Intro:
The next bout in the Rod Laver arena, Melbourne, Michelle Rodriguez meets Jordana Brewster fighting it out in the battle of the Fast & Furious stars.
Michelle comes into the fight with a record of 8 wins, 7 by knockout and 9 losses to her name, she plays Vin Diesels characters girlfriend and bad ass Letty Ortiz in the Fast & Furious series of films.
While Jordana holds a record of 8 wins, 6 by knockout and 15 losses to her name, she plays Mia Toretto, the sister of Vin Diesels character.
Both girls come into this fight with a loss in their last fight, the girls are seeking to use this fight to get bigger things, rumours are that Michelle is using this as way to build to a fight with Juila Stiles, who won earlier in the night.
The girls were interviewed in the same room, the room itself has a white wall and two high chairs for both to sit in, while the interviewer sits beside the camera filming this.
The girls come into the room from opposite sides through doors, Michele wearing a red dress and black heels, Jordana in a black dress and matching heels, both girls glare at each other before they sit down.
Michelle is asked first, what does this fight mean to her? Which she answers "it is about pride, me and Jordana have known each other more than a decade, we've laughed, cried, but we've been rivals that entire time"
Jordana interrupts by saying "because you don't understand your place, when we sparred on set, she would try to make something of nothing, why do you think I've had more fights then you?"
Laughing, Michelle replies "because you're a joke, a skinny bytch, who sees herself as something she isn't, while people fear me"
"Oh Eliza didn't" interrupts Jordana again, getting a hateful look from Michelle, the Panama born Brewster adds "she kicked your ass last time I checked"
Michelle not known for her control, dives out of her seat, sending it flying from behind her and grabbing Jordana by her hair.
The interviewer let's the catfight go for a moment, as Michelle drags Jordana up and slaps her to the ground, before turning away and telling the interviewer "I'm done"
But as she goes to walk off, Jordana whose lost her heels in the tumble to the carpet floor, pushes herself up and tackles Michelle from behind.
Now Michelle's heels go flying as her rival pulls her head up by her hair and gives her a wicked slap from behind, before Rodriguez pushes herself up enough to dig an elbow into the ribs of Brewster.
Jordana rubs her side as she falls off the top of Michelle, but quickly composes herself as she sees the red dressed Michelle get to her knees, both girls scream insults, before diving at each other, pulling hair as the roll around the ground.
Security moves in before it gets too violent, separating the battlers, who kick out at each other and swear how badly they're going to batter each other.
Each is dragged out of the room and the footage of the interview and subsequent fight is posted on the FCBA website, to build hype for the fight.
Fight night, Michelle comes out first, she's wearing a red sports bra and denim shorts to go with her red gloves and red shoes, her hair is braided.
She is looking pissed off as she marches down to the ring, the fans excited to see her but her mind is fully focused on whipping Jordana's ass.
Climbing into the ring, she darts straight for her corner, going through her prefight rituals, before Jordana comes out.
Brewster looks ready for this, she is wearing a black sports bra, black denim shorts to go with her black gloves and shoes, her hair is tied into a ponytail.
She storms down to the ring, with her coach in tow, the crowd roaring with anticipation at what they are about to witness between these two.
After climbing into the ring, Michelle goes straight over as the two girls bump heads and try to press each other with their bodies, this fight seems to have been a hell of a long time coming.
The referee having to get between the girls to stop any early start to the fight, telling the girls that he's in charge and that they'll do as he says.
The girls silently stare each other down, both know that the time for childish insults are over, they just want the bell to ring and them to pound each other into submission.
After the ref has read the instructions out, he asks for a touch of gloves, dumb question as the girls simply return to their corners with no touch of gloves, little love or respect between these two women.
With the fighters back in their corners, the referee nods to the timekeeper and the bell is rung to start 10 rounds of bantamweight action.

Round 1:
"Ding!" Out come the girls head on, both girls swing for the fences early and just about miss taking each others heads off, before things quickly settle down.
The girls finally seem to settle into their stances, Michelle compact as usual, trying to walk down Jordana, her rival is on the move, using her footwork to step out of the way of Rodriguez.
The girls trade some stiff single handed punches, till Jordana sidesteps Michelle and cracks her through the open space in her guard to a cheer from her fans.
Evidently gaining confidence from that strike, Brewster steps forward, landing two sweeping shots around the guard of Michelle and dances out of the way of her punches in return.
Jordana has a small smirk forming, before Michelle shows why she is so scared by other fighters, the Latin fighter lands a right to the body and then quickly plugs the gap to land two more shots, this time two hooks to the sides.
Quickly Brewster clinches up, knowing too well the power of her opponent from their sparring sessions in the past.
The referee having to drag both fighters apart as they swear at each other and try to shove each other around the ring.
