Iggy Azalea versus Carrie Prejean

BEFORE: Welterweights collide in this match. The somewhat down on her luck Carrie Prejean challenged Iggy Azalea to a bout, the latter having lost two matches in a row to Taylor Swift and Gigi Hadid, very strong competitors in the light/welter field. Can the Sceej boxer get back to her former glory by going against the possibly weaker Iggy, or was it just a fluke for the Aussie-rapper?

"It's obvious those first few wins of hers were just luck, seeing her drop to Taylor and Gigi." observes Carrie, confidently. "Meanwhile, I've been training, got a won, lost another by the skin of my teeth, and I know that Iggy has much more bark than bite. I'm going to show her and EVERYONE who's doubted me that Carrie Prejean is not a joke!"

Iggy smirks, but still has quite the aggression to her. "Honestly, I took this match 'cause I needed to vent. If I lose to some girl at a 2-15 record, I should just hang up the gloves. But I'm no loser, and I'm gonna do to her what I'll be doing to Taylor and Gigi pretty damn soon. Now watch the rap queen ugly up a beauty queen!"
ROUND 1: Carrie confident as she takes aim at a defending Iggy Azalea, her one-two’s connecting right into her guard. She keeps up the pressure for a while, but Iggy pulls that right arm back and lands a wonderful counter-cross into Prejean’s face! The Californian backs up a bit, putting the two at equal footing at the center of the ring. Jabs getting shot back and forth with blazing intensity, the grimace on Carrie’s face staring right into the eyes of Iggy’s confident one. Carrie goes in for a hook—Iggy ducks and rises with an uppercut to the ribs! Carrie taken off balance, now getting pelted with headshots! Iggy pushing her back hard, but Carrie’s fighting back…a few shots connecting into the Aussie’s chin, and then finally a punch RIGHT into Iggy’s chest! She moans out, and Carrie closes in, landing some big body shots as quickly as she can! Iggy’s cockiness turns into a snarl as she lands a straight right into Carrie’s face, causing the model to bounce into the ropes! Iggy trapping her there with aggressive force, connecting some more important shots that rock Carrie’s head, but the bell rings before it’s too dangerous for her. Carrie looking confident as she heads back to her corner, but the point lead still goes to Azalea for her early-round advantage.

ROUND 2: Both gals back at the center of the ring! Carrie trying to keep her distance from Iggy after witnessing the girl’s power last round; she might have underestimated her a little! Iggy keeps trying to move in carefully, but Carrie’s picking up speed and keeps blocking Iggy from getting in some hard shots! After a few more rocking hits at Iggy’s breadbasket, the rapper forces herself into matching Carrie’s distance. The two are landing hits back and forth like true titans, neither backing down—Carrie moves in to land an uppercut right into Iggy’s chin! Carrie’s secured herself an amazing opportunity here, as she hooks Iggy right in the sides, moving back up to the chest! Azalea with her guard raised, getting swarmed by the beauty pageant babe…she finds a way out, quickly escorting herself away from a corner as now SHE plays the range game, forcing Carrie to go back to plotting instead of attacking. Iggy shooting jabs at Prejean like nobody’s business…goes in for a straight, but that’s a whiff and Carrie lands a sharp punch to the gut! She’s trying to weaken the stomach, but Iggy fends her off with ease! Now Iggy coming with her own combination of midsection blows—but Carrie lands a shot to the chin at the ring of the bell! Carrie smiling happily, thinking she might finally have her chance to break out of her poor spell, but Iggy isn’t ready to give it up so easily. The Australian rapper looks very displeased and unamused, especially since Carrie took the round.

ROUND 3: Carrie truly is brimming with confidence as she unleashes a flurry on Iggy to start the round! Iggy visibly on tilt as Prejean tries to burst through that guard. The rapper tosses a hook that just screams “Get off me!”, and Carrie bobs out of the way and lands a shot to the cheek! She keeps going, landing some more good headshots until Iggy finally gets her guard back up. Desperate to break through once more—desperate to win this fight—she ducks and digs into the rapper’s stomach! A swift 1-2-3 hit and more jabs to the chest! Azalea stands tall, though, looking unphased by Prejean’s assault! How resilient is she?! Iggy now advancing with ferocity, keeping Prejean on her toes and off of the offense. Iggy bouncing on her toes as she keeps Prejean weaving around, landing connecting but seemingly useless jabs to the breadbasket, but then Iggy with a MASSIVE right hook!! Carrie still fighting, a shot that Iggy parries and punishes with a cross to the jaw! The Australian rapper is now like a hurricane, hitting Carrie with big blows! Prejean tries to stay afloat, still swinging, but Iggy’s bodyshot stops that right in its tracks! Carrie bends down forward in pain, coughing, and a cold uppercut raises her body right back up as her gloves lower! Azalea’s leather meeting Carrie’s face resonates throughout the arena, with a final cross sending Carrie on her back! Iggy back to smiles as she struts away from her fallen opponent, and the ref starts counting. Carrie still stirring, but very slowly as she starts trying to force herself up…ref counting higher, but it’s all a moot point as the bell rings, saving Carrie and letting the model raise herself up with as much time as she needed. She’s not looking good…but she’s still conscious.

ROUND 4: Both boxers come out…Carrie looking awfully shaky. Azalea doesn’t even have her guard raised, gloves on her hips as she scoffs at Prejean. “Come on, bytch.” she says, beckoning her with a glove. Carrie obliges, swinging at Iggy, but missing as Iggy once again slams her with a huge right. She’s stumbling, and Iggy comes down on her with a left to the stomach, a right to the jug, and flurry of jabs. Carrie still struggling, still stubborn as she tries to counter Azalea, but Azalea knocks her lights out with an Aussie-brand uppercut! Carrie collapses heavily, eyes shut and unmoving as Iggy raises an arm in the air. The ref is counting, but it’s clear that the night is over for Prejean. He hits 10, and the match is over; a KO4 for Iggy Azalea!

AFTER: Iggy places her black boot on Carrie’s stomach while raising her gloves in the air as her fans cheer her on, pictures being snapped by her corner as usual to cement her victory. After she’s done posing, we get her thoughts:

“Is anyone really surprised?” asked Iggy, still cocky, but maybe justifiably so. “I’ll give her credit for challenging me, that takes guts, but to say that I’m all talk and thinking of me as nothing more than a stepping stone for her? She deserved every punch I landed. And remember, any girl out there who thinks the same about me: I don’t mess around, and challenging a future champ is bad for your health!”
