(Girls Friday vs Free Agent)

Intro:
Maisie Williams returns to the ring for this year with Katherine Jenkins the girl she faces for the first time in their careers.
Maisie is still only 19 years old, a month off her birthday, the 5'1 girl is 2-2 (2kos) in her young career, her biggest win was against Emilia Clarke on her debut, but her career has hit a roadblock somewhat.
Meanwhile her opponent Katherine was a Girls Friday till April of last year, the 36 year old is 5'4 and her record is 5-16(4kos) arguably her biggest win was against Marion Cotillard over 5 years ago, the same year of her last win.

The girls met at the press conference, no ill feeling shown by either girl as they politely smile and shake each others hand.
They move over to their tables and Maisie is asked to speak first, taking the microphone and looking elegant as always in her blue dress.
"I want this year to be the one I make my name in what is quickly becoming a growing division of title contenders, I won't be left behind by them" says Maisie her face showing how worried she is, even as she tries to hide it.
She adds "Katherine has good experience and I have nothing ill to say toward her, except that I do plan on mowing you down to continue my rise up the rankings"
Katherine nods and replies in her speech "I can't complain too much, I know some of the other girls complained about being cut with me, but I didn't do enough to stay" an honest answer from a humble woman in all walks of life.
Then she adds "so I have to change things up prove myself to the world that I belong in that ring with these up and coming fighters"
The two women shake hands before lifting their fists up for the photo op, both look ready to go when the time comes if this is anything to go by as they head off to go for the weigh ins backstage.

Fight night in Newcastle's City Hall, Maisie is out first, she comes out with Lauren Berlingeri and Eva Carneiro by her side.
She marches towards the ring, wearing a light blue sports bra with the house of Stark symbol in the centre of her bust in grey, she has matching shorts with a grey Girls Friday badge on her right leg and light blue sports and blue gloves and shoes.
Climbing into the ring, the Game of Throne fans seem to be out in force judging by the cheer for her, she graciously waves her hands at them, then heads to her corner to go through her final warm up routine.
Katherine now appears at the top of the ramp with her coach, the opera singer looks stunning with her coach next to her.
She's wearing a red sports bra, matching coloured trunks with Jenkins in white written on her waistband, she finishes the look with a red set of gloves and boots.
After bouncing on her toes down the ramp, she smiles at the crowd as even though she was part of the GF stable for the first few months of it's relocation (and the formation of the stable before that) this is the first time she's fought in front of this crowd.
Climbing into the ring, she looks deeply focused as she looks over at Maisie, the two girls look serious as they go through their warm ups.
Asked to come to the centre of the ring, the girls head off to go face to face, the referee goes through his final instructions.
The girls are asked to touch gloves, both touch them up and tell each other "good luck" before heading back to their corners to get their gumshields in.
The referee looks around and nods at both girls to make sure they are ready, both nod at each other and the referee signals for the bell to start 10 rounds of flyweight boxing.

Round 1:
Off they go, both start off respectful of each other, trading testing shots early as they dance on their toes around each other.
The crowd willing them to get at each other, Maisie looking the better as she comes to the inside and forces Katherine to fight in tight, then she quickly moves around Jenkins.
The blonde looking focused though, starting to try and put her own punches together at range, Maisie not the strongest of flyweights, using her speed to try outmaneuver the Welsh lass.
The action heats up as Katherine bullies into Maisie, digging away up top with three punches, that the English girl just about blocks, then moves away to space to try and plan her next attack.
Katherine though knows she has to smother the work rate of Maisie, keep her from getting confident and hopefully catch her with a knockout punch.
But Maisie is proving too elusive, bobbing and weaving around Katherine, before quickly plugging the gap to land three body shots, before the blonde can land one back.
Maisie starting to show some swagger to her movement's, a confident smile growing and Katherine looks slightly worried, before she resolves to get at Williams, who deftly moves out of the way once again.
The round is nearly over when Katherine lands a double jab to get some measure of her young opponent, even landing a right cross as Maisie moves that way, maybe the blonde is reading her movements better.
The bell rings before she can see if that is true, the girls respectfully bump a glove together, before heading to their corners to get cleaned up.