Finally he gets them apart, Jordana quickly reengages to land two shots up top, then steps back to escape a wide hook coming for her head.
Michelle too worked up it seems as Jordana establishes the jab and keeps sticking and moving, landing when she spots an opening and then moving out of the way of return shots.
The bell rings with Michelle still wanting to go, the referee having to get in her way to stop her attacking Jordana from behind.
Brewster not caring about her, just walking to her corner feeling she's got nothing to lose inside and that she has the skills to upset the favourite in this fight.
Round 2:
Out comes Rodriguez quickly, hunting down Brewster, who continues to strike around the guard of her opponent, keeping her footwork on point to upset Michelle.
Jordana looking as if she is the feared fighter, blooding the nose of the proud Texan, Michelle stubbornly keeps coming forward though.
Then Michelle finally catches her girl, Jordana tries to step out the way of another haymaker, but Michelle isn't actually throwing one, instead fainting a right and then sneaks her left to the body of Brewster.
As Jordana tries to reset herself, Michelle is like a train, just smashing forward with a barrage of punches that snaps Brewster back to the reality of why Rodriguez is seen as a badass in a boxing ring and in general.
Jordana finds herself knocked to the ropes and it becomes a vicious brawl between two passionate ladies, who are throwing everything at each other to cause maximum damage.
But Michelle's bulldog style of latching on and not letting go is working, Jordana looking the hurt one, being pounded to her sides has her nearly shutting her eyes due to the pain.
Then she's forced to clinch as Michelle rubs it in by scrubbing the back of Jordana on the ropes to loud whistles and cheers from Rodriguez fans.
The referee pulls the girls apart and Jordana finally escapes to safety, but Michelle is quick to try and get on her prey, clearly wanting to prove that she's the best by the end of this round.
But the bell stops anymore action as the girls glare hard, before coming nose to nose, hurling abuse at each other, truly these girls hate each other as years of pent up rage working together and falling out is being released.
The referee somehow gets order, but the girls give each other one last one word insult, before heading to their corners to get cleaned up.
In Michelle's case, it's to clean the blood from her nose and wash her down, she has a cruel smile now, clearly enjoying pounding her fists into her rivals body.
Round 3:
Michelle is fast out her corner, almost slingshot out of her corner by her arms as she rushes to put the pressure back onto Jordana.
Brewster starts with a double jab to that sore bloody nose of Michelle, but quickly finds herself getting hit by the Texans horns, a left and right cross combo up top causes Jordana to let out a loud grunt of pain.
Rodriguez piles the pressure back on, forcing Jordana to cover up and fight on her heels, Michelle looking stronger by the second.
A hard left to the body is followed by an overhand right that makes Jordana stumble, the first real sign of weakness in the fight.
But Jordana is a survivor of hard clashes and she finds her feet quickly to get back into the fight, as Michelle rushes in too quickly and a right cross digs itself across the nose of Michelle, causing a cut on the bridge of her nose to go with the blood from her nostrils.
Michelle looks shell shocked for the first real time in her career, her eyes wide as Jordana starts to pound her backwards and flashbacks to her loss to Eliza Taylor only a month ago must be playing in her head.
But Michelle finds her courage again and after taking two more shots to her nose that bring a tear to the left eye of the Latin girl.
She ploughs her way back in the close range for another vicious brawl, sweat and blood flies into the air, as the girls just slam wild shots into anything they can hit.
Jordana clinches up and nearly puts Michelle into a head lock, all pretense of fighting within the rules is starting to look suspect when that happens and the referee after pulling the girls apart, stops them for a moment and tells them to stick to the rules.
Back comes Michelle, a right cross is followed by an uppercut, that makes Brewster shake her head, clearing any cobwebs after that punch.
But Jordana finds space to work in, after she uses her left to shove more than punch at the nose of her opponent, then she lands her own three punch combo to the head.
The girls are in tight again, not long to go, as the action slows down slightly but the punches seem to get harder, as Jordana shows signs of a black eye on her left eye.
The bell rings with the girls marching to their corners, only because they don't want to upset the referee, if they could charge each other down they would.
Michelle's bottom half of her face is becoming covered in blood and her coach is trying to clean her up, while Jordana' corner apart from cleaning her up, is shouting about her performance, clearly unhappy with her but knows she can win this fight.
Round 4:
Jordana shows her own fighting spirit, as Michelle tries to close the distance again, Brewster is able to land her jab, targeting that nose, trying to end this fight herself as quickly as she can.
The referee is looking at the nose of Michelle, blood trickling from it down onto her bust, but the Latin girl is still walking forwards, stopping when she's hit, then back on the hunt.
Jordana looks annoyed, she remembers how big a pain Michelle is to stop, but she's managing to land the cleaner shots, her coaches words clearly in her head and spurring her on.
