(Lioness Club vs Team Canada)

Intro:
Tonights action sees Dorota Rabczewska ironically enters the lions den per say as she fights Karine Vanesse in Montreal, Quebec's Bell Centre.
The famous arena gets to see the return of the girl famously known as Doda, the Polish Princess of pop music was so close to beating BBU bantamweight champion Una Healy last November.
But she suffered a knock out in round 9 and disappeared from fighting till now, where she looks to improve on her 7 wins, all by knockout and 2 losses.
While Karine herself lost her last fight to Heidi Reed, she could claim that fighting in Iceland gave her opponent an unfair advantage.
But to her credit she has never complained about it, just looking forward to bringing Doda to her knees to add to her own 2 wins, also all by knockout and 2 losses.
Both girls are 33 years old, Karine has half an inch on Doda, so both are very similar, but Doda is known for her power punches, Karine is more about technique.

Coming into the fight, Doda with her stables Director of communication Kate Garraway, did a few press events around Canada between training.
The main quote from Doda was "Karine doesn't scare me, I'm the Queen bytch of the BBU for a reason, so boo me if you want but frankly you are wasting your breaths"
While Karine stayed quiet in her own training camp, clearly taking this fight very serious as a win would propel her up a competitive bantamweight division.
The only time before the fight the girls met was the weigh in, both beautiful blondes looked extremely fit for this fight.
Going nose to nose for the photos in bikinis, Doda was jaw jacking as Karine kept quiet, just staring her future opponent down.
Till Doda gave her a shove, clearly getting annoyed that Karine wasn't biting, security is there to stop anything from happening as Karine looked ready to tackle Doda down and make her pay.
Instead she has to wait till fight night, the girls led away from each other with Doda still throwing insults, making Kate look embarrassed by what she is seeing.

Time for the fight, Doda comes out with her trainer Melanie Brown to a resounding set of boos from the Canadian faithfully.
Dorota just smirks as she lifts her arms up to her sides and waves for the crowd to actually boo louder, Mel doesn't look too pleased but isn't there to act as a PR rep, instead she is there to make sure she wins.
Doda climbs into the ring wearing a blue sports bra, matching tight workout shorts, boots and gloves as she mockingly blows kisses to the crowd as she heads to her corner.
The atmosphere in the arena changes as a loud cheer roars right around the arena, Karine entering the arena with Nicole De Boer by her side as her coach.
Karine looks utterly focused on the task at hand, staring at the ring as Nicole waves to the crowd, getting the fans into an even bigger frenzy for her fighter.
Entering the ring, Karine is wearing a white sports bra, matching workout shorts to go with boots and gloves as she glares over at Doda.
The referee waves the girls to come to the ring centre, both go nose to nose, trying to shove each other back as Doda tells Karine "I'm going to f*** you up bytch!"
The referee looks at both and sighs, knowing he is going to have to be on guard tonight as he warns both to keep this clean, paying special attention to Doda as he warns them.
Asked to touch gloves, Doda waves her hand into the air, telling Karine "I don't waste my time touching gloves with tramps like you" then storms back to her corner, leaving Karine to stew in the centre of the ring.
Back in their corners are both girls now, gumshields in and the referee signals for the bell to begin 10 rounds of bantamweight boxing action.

Round 1:
Out come the fighters, Doda rushing across the ring to get at Karine, the Canadian nimble on her toes is moving around the Polish "princess" and jabbing away at her in the early going.
Doda nearly catches Karine with a wide right hook, just missing her cheek and straight away Karine lands a double jab to knock the head of her opponent back.
Melanie is shouting at Doda to slow down, but she seems in a hurry to win this, maybe trying to banish the demons of her last fight.
But she's missing or landing glancing blows at best, leaving her guard wide open for Karine to stab her fists through, then move out the way of a counter punch.
The crowd look over the moon already as Karine opens up with two cross punches as her own confidence is buoyed by the success she is having early on.
But she eagerness haunts her as Dorota finally catches her with a stiff straight to her lips, Doda's eyes narrowing as she seems to think she's got her opponent finally in her crosshairs.
Two body shots follow from Doda, forcing a groan from Karine, but the singer gets caught with a right hook and she finds herself on the backfoot again as Karine pounds her way forward.
Karine sends a flurry of punches up top to the guard of Doda, who almost stumbles back from shock more then anything.
As her back hits the ropes though, she fires off the ropes, throwing hooks that just miss but do the job of creating space for her to get back into the fight with.
The girls square up and trade till the bell, Doda reminding Karine of her power as she snaps the Canadian fighters head back.
The round ends with Doda showing a cocky smile, but Melanie doesn't look so sure, chatting to her fighter as she cleans her up.
Karine nods to Nicole, not much being said in their corner as Vanasse is more interested in staring at Doda, trying to wire her up and beat her.

