(Girls Friday vs Free Agent)

Intro:
This bout sees Clara Morgane return to the FCBA for a one off bout
against one of the debuting Brooklyn Nine Nine girls in Stephanie
Beatriz.
Clara looks to improve on her overall record of 18 wins, 17 by
knockout and 8 losses in her career, her FCBA record is only one loss
to the tough Ashley Greene last year, ironically at this same PPV last
year.
Stephanie meanwhile is 35 years old, is 5'6 and is most famous for
being Rosa Diaz in Brooklyn Nine Nine, her background is she was born
in Argentina and raised in America.
The fighters meet at the press conference and stand with their hands
on their hips, staring each other down, two proud women trying to
unnerve each other.
Instead they see someone similar to themselves and while they hate to
admit it, they know this fight is going to be fun.
Ushered to their tables, Clara is asked to speak first, saying "I've
been facing facts this past year, the facts are I'm coming to the end
of my career and well I've got a bucket list growing in my head"
Looking at Stephanie, she continues "I need a win in America, since
that is one of the things people love to put on their CV and I wanted
to fight a girl who'd give me a good fight, but would fall under my
fists"
Looking at her fists, she finishes by saying "I've knocked out
champions and now Hall of Famers in the BBU, I want people to know
what I can do here in the FCBA, tomorrow comes that time"
Stephanie looks at Clara with a measure of respect, but she smirks as
she starts her speech by saying "if you are expecting a punch bag,
then you are going to get one hell of a shock"
She proceeds to shock the crowd by climbing onto her table and doing
the splits with her legs going to the side to show off her incredible
flexibility.
Getting a little help from an organiser, who doesn't want her dropping
off the table, as she stands behind the table and stares at Clara.
"I'm too bendy for you and these are not for show" as Stephanie holds
her fists up and Clara grins back at her opponent.
"While I'm no youngster, I have fought when needed and I can make some
girls lives hell here in the FCBA" says Beatriz as the girls move back
to go nose to nose.
Photos of the two girls staring each other down, fists raised as the
girls tell each other how much they are going to enjoy kicking the
others ass.
Security comes towards the girls, but they separate on their own,
nodding at each other, before leaving the stage on opposite sides.
Fight night, Clara enters the arena first, by her side is Lauren
Berlingeri and Eva Carneiro, the crowd give her a good cheer as she
struts down to the ring.
She is wearing a black sports bra with pink trim, she has black trunks
with pink trim and black shoes, to complete her look, she has Pink
gloves and her blonde hair tied back in a ponytail.
Entering the ring, she heads straight to her corner to warm up, Lauren
nodding to Eva as the two feel confident in their girl.
But everyone turns to look at Stephanie, the brunette stands in front
of her coach and smirks as the crowd start cheering her.
She walks with purpose in her stride to the ring, she's wearing a
black sports bra but she has blue trim, it's the same for her trunks,
while she also wears black boots but she has light blue gloves instead
and her hair is braided.
Entering the ring, she mounts the bottom ropes of her corner and
pounds her chest as she gets the crowd excited for this fight.
The girls are brought to the ring centre and go head to head, shoving
each other with their heads, neither backing down as the ref finishes
his instructions.
Asked to touch gloves, both girls bang their gloves together, then
bounce on their toes back to their corners to get their gumshields in.
The crowd roar already, as the referee is happy with everything in the
ring, signalling for the bell to be rung to start 10 rounds of
bantamweight action.

