. A steady head hunting rush reels the Brit back to the ropes where the brunette whacks her on the body before moving upstairs again as Maddy's guard collapses alltogether. A swift hook to the temple is followed by another one on the jaw and a left stinger on the mouth makes Hill crumble into spasms on the spot. Another left hook tears the skin under the blonde's eye AND SENDS HER CRASHING DOWN ON HER SIDE to a rampant ovation from the MCG audience! Ugh! Isabella yells out at Tania Zaetta while Maddy tries to embrace another painful BBU exprience. She gets up at eight but remains glued to the ropes for remainder of the round and Giovinazzo picks her off repeatedly warranting a stoppage according to Mel McLaughlin in the booth but the ref allows the blonde to live another round even though Maddy looks completely out of sorts mentally here.

Round 4:
Giovinazzo flies in with another jabbing attack and dismantles Hill's guard, the blonde sinks on her heels when she gets tackled to the ribs and the Aussie actress rips through her jaw with a double uppercut combo that paves the way for a swift left hook on the temple. Maddy goes all shimmy shake and eats a clubbing hook to the mouth that bawls her eyes into the orbit so she doesn't even notice one last shot that pierces her right eye socket AND SENDS CRASHING DOWN FLAT ON HER BACK moments later. Booyah! That's all she wrote, folks! Ref waves it off on the spot as the blonde bursts into tearful spasms and rolls onto her left side trying to hide her face in the gloves. KO4 Isabella Giovinazzo!!!

AFTER: It's hard to judge the brunette's prospects after tonight's performance since Maddy showed sub-zero punching resistance and folded like a cheap tent one more time. In fact, it speaks volumes about her own career status as going down to Sarah Harding was perhaps to be expected but Isabella looked shaky and short of confidence at the start of this bout yet roared back to score a convincing victory. Once Katie Price gets her managerial act together, she should part ways with Hill as soon as possible according to Mel McLaughlin; after all Sophie Anderton is supposedly ready to sign that FCUK contract any second now and would be a massive upgrade over a jobber-like artist.

Meanwhile Sarah Cumming fails to secure an official word from Kimberley Davies and Tania Zaetta whether Isabella joins the Wildetime crew anytime soon. "Too early to say!", Zaetta indicates Carla Bonner is on the free market as well and she did much better than Giovinazzo on her debut back in September. Apparently the ACB roster enjoys the wealth of talent these days that works against the rookie prospects and suddenly it's all chooser rather than beggars Down Under. The glory days of Erika Heynatz and Miranda Kerr reigning supreme in BBU might be over but the Aussie future looks quite secured based on the arrival of new talent.

Final result: Isabella Giovinazzo def. Maddy Hill KO4.
