Alexis Ren vs Caroline Kelley (Lightweight)

Round 1: Caroline leads the first round with an early stunner to Alexis’ face, tagging the blonde with a jab combo as she’s still in the midst of taunting the brunette with a “LET’S GO KELLEY I’M GONNA--uggghh” Caroline smiling to herself as she delivers measured punches to Alexis’s head, surprising the pundits who assumed the rookie would go down fast and early. Instead, Caroline the one putting Ren on the defensive, covering her up from a relentless, headlong assault. Alexis heard cursing under her breath at being controlled so early, and so easily by a rookie, not liking it one bit - chops sneaky blows in return to Kelley’s chest and tummy, before scooting away out of reach. Kelley grunting, not adapting well to classic Ren hit-and-run, but has done enough earlier in the round to secure her lead.

Round 2: “F*ck you, b*tch,” clearly words muttered by Alexis, at another attempt to get into Caroline’s head and disrupt her momentum, but as both girls close the distance once more,Caroline responds to the insult with a stunning right hand to Ren’s cheek! Alexis goes guuuhh, filled with half-shock and half-pain, as Caroline starts stepping in now, wanting to throw Ren further off with more hard punches to her head. Alexis immediately brings up guard though, warding off oncoming blows, again goes down and upwards, ramming her right hand into brunette tummy over and over again, punishing Caroline for daring to even come close and desecrating her skin with her gloves. Kelley’s lungs explode briefly from that one-two uppercut combo into her midsection, but Ren doesn't follow through, choosing to retreat to save herself and recuperate this time. “You scared of me, Alex?” Caroline coos at her adversary, curvy grin on the sides of her face, especially after seeing Alexis grit her teeth at the suggestion and let out a low growl.

Round 3: Here they both come now - girls stepping in almost immediately at bell, swinging and batting away viciously at opposing flesh! Alexis like an enraged demon, wading in, ignoring jabs to her cheek, eager to scrap gloves against Kelley’s hide. Kelley not used to this new aggression, stubborn streak in both girls force them to stand their ground as they trade uppercuts to opposing bodies hup hup hupp hupp, then go up high with close quarters hooks to chin and cheek. Slowly but surely, Alexis seems to be getting the upper hand - blonde girl more used to clinch fighting - controlling Kelley’s body with her hips and elbows, then ramming her fist into exposed belly whenever possible. Caroline herself getting off some good cracks to Ren’s chin and above the eyes, but she looks more worse for wear at the sound of the bell - forced to stagger back to her stool, massaging her sides and body, whereas Alexis simply shaking off her head and rubbing her jaw. But blonde has still a long ways to go to play catch-up.

Round 4: Damage from last round finally reveals itself - Caroline moves out of corner much slower and more sluggishly. Alexis surprises brunette with a powerful jump-shot aimed straight at her face - superman punch almost smashes her nose in, if not for last minute raising of Caroline’s gloves to protect her face. Blonde refusing to let up though, pounds on Caroline’s forearms left and right, demanding entry like a teenager throwing a tantrum. Kelley covering up from the blows, grimacing from the power shots - hooks to Ren’s exposed tummy don't seem to slow down her foe. Ren wades in even closer and more personal, grunting as Caroline punishes her with sharp digs into belly flesh; blonde returns the favour with hard pistons up into brunette’s paunch, folding Caroline’s body in half with a gurrrk!! At sound of bell, Caroline groaning as body collapses into Alexis’ arms. Ren grins, hisses into her foe’s ear: “You’re done, Carol. Give the f*ck up!!” before biting down on her earlobe hard! Caroline screams out in pain (but mostly shock), forcing referee to step in to separate them. Referee shakes finger menacing in Ren’s grinning face, warning her not to do that again or risk disqualification.

Round 5: Caroline rubbing her ear furiously, blood boiling and red-faced. Alexis gestures for her to ‘Bring it on’ with both gloves, and the brunette charges in! Alexis ready for her, biting her lip as she winds back a big right hand, and Caroline looks to be doing the same - red and blue gloves SMACK into opposing cheeks at same time, both girls letting out a combined groan that echoes throughout the arena. Caroline not learning from her mistakes earlier in the bout, continues banging away her fists with reckless abandon at Alexis’ flanks, but unable to match the blonde’s superior wrestling and clinching skills - Alexis controlling the brunette and just punishing her body with her hips and free right hand. Caroline soon gacking and gurking at powerful blows landing, Alexis capitalising on the rookie’s complete lack of defence in this fight by punting her over and over in the chin from inside and up into the clinch, snapping Kelley’s head backwards with nasty-looking uppercuts! And DOWN GOES CAROL!! Brunette lands hard on her side, hands and feet sprawled apart, eyes for the first time showing signs of vulnerability through her reddened chin and cheeks. Alexis definitely not helping, screaming down at her rival: “How’d you like THAT, HUH?? Stay down, b*tch, where you belong!!” Referee mid-count to 6, but Caroline still pawing at the ropes on her knees, doesn't beat the count at 10!

Official decision: Alexis Ren defeats Caroline Kelley via KO5!

After: Celebratory Alexis quickly turning vengeful, plopping her butt down the small of Caroline’s back, tugging on her hair from behind and hissing insults into her ear. “Twice now I’ve whipped your sorry ass. Seems like you need a reminder who’s queen, eh?”

Caroline surprisingly defiant - hisses back through tears running down her cheeks: “F*ck you, Alexis. You’re not getting me to grovel.”

Alexis flashing mischievous grin, cheek pressed firmly into Caroline’s, side by side. “Oh, you don't *have* to. I’m gonna *make* you, b*tch. I’ll-- aaaarghh!!”

Before Alexis finishes her thought, Caroline twists her face to the side and CHOMPS down on Alexis’ cheek, in similar payback from their earlier, toothy misadventures. It has the desired effect though: Alexis immediately lets go of her foe, thrashing about in Caroline’s embrace. The two girls stumble about in the middle of the ring, slapping and scratching, and of course biting… “Why you little--ARFGGHH” “I’ll KILL you!” and perhaps insult of the night: “YOU F*CKING TASTE LIKE SALTY TEARS!!” Officials finally rush in to break both ladies up, both girls still lunging and kicking at each other as they’re pulled apart, swearing this isn't the end at all, thereby setting up another potential clash in the future. For now though, another strong showing from Alexis Ren, who’s still unbeaten in the ring.