Round 1:
Off we go, both girls circling early, using their jabs test each other
out, till Clara quickens the pace or at least tries to.
Stephanie uses her flexibility to dodge the punches of the French
girl, parrying her shots and then striking back with straight shots.
Clara starts giving looking for ways to trap Stephanie, but keeps
finding Beatriz is ducking and dodging around her punches.
Stephanie looks to be gaining confidence, she has a small grin on her
face as she lands the cleaner shots between the two, just eating at
best glancing blows.
Driving forwards with three punch combo up top that Morgane just about
blocks, then suddenly the blonde cracks Stephanie to her cheek with a
right hook.
Stephanie looks surprised by the power of Clara, as Clara powers
forward and cracks the brunette with an over the top right to make her
opponent stumble backwards.
The crowd look stunned, seeing the bad ass Stephanie rocking as the
girls trade with not long left in the round, the girls trading it out
but Clara punishing Stephanie for her early beatings.
The bell rings and the sight of both these girls staring each other
down, the crowd watch intently, while the referee gets between the
girls to stop any charges.
Neither looks like they are going to do that though, instead they
return to their corners with not much fanfare, just staring across the
ring hard at each other, hoping to see the other blink in this battle
of wills.
Round 2:
Both girls come out quick, trying to force the other back as they
circle each other and trade up top, Stephanie moving her head the
better of the two to take less hits.
But a feint left hand from Clara allows her to land with a hard right
to the body of Beatriz, the brunette gasping, before a follow up left
lands up top to rock the American.
The crowd edge closer in their seats as Stephanie tries to fight back,
but is being pressed backwards, Clara smelling blood in the water and
is driving forwards.
The girls trade hard shots up top, another hard right cross from Clara
turns the legs of Stephanie into jelly and she has to clinch up.
Stephanie's fans are willing her to fight back, but it's clear that
she's stunned and the referee struggles to pry the two apart as
Beatriz hangs on for dear life.
Separated, Stephanie seems to have her feet back under her, sending a
good barrage of punches up top, but Clara parries most, just taking a
straight to her nose.
Clara lands a right hook that twists the head of Stephanie around, the
crowd roar as Beatriz is beaten onto the ropes and as it looks like
Clara is going to go for the finish, the bell rings.
The French girl standing imposingly over Stephanie, the American
staring up defiantly as she pushes herself off the ropes to go nose to
nose with Clara.
The referee quickly separates the girls and orders them back to their
corners, the ladies take heed and head back to get cleaned up.
Round 3:
Clara is quick on the attack, rushing after Stephanie, sensing her
first win on American soil is in her gasp, but Stephanie is doing well
to keep her away.
That is till a right over the top of her guard wobbles her, Stephanie
backs up and it's clear that she is hurt and in desperation mode.
She's flicking her jab out purely as a defensive tool, not bothering
to come on the attack as Clara calmly shows her experience, walking
down her opponent.
Seeing an opening, Clara opens up Stephanie with a straight to her
lips, then she lashes a hard right hook to make Stephanie stumble.
Then Clara lunges forward with another right, this time to the temple
of Beatriz to put her down to her side in a heap.
The crowd are up and roaring as the referee begins his count, but
Stephanie is blinking her eyes, dazed and clearly struggling to get
up.
The referee is up to 8 when Stephanie starts to push herself up but
she wobbles and slides back to her bum to watch the count reach 10 to
end the fight.

Winner: Clara Morgane KO Round 3

After:
Clara pumps her right fist to the crowd and stares down at Stephanie,
who is just able to stare up at her from her sitting position with a
pissed look on her face.
The French Girl goes to her corner and high fives her corner team, all
the Girls Friday girls are grinning ear to ear over Clara's first win
in America.
Stephanie has to be helped up, her legs are still weak as she's still
dizzy from the shot to her temple, she can be heard telling her coach
"damn it" as she's clearly upset that her debut ended so badly.
The final announcement of the result is made and Clara beams as she
walks around the ring, purposely blowing a kiss to Stephanie with a
mocking wink added as she passes her.

Stephanie mumbles "bytch" as her conquerer passes her and she's helped from the ring by her coach acting like a crutch.

Clara bows to each side of the ring, before she makes her exit with
Lauren and Eva by her side, when she reaches the backstage area, a few
journalists want a statement from the winner.
"I know it's a cliche, but I did just come, see and conquer
Stephanie's ass on American soil for you all to see guys" says Clara
with a wide grin, before she pushes a stray hair from her eyes.
"I don't know if I'll be boxing much this year, I know that people
will claim I should have fought a bigger named or respected opponent,
but Stephanie is a tough girl, I just showed I'm tougher" finishes
Clara as she chuckles on her way to her stables locker room to
celebrate her victory.
Rumour is she's brought the champagne from her home country, I hope
it's a good year then like 2017 has started for her.