Round 2:
Out come the girls; Katherine tries to get at Maisie early but she just doesn't have the speed to pin the youngster against ropes or a corner.
Maisie digging away at the body of Katherine, the blonde throwing three punches towards her, only the last straight punch landing.
The petite brunette dodging a right hook over her head and landing two hooks up top to press Katherine backwards.
The blonde looking stunned but still able to shove Maisie back and land a right cross of her own as Maisie steps back to bide her time.
Katherine looks relieved, that one punch knockout is still lacking from Maisie's game but the Welsh girl isn't out the woods yet.
Maisie finding holes in her defences, digging away with sharp punches to wear Katherine down, Katherine covering up more, hiding more behind her shell.
Bouncing around Katherine, the girls trade with Maisie still clearly on top, the brunette landing hooks to the body of Jenkins.
The opera singer grunting with each shot, Maisie forcing her to retreat, Katherine landing two hooks of her own as Maisie is rushing her attacks.
Again Katherine seems to be finishing the round strong, throwing a flurry of punches to force Maisie onto her heels but the bell rings before she can do much more.
She looks frustrated as she turns and heads to her corner, her coach looks to get her to focused on the fight, nodding her head at him.
Maisie is told off Lauren to be patient, stop rushing and let things happen, the youngster nods and looks more focused as she stares hard at Jenkins.

Round 3:
Out come the girls, Maisie continuing to outwork Katherine, she seems to have went up a gear as she is zipping in and out of the inside of the blondes range.
Landing two body shots, then snapping a right hook up top, Katherine looks to be getting swarmed by the small youngster.
Katherine shoves her back and fires two hard shots to try and force Maisie back from her, that forces both girls into a scruffy exchange.
Neither backing away from each other as they get in tight, swinging wide punches that are not hitting that cleanly, the girls fall into a clinch as they try to press each other back.
The referee pulling the girls apart, Katherine onto the front foot with a double jab, Maisie maybe not concentrating as she gets caught.
Katherine throwing quick hands, trying to keep Maisie in front of her, she's having some success as she presses Williams towards the ropes with looping shots to try and keep her from moving side to side as freely.
But Maisie isn't happy being kept to the center lane, she pushes her way forward to surprise her opponent, cracking her with a right hook and then an uppercut with her left as Katherine stumbles back.
Maisie racing to keep that pressure on, chopping at the guard of Katherine; whose now being forced to fight on the back foot.
This time Maisie ends the round strong, pounding Katherine with a quick flurry of punches to her face, Katherine herself nearly stumbling to the canvas as she tries to turn away.
The bell rings to end the round, Maisie jogging back to her corner, while Katherine shakes her head, trying to clear it after the pounding it just took, then she gets to her corner to get cleaned up.
Katherine's face starting to be marked by Maisie, who herself has a few marks but looks the much better of the two by this stage of the contest.

Round 4:
Maisie is quickly out her corner, Katherine seems to have lost confidence in herself, the blonde mostly covering up now as the youngster works her over.
Slamming shots around the guard of the opera star, the amount of punches she's landing seems to be breaking down Jenkins as she falls into the ropes.
A piercing right to her nose puts her down, Katherine sliding down the ropes to her behind, holding her nose as she looks up at the referee.
Maisie jogs to a neutral corner, watching for any movement from Katherine, the older fighter rubbing her nose, a thin tickle of blood runs from her nostrils.
At 8, Katherine does make it up, asked if she wants to continue, she nods that she does, but it's not long till Maisie is on her again, a barrage of punches snaps the head of Katherine back and as she is knocked to the ropes again, the referee intervenes to stop the fight, standing in front of a beaten Katherine.

Winner: Maisie Williams TKO Round 4:

After:
Maisie is quick to check on Katherine, both have small smiles on their faces as they chat about how each of them is, Maisie with a few marks of war compared to the blood running from Katherine's face and the red marks covering her face and body.
Lauren comes from Maisie's corner to check on Katherine also, the two blondes share a hug as they chat about old times for a moment.
Till Katherine's coach wants to clean up his fighter and the girls part for a moment, both fighters getting their faces cleaned up and gloves taken off for the final announcement in the center of the ring.
Katherine is gracious in defeat, clapping the result before the girls share on more embrace, Maisie telling Kat "you are always welcome to our stable party you know"
The Welsh lass smiles but politely replies "I don't belong with you guys, go enjoy yourself, you earned your place tonight at the party"
Maisie nods, knowing that it must be heartbreaking for Katherine whatever she says went it comes to the stable she was a part of, no matter how hard she tries to mask it.
Katherine waves to the cheering crowd, maybe she can sing the national anthem here before a card in future the way she is being cheered.
She leaves the ring and signs a few autographs for a few fans at ringside, before heading to the back and her locker room.
Maisie meanwhile jumps into Laurens arms and waves to the crowd, her coach shakes her head after holding the little warrior up for a few moments, dropping her down to her feet and telling her "please warn me next time"
Both girls giggling before they climb out the ring, Maisie signs a few autographs herself and even kisses a fans cheek, winking at the crowd before she heads off to the stable locker room to be swamped by girls like Ivana Baquero and Poppy Drayton, who seem to have adopted her like a little sister.
But all the girls in the locker room will be watching keenly to see how Maria Ozawa does against Kara Tointon in the main event.
