Round 1: Luisana and Clara charging out of corner at the bell, heading straight for each other and kicking off an explosive start to this event. The crowd also lapping it up as they throng the main deck and the rafters of the SS Virago, all eager for a glimpse of the action enfolding below. And the action certainly doesn't seem to disappoint! Clara and Luisana both banging away hard and early, mashing gloves in cheeks and hitting painful-looking shots to opposing flanks and bodies. Luisana’s well-known resilience coming in handy this match - the Vixen eating up some nasty shots but delivering her own damaging stunners to rookie Clara’s face towards the end, opening up some swelling already in the first round. Bell sings and Luisana edges out a small lead.

Round 2: Clara steaming as she rises swiftly from bench. Girls don't seem to have loss speed in the second round as they make a beeline for each other yet again. Grunts and groans now getting louder, however, as the girls can't take this kind of punishment forever! Luisana the more experienced but slightly heavier girl, dishing out huge swings designed to wreck Alonso clean and early, but this only enables the lighter Clara to dodge out of the way. The Spanish beauty manages to show talent with stinging counters delivered back to Lopilato’s head and sides, irritating the Vixen to no end. Clara’s turn to take the lead as she slowly but surely beats Luisana back to the ropes, to huge gasps of shock from the audience, unable to fathom Luisana the veteran being beaten back at her own game! Thankfully the bell signals the end of the second round just in time, but no doubt that that was Clara’s round, and cocky Spaniard knows it, parading herself back to corner with both hands raised, ignoring the boos from the crowd.

Round 3: More looks of horror and shock as Clara continues to dominate the 3rd - onlookers contemplating whether Luisana’s recent loss to Rosie Jones seems to have broken her spirit and mental strength. The Vixen’s face is getting scrubbed repeatedly by hard shots from the previously untested Clara. To her credit, Luisana spanks back with some hard shots to Clara’s gut and tummy, but she just can't seem to get her high guard in order, leaving her head open to plenty of offensive shots by Clara Alonso. Round ends with Luisana panting and hunched over in one corner, and a sparkle of confidence in Clara’s eyes as the Sirens look poised to take their first victory of the night if this abuse keeps up!

Round 4: Clara rushing head on towards her injured prey at the beginning of the fourth round! Luisana turtling up but remembers her training, refusing to get cornered or denied movement. Clara too hungry and eager, ignores the fact that Luisana’s been in this situation time and time again. As a result, brunette gets sloppy with her over-eager head-hunting, inviting Luisana to ROCK her with a counter-hook after Clara’s fist is deflected awkwardly to one side. Clara goes guuuuhhh as her head spinned to the right, her body simply unable to take shock treatment, collapsing to the ground in a spray of limbs! It’s a KNOCKDOWN from Luisana in the first minute!

And just like that, the crowd roars with approval at the turn in the Vixen’s fortunes! Luisana still breathing heavily as she tries to recover for the ensuing battle, and Clara shows her own spirit, forcing herself back to her feet by the count of 6. Referee signals for fight to continue, even though Clara doesn't look like she has fully regained her bearings… On comes Luisana now, a follow-up jab jab forces a feint, Clara stricken, panicking as she protects her head, and the blonde’s follow-up, trademark right hook once again smashes into Clara’s cheek, spiraling the Siren back onto the ropes with a grunt. Clara looks dazed, struggling to retain balance. Luisana now the hungry predator, pasting left hand, right hand into Clara’s body and chest, over and over - Alonso barely holding on, no answer, body getting banged up badly as Alonso holds her mitts a little too high, when the referee steps in!! Referee steps in between the girls for a TKO victory!!


Official decision: Luisana Lopilato defeats Clara Alonso via TKO4!


After: Large protests from the SIRENs’ camp as they make to charge the ring - Alonso’s arms were still up and about, favouring her head more than her body. Case in point: Clara still standing upright once referee pulls Luisana off her - the Siren is swaying with the sea breeze, wondering what just happened; In fact, Luisana the one protesting, wanting to exact more punishment on the brunette. Officials thankfully throng the ring before members from either stable can step in to further dispute the ref’s decision, but the VIXENs must be cheering on their girl for the first win of the night.