Round 2:
Doda looking more reserved to start this round off, no charging off to attack this time, instead a more focused effort to get to the inside.
The girls trading single punches in the early going as the pace seems to sloe down from the frantic pace parts of the first round were.
Trying to get on the inside, Doda lands a straight to the body of Karine, but once more the Polish fighter is met with stiff resistance.
Karine landing two chopping cross punches up top and before Doda knows it, she is being swamped under a barrage of punches.
Doda forced to cover up as the crowd is deafening, cheering for Karine to knock her out as the native is pounding her guard with a well drilled straight punching onslaught.
Knocked onto the ropes under this assault, pundits at ringside sit gob smacked, they expected a Doda dominant display, not Karine taking the fight to her.
Doda shows her raw power though, taking a stiff straight to her lips again, bursting them open, she lands a left hook, quickly followed by two straight punches to fight her way off the ropes.
Karine looks shocked that she couldn't keep her pinned to the ropes, getting knocked back herself across the ring under a flurry from Doda.
Forcing a clinch, Karine looks out to the fans, who in turn look stunned themselves by the resilience they've witnessed, Doda has taken the crowd out the fight for now and as she sneaks some kidney shots in, she seems to be back to her old self.
The fighters are separated by the referee, Karine on the back foot as Doda looks to hunt her down, instead getting clipped to those bloody lips by Vanasse to keep her back.
The bell rings before Doda can get back inside, instead having to settle for the success she had in the last round as she heads back to her corner.
Karine looks up at the ceiling with her hands on her hips, she's annoyed that her work has gone down the spout already.

Round 3:
The girls looking hard at each other, Doda sprouting a few insults in the only way that she can of course, Karine keeping calm though, keeping to her stick and move tactics.
Doda doing well to keep up now, not just rushing to beat Karine to the punch now, instead seeming to realise she can't gloat her opponent into a mistake.
Karine digs a double jab into the right cheek of Doda, trying to open her up once again to get at those lips to make them bleed again.
This time though it's her getting caught with a right hand over the top of her guard, Karine stumbles slightly but it's enough for Doda's eyes to light up too.
The Pole lands a follow up right cross to press Karine back onto her heels, the Canadian is covering up as Doda surprisingly to some is patient on her attack.
Pinning her back with the jab, them timing her right hand around the guard, smacking the cheek of Karine and forming a little swelling under her eye.
Karine realises quickly that she has to fight back, ducking a right cross, she comes up with an uppercut that puts Doda down to her behind!
The crowd scream in joy as Doda sits on her bum in shock, she didn't see the punch and she rubs her jaw as she got caught hard.
There's hope in Karine's eyes that she's put down the big bad wolf for the count, the referee is busy counting Doda, who rises to beat the count at 8.
The crowd don't seem to care, willing Karine to finish this, their fighter trying to do that as she goes for the proverbial kill.
Doda on the back foot as Karine comes for her, eating a right to her cheek but leaning out the way of a wild follow up left.
Using her big fight experience, Doda let's Karine come for her, focusing on dodging and parrying punches, Karine is missing wildly as she's letting her emotions get to her and soon enough her window of opportunity seems to shut.
Calmly Doda comes forward again as Karine needs a moment to rest after throwing the kitchen sink at her, the crowd going quiet again as they damn what they perceive as luck but pundits claim is skill off Doda to survive after such a heavy knockdown.
The bell rings soon enough with Doda looking calm, you'd think she had scored the knockdown as Karine curses herself again.
The Canadian is letting the atmosphere of the fight get to her, instead of focusing on what is happening like the first two rounds.