Then Michelle digs her way forward, snapping a straight to the chin of Jordana, knocking her head back as she then lunges in to land another good body shot.
Jordana seems to grit the gumshield between her teeth and goes in tight, head to head, the girls sling their fists around the others guards.
Then she shoves Michelle with a sneaky left, allowing her to land two good shots up top to rock Rodriguez, the crowd cheering the girls on as Brewster starts knocking the Texan to the ropes.
But Michelle fights back, throwing hooks to push Jordana back till the girls clinch up, neither girl is looking the stunner we know them as.
The referee gets between the girls to pry them apart, Jordana lands another stiff jab that catches the cheek of Michelle.
Then she gets caught with an overhand left and the momentum of the fight changes again, now Michelle digs her fists into the body of Jordana, who in return clinches up as the round is coming to an end.
Again they are separated, with Jordana landing a right cross, but gets caught with a left hook to her body, the girls look both hurt, but keep throwing punches till the bell rings to end the round.
Both girls don't bother to look at each other, instead they return to their corners, eyes shut as they try to forget the pain they are in.
Michelle's nose again is bleeding down her face, the doctor is nearby to see if the bleeding is going to be stopped for the next round, the coach is working hard to fix it up and it's going down to the wire.
Round 5:
The doctor does one final check and while he doesn't look too impressed, he gives her a warning to protect it better, but let's her continue.
Out come the girls, Michelle clearly protecting her nose as Jordana slings her jab out, trying to get at that bullseye, hoping she can force the stoppage by the doctor at the least.
She starts overextending herself though, lunging to try and land a shot to open up the guard of Rodriguez and Michelle sees her chance.
Michelle lands a right hook after parrying a straight from Jordana, then she adds two more shots to the head of her opponent, snapping her head back to rock Brewster.
Jordana now is on the backfoot, she's being rocked repeatedly now as her head swivels around and Michelle won't be denied now.
A right hook lands as Jordana desperately tries to land a left hook of her own and Brewster almost turns 180 degrees, going down to her side as the crowd all stand up and almost scream in unison "holy s***!"
Jordana's eyes are shut and the referee begins to count but sees that Jordana is knocked out and waves the fight off!

Winner: Michelle Rodriguez KO Round 5

After:
Michelle roars to the ceiling, her face shows she's been through a war but as always, she looks a proud warrior as she pounds her fist to her chest as the crowd all stand and applaud that knockout.
The doctor that was checking over Michelle only a few minutes ago, is now over Jordana, trying to wake her up and it takes several moments but she does blink awake and looks stunned to be down.
Then she looks over at Michelle, whose pumping her fist to the crowd in her corner as her face is being cleaned up.
Jordana lays back down and covers her face, not wanting people to see her crying, this was supposed to be her moment, beating the girl that she knows she's better than in her mind, but finds herself on her back; defeated.
Her coach helps her, telling her that they can always fix this at a later time, but Jordana just wants to roll under a rock, telling her coach "just get me out of here"
He helps her up and out the ring as some people cheer her, but most see focused on Michelle, whose staring at Jordana, clearly still wanting a piece of her even as she's already proven her point.
But her focus is diverted by Julia Stiles, whose wearing the white gear she wore earlier when she beat Jolene Blalock, she even has her gloves on, getting journalists surrounding the ring.
Michelle hasn't had her gloves taken off yet either and as Julia enters the ring, the girls race to go nose to nose, a staredown between these two proud stunning women is truly a sight.
Cameras flash photos as the crowd dual chants both girls names, hoping that they'll fight tonight, it looks like that could happen as Julia whispers something into the ear of Michelle, who clearly didn't like that.
In reply Michelle pushes Julia and the fight is on, Julia landing a shot to the body of Michelle, who in reply grabs the blonde into a headlock and both girls wrap each other up as security and the referee tries to pry these girls apart.
The girls go down to the canvas together and slip their gloves off as they grip onto the others hair, screaming abuse into the other girls face.
Finally they get pulled apart, after laying some kicks into each others legs, the crowd going wild as this goes on, teaching closer from their seats.
Julia can be heard shouting "I'm going to enjoy kicking your ass!" Confirming that this future fight is on, if the brawling didn't do that.
Michelle doesn't say anything, just stares with those hungry eyes, wanting to fight now and beat Julia down into a mess at her feet.
The girls are dragged from the ring, but Julia has certainly made a statement tonight with her actions, as she grins while being dragged to the backstage area by security.
While Michelle has to stew a little longer in the ring, but when she calms down later, she has to be stoked to have been her rival and got another big name fight to look forward to in future.
First she thanks the crowd though, before leaves the ring herself, with security around her in case anyone else wants a pop at her and she marches to the back to clean herself up and go home to rest up after a difficult fight.
