 Intro:
The opening bout in the first ever BBU card in Iceland, held in the Laugardalshöll arena in Reykjavik sees a battle of the redheads as Eleanor Tomlinson fights Kelly Reilly.
Eleanor is 1 and 0 (1ko)in her career and at 24 years old, is seen as someone who could be a big fighter for the BBU in years to come.
While Kelly is 39, turning forty in July, with many seeing her career winding down soon unless she likes being used as cannon fodder for new fighters, her record is 2 and 7 (2kos).
News goes that Heidi Reed as part of the negotiations between herself and Amanda Tapping on her rematch with Karine Vanesse politely asked if Eleanor could be on the card and after a quick look around the bantamweight scene, Kelly was brought in for the show.
In the build up to the fight, when not sparring with Heidi in a local gym in Iceland and even jogging with her in the cold conditions, she finds time to talk to the media for this event.
"Kelly is a woman who I'd love to have the career of, a top career as an actress and she's had the big fights in the BBU that I want to work towards" says Eleanor as she smiles warmly.
"But this is business and I have to put aside respect to win this fight, I know I can make a statement here if I choose to" finishes Eleanor.
Kelly had to train back in England for most of the build up, heading to Iceland a week before the fight to train at a gym nearby the venue.
She told the media "Eleanor has a big upside it seems, unlike some in the league, she is respectful of girls like me who helped pave the way for her"
Then adds "come fight night though, I have to remind people that I am still pure class, that means setting Eleanor's career back, so be it" before she goes off to train.
Fight night, out comes Eleanor first, she looks a lot cooler than her first fight, seeing the crowd who know her link to their girl Heidi cheering her loudly.
Walking to the ring, she waves to the crowd, smiling at her fans and bowing to the front row before stepping into the ring.
Her coach slips her white robe off to reveal that Eleanor is wearing a white sports bra, matching shorts, shoes and gloves.
As she heads to her corner, out comes Kelly Reilly with her own corner by her side, Kelly nods to the crowd as she heads down to the ring.
Entering the ring, her coach slips her red robe off to reveal she has a deep red coloured sports bra, with matching trunks, gloves and shoes to go with her own flame red hair.
The girls are brought to the ring centre, each looks the other up and down, but there isn't much malice on show between the girls, just a fiery edge to fight.
Asked to touch gloves, the girls respectfully touch them and head back to their corners, once they reach them, the referee signals for the bell to begin 10 rounds of bantamweight action.

Round 1:
Out come the girls, Kelly looking very defensive in the early going already, letting Eleanor test her out with her jab, maybe her last two losses are playing on her mind.
Eleanor quickly gains confidence starting to throw a greater range of punches and as she steps forward to land, she just catches out the corner of her eye a right coming for her left cheek and leans out the way to dodge it by inches.
Clearly Kelly is hoping to catch Eleanor with something, but her reactions don't seem quick enough and the younger redhead is controlling the action.
Eleanor using her jab to measure, before snaking her right to the body of her opponent or up top, the crowd don't seem to quiet down even with the action not being the quickest.
Kelly does land two punches to Eleanor's face, but gets caught to the ribs with a counter right punch.
Reilly changes tactics with not long left in the round, getting the courage to step in and trade with Tomlinson, who keeps some distance between them to land the cleaner shots, stuffing her fists through the guard of Kelly to knock her head back now she's opened up.
The bell rings with Eleanor looking focused, not letting her early dominance get to her as she returns to her corner and listens to her coach intently.
Kelly on the other hand looks pissed off, staring at her corner hard, knowing she needs to do something fast or this could become a long night for her, her face is looking scuffed up already.
Round 2:
Kelly comes out quicker, forcing the girls closer together to trade, Reilly tries to step into the gap between them to try and wear down her opponent.
Sadly for her, she hasn't the quick feet that Eleanor does, 16 years does make a major difference and Eleanor keeps showing it by stepping out of range of Kelly and landing shots over the guard of Kelly.
Dancing around the ring, Eleanor has some in the crowd shouting for her to go for the kill, but patiently she continues to fight with her midrange strikes.
Waiting for Kelly to really open up so she can do some serious damage, but Kelly's keeping as tight as she can in her guard.
Late in the round, Eleanor frees her hands, throwing more punches to the body of Kelly, who is covering up and finds herself pressed to the ropes.
The crowd noise nearly stops the referee hearing the bell, but luckily for Kelly he does and pulls Eleanor back, whose almost apologizing to him.
Kelly pushes herself off the ropes, looking like she's mentally drained already, head down as she heads to her corner, her coach trying to get her to focus, open up against her opponent, but she looks resigned that she can't win in her mind.
Round 3:
Out come both girls, Kelly still comes forward, showing she hasn't lost all her fighting spirit, but Eleanor is still finding this easy.
Kelly is opened up by two shots to her flanks, her guard coming down as she grimaces and tries to retreat back to safety.
Now Eleanor sees her chance and drives forward with a hard right that comes over the guard of Kelly and a flurry of punches puts Kelly down to her behind!
The older fighter blinking up at the referee, stunned that she is down and at 8, shoves herself up to beat the count nodding to the referee.
Kelly tries to show some more fight as they are told to continue, she lands two body shots but then takes an uppercut to snap her head back.
Eleanor is right back on the attack, a barrage of punches sends Kelly stumbling backwards till she falls to her back, her eyes shut in a grimace as the referee begins to count again.
This time Kelly doesn't stir, just stays on her back in pain as the referee reaches 10 and counts her out to end the fight.

Winner: Eleanor Tomlinson KO Round 3

After:
A truly one sided beating for Kelly and an easy night for Eleanor, who doesn't celebrate, instead she heads over to the fallen Kelly to help her up.
Kelly sits up and nods to Eleanor, telling her "go celebrate honey, you beat me up badly but I'll be OK" as her coach comes over to help her to her stool to clean her up and Eleanor is in two minds whether to go and help or celebrate.
Hearing the crowd chant her name, she decides to wave to them as she does a lap around the ring, making sure to go see Kelly once more and telling her "thank you for giving me this fight, it was an honour"
Which Kelly nods her thanks, but it's clear that inside she's doing a lot of soul searching in that corner, sacked from her stable last year, losing badly to younger girls, even struggling against the older ones, she has to either pack this in or find someway to get better she thinks to herself.
Her coach not saying anything as he let's her think alone, just cleaning her puffy face up.
Now she looks ready to leave, he helps her from the ring, the crowd paying her no attention as Eleanor stands in the ring centre and gets her hand raised to a loud cheer.
Expect it to be louder in the main event, with Heidi Reed coming home to fight, Eleanor tells the fans that she'll be out to support her, which gets a loud cheer from her new fans.
Before she leaves the ring, her robe on her shoulders like a cape as she walks proudly up the ramp to the back to go see Heidi to wish her luck.
But pundits are hoping that she picks a tougher third act to her career, Kelly at this stage in her career should be easy pickings for a girl her age, still a wins a win and she has time to build her career up.
