(Double A vs Free Agent)

Intro:
Hannah Tointon will be looking to upset the debuting Gina Rodriguez here in Blackpool's Bloomfield road stadium.
The 28 year old Hannah is looking to get her first win since her lone victory five years ago against Pooja Shah by knockout.
She has lost six times in her career but is still young enough to get back on track and with her sister Kara returning to the ring, it seems to have given her the motivation to get back into the ring.
Gina meanwhile is 32 years old, is 5'3 1/2 and hails from Chicago, Illinois and is of Puerto Rican heritage, she is most famous for playing Jane in Jane the Virgin.
She has rumoured to have been training for her BBU debut since early in the year, so much is expected of her.

At the press conference, both girls met face to face, neither glared at the other but they are not smiling at each other as they stare each other down.
Each walks to the tables assigned to them and Hannah was told she was the first to speak her mind, which got her smiling as she stood up and nodded to the crowd of journalists.
"It's great to be back in the ring, I had to take a step back to recover as the path I was going down was a losing one and now that I am back, I feel healthy, strong and mentally ready to win again" says Hannah as she looks more legitimately confident then she did before her last fight.
"I've heard about Gina but I am the experienced fighter here, so if she believes that I am going to let her walk over me so she can have a dream debut, then she will get a reality check" warns Hannah as her face turns stern before sitting down.
Gina now stands up with a beaming smile and waves into the crowd before she begins her own speech.
"I have to tell you guys now, I have an unfair advantage over Hannah and the majority of girls in the BBU" says Gina as the journalists scratch their heads to what she means.
Pointing into the crowd, everyone turns to see Gina's parents in the back of the room, she adds "my amazing dad was a legend as a boxing referee, he made sure to teach me as a kid how to box to defend myself but he taught me all I needed to know about how to fight"
Turning to Hannah who looks annoyed at what she sees as Gina's bragging, while Gina feels she is making a heartfelt tribute to her dad.
"Hannah, you seem like you are ready to go but I have been ready for too long, while you left on your own accord to come back, I have been chomping at the bit to get in the ring to have a pro fight, so come Monday, I will show you and the world what a real boxer looks like"
Both girls are ushered to face off one final time before the fight night and each isn't afraid to get into each others face.
Nose to nose they go as the bump bodies but step back as security comes towards the girls to separate them, but each girl seems happy to leave the stage now and prepare for the next day.

Fight night, Hannah comes out first with her sister Kara by her side as the two sisters look excited and Kara gives Hannah a hug on top of the entrance way before they walk down to the ring together.
Hannah is wearing a black sports bra, black shorts and matching boots and gloves down to the ring, her long hair is up in a ponytail to keep it out of her eyes.
Climbing into the ring, Hannah gets a good cheer as she nods to the crowd, then goes to her corner to get into battle mode.
Now Gina comes out to a good sized cheer, evidently her show is doing well in the U.K as she high fives some young woman in the crowd.
Her father is in her corner tonight as she walks down to the ring wearing a white sports bra, white shorts and boots, she is wearing golden coloured gloves and has get hair braided up.
Climbing into the ring, Gina bounces on her toes as she waves to the crowd before getting serious and warning up in her corner.
The referee asks both girls to come to the ring centre, both girls look each other up and down to judge each other before they are asked to touched gloves.
Both girls do touch gloves as their eyes meet and each glares at the other, then they return to their corners before the referee signals for the bell to start 10 rounds of flyweight boxing.

Round 1:
Out come the girls, both up are their toes as the come out with a jabbing assault on each others guard with Hannah looking slightly the quicker but not too much difference to give either an advantage.
Hannah gets caught as she tries to get at Gina and finds that Rodriguez is using a shoulder roll to dodge and counter punch through the space left by Tointon.
Already Gina is looking the better boxer as she parries Hannah's punches to counter and force the English fighter backwards.
Hannah manages to sidestep off away from the ropes and does land a good left hook to the body, before she takes a right over the top of her guard to her face.
Gina continues to out box Hannah around the ring with a hard straight bashing the nose of Tointon and already some blood is coming from her nostrils.
A follow up double jab to the nose backs Hannah up towards the ropes and the two start to trade to the body of each other.
Hannah manages to clinch up with Gina to force the referee to separate the two and get into space to use her jab to try and keep Gina back now.
The bell rings not long after with both girls starting and staring at each other hard as Gina looks at the blood dripping from Hannah's nose.
Both return to their corners as Kara is telling her sister how to get back into this fight, while Gina looks cool and collected in her corner, waiting to get back at Hannah.