Round 4:
Karine trying to get back at Doda, feeling the need to get back at her to keep on top of this fight, but she is stuck fighting on the inside.
Doda has her head nearly banging into the chin of Karine as she bangs her right into the body, shoving her back towards the ropes.
The referee though separates the girls, warning Doda to keep her head up, even as she complaints, he stands tall; saying he'll take a point off if she keeps talking back, she finally shuts up.
The action starts again with Karine starting off strong with a jab into the bloody lips of Doda, then landing a right cross to start pressing her back.
Karine moving forwards behind her jab, Doda being knocked towards the ropes as her lips get smashed, causing her to grimace.
It looks like she's going to be knocked onto the ropes, but with a lean back and a parry, she opens up a chance to get back at Karine.
The girls trading hard body shots to each other, Doda sneaks a right hand over the top, then follows quickly with two body shots to the ribs to force a groan from Karine.
Karine having to dig her heels in and try to knock Doda back, instead finding herself in tight with Doda who looks like she's enjoying this.
An uppercut from Doda knocks the head back of Vanasse, pressing her back quickly as Karine stumbles to loud boos from the crowd.
Karine covering up as Doda goes to work, pinning her arms back with her jab, then slamming her right hook in to the side of the Canadian.
Nicole shouting for her fighter to get off the ropes, but Karine looks shellshocked, the air being driven out of her body.
She has to clinch up to get a breather, the referee has to pull them apart as Doda slams her right into the kidney area of Karine again.
Late in the round, Doda lands another hard right cross to turn the head of Karine, the blondes short hair whipping up into the air with sweat flying up and dripping down like mist.
The bell rings as Doda works Karine back to a corner, the Polish Princess smirks at Karine and tells her "you'll always be my bytch"
The referee getting between the girls as Karine goes for Doda, her face red as she finally flips her lid, Karine upset at everything that is happening in the ring.
Doda strutting back to her corner, swaying her hips as she winks at her coach, Melanie not looking too happy, but she knows Doda is a confidence fighter, so she can't berate her for being like this.
Karine on the other hand punches the top turnbuckle, trying to get the frustration out but until she knocks Doda out, she won't be relieved till then.

Round 5:
Karine starting to lose her technique, trying to slam a left hook onto the cheek of Doda, but missing and misses a follow up right as Doda bings her on the nose with a jab.
Doda up on her toes, as things are suddenly turning the opposite way around, Doda boxing clever and Karine is throwing the wild punches.
A right hand opens Karine up to a left hook and down goes Karine! On all fours, she shakes her head as Doda waves to the crowd back to a neutral corner.
The referee beginning to count as Karine spits her gumshield out, blinking as she clears her head and as the count is getting near to 10, she manages to shove herself up and beats the count at 9.
The referee checks Karine over and as he says she can continue, he first has to wait till she gets a new gumshield in, Doda tapping her foot in the corner theatrically as she shouts "I'm not on the clock for knocking you out bytch!"
Off they go again, Doda like a shark; straight on the attack as Karine covers up, the girls trading a few stiff shots but it's clearly Doda on the front foot.
Karine being pressed around the ring, getting chopped to the body with hooks as she gets knocked to the ropes.
The Canadian fighting back off the ropes but can't find the punch to get her way off, Doda just pounding away at her body.
An uppercut from Doda nearly knocks Karine through the ropes, she's slumped into the ropes and her corner throws the towel in before she seriously gets hurt!

Winner: Dorota Rabczewska TKO Round 5

After:
As Doda struts away from Karine, Vanasse slips down the ropes to her knees, her eyes blinking as she tries to clear her head.
Nicole rushes into check on Karine, she hugs her fighter as the crowd look stunned, silent as Doda struts back to her corner and bumps a fist with Mel Brown.
After getting her gloves taken off, Doda parades to the centre of the ring, shouting at Karine "bow down before the queen like the little bytch you are!"
Nicole looks to complain, but Doda shoves her out the way and pulls Karine by her hair to the ring centre, Karine on her knees as Doda points at her boots.
"Kiss them and worship your queen" Doda orders Karine, holding her hand ready to slap her if she doesn't do as told.
Nicole is going to get up to defend her fight, but Melanie shoves her back to her back and stands imposingly over her, almost begging her to move.
Karine is waiting to be saved, as she is slapped, she quickly realises that and she hates herself but knows she has to do as told.
Soon she is kissing the boots of Doda to a loud boo from the crowd, Doda is in her element as she lifts her hands up and waves for the crowd to worship her as well.
When they don't, she winks to them before slowly lifting her shorts down enough to reveal the thong she has underneath.
Before Karine knows what is happening, she's being dragged by her hair to a neutral corner, before Doda rubs her ass into the face of her defeated foe.
The crowd roars it's disgust at these scenes, throwing empty cans and trash into the ring as the organisers worry about a riot breaking out.
Doda doesn't bat an eye, simply steps away from Karine, while shaking her booty to the crowd to "rub" it in to them what just happened.
Kate Garraway appears from the backstage area, showing for her girls to get out the ring now, Doda struts out the ring, even as litter flies around her, some even hitting her in the back.
Security surrounds the Lioness girls to get them out of the arena, while Nicole goes to check on the embarrassed and sobbing Karine.
Nicole helping her out the ring, as the crowd are too busy booing to notice their girl is leaving, this is a heart crushing moment for her as she sobs and faces the ground.
Pundits wonder if Doda will even be allowed in the country after this display, but a win is a win and that is all she cares about.