Round 2:
Out come the fighters, while Gina connects early on with some good probing punches, Hannah surprises her by coming forward quickly to force the action.
Pressuring Gina so she can't dodge as easily, Hannah starts shoving Rodriguez when she is in tight to knock her off balance and slam away to the body.
Gina uses her impressive footwork to just escape the ropes and slam a double jab into the right cheek of her foe.
But instead of pressing on, Gina tries to go back to counter punching and Hannah is again the one who is pressurizing her back towards the ropes with some quick thrown combos.
Gina finds herself in the spot she didn't want to be as she ends up in a corner and Hannah goes to work with sweeping hooks to try and knock her out.
Ducking the first few hooks, Gina eats a straight that slams on her forehead and knocks her back into the corner, then she takes two hooks to the side of her head.
The referee watches closely as Hannah is beating Gina up in the corner till the Puerto Rican fighter manages to clinch up with her opponent.
Getting separated after several moments, Gina escapes out the corner and starts digging her heels in to trade with Hannah in tight.
Hannah lands a good right hook but takes a swift left hook from Gina, back and forth they go with just under thirty seconds to go.
The bell rings and both girls just hold back from slamming another shot to the others face at the bell as Hannah's nose is bleeding once more and Gina has some swelling on her cheeks.
But as they return to their corners, Kara is ecstatic at the improvement from her sister that round, while Gina gets her ass chewed off for getting too lax.

Round 3:
Gina gets back up on her toes as Hannah again tries to rush her, the pace is fanatic as Tointon throws a straight and misses, before taking a right hook to her face to knock her head to the side.
But as Gina tries to press forward, Hannah lands a double jab of her own through the gloves of Rodriguez, before digging two more shots to the body.
Gina dances away and flicks out her jab but her eyes tell a different story as she baits Hannah forward and as the younger fighter rushes forward, Gina cracks her to the chin with a right uppercut.
Down goes Hannah onto her behind, Gina jogs back to her corner as Hannah flaps on the canvas, trying to get her bearings back but she's struggling to shove herself up.
The referee is up to 6 as Hannah finally gets up to beat the count at 8, she is wobbly though as her legs look like jelly and she stumbles back towards the ropes, causing the referee to put his arms around her and end the fight.

Winner: Gina Rodriguez TKO Round 3:

After:
Gina jumps up and down as her father comes into the ring and the two embrace with tears in their eyes at this special moment.
Kara meanwhile is in the ring and hugging her distraught sister, who can't believe she's lost once again in her comeback fight, the big sister tries to offer words of encouragement but she just wants to sob her heart out.
Pundits at ringside all praise Gina for that perfectly timed uppercut that caught Hannah cold to take her legs out from under her.
In the ring, Gina goes to check on Hannah but Kara tells her "just leave me and my sister alone bytch" which gets a scowl from Gina towards Kara but she decides to back away as she won't let the upset sisters ruin her night.

After the announcements are made and Gina gets her hand raised to a loud cheer, the Tointon's leave the ring together, with Kara putting her arm around Hannah's shoulders and telling her "things will get better"
Gina meanwhile gets asked about the fight from the ringside interviewer and she answers "I surprised myself with how cleanly I caught her, that was a good taste of the BBU for me as Hannah gave me problems in the second but I knew if I could land to her chin, she would crumble"
Asked about her goals in the BBU, she replies "look I came here to fight, so any girls who want a crack at me can bring it anytime, the main goal of course is titles, so I will work my ass off to get to the stage where whoever the champ is, I will be ready."
The final question is about her plans for tonight, she says "well my dad deserves a night out here in Blackpool but it won't be too late out, maybe I will visit the pier tomorrow to see what makes Blackpool so amazing"
The crowd cheer loudly at that last comment as Gina shakes hands with the interviewer, before waving and bowing to the crowd then leaves the ring arm in arm with her dad in a heartfelt moment.
