Iggy Azalea versus Rihanna
(Words: WW / Results: Lookout!)
BEFORE: Rihanna boxes against the ever-hungering Iggy Azalea, who is 13 spots above her on the welterweight rankings. While the former hasn’t gotten action in a while, she assures us that she’s more than ready for this fight.
“One fluke loss against a girl I once KO’d in round three doesn’t mean that I’m weak. As a matter of fact, I’m more than ready for Iggy.” Rihanna comments. “I don’t think she’s ready for me, though. And I’ll be more than happy to make her realize that tonight.”
“I need to keep climbing higher, and Rihanna’s my next target.” Iggy says. “She’s talented as a musician and as a boxer, but there’s only one place she’s going: and that’s to the floor, kissing my boots! Let me show you how Iggy Iggs handles other girls who think they can rap or fight better than me!”
ROUND 1: Iggy moves in, ramming into Rihanna like a wrecking ball. Rihanna easily blocks the assault, despite Iggy’s force, and slams the Aussie in the jaw with a right cross. She moves in aggressively, keeping her down with jab after jab, pushing her back. Iggy takes it all, but lands a quick hook to spook Rihanna. Iggy trying to keep distance, launching shots that barely reach Rihanna, but she ducks under one and it’s right back to dominance as she slams Azalea again! Iggy quicker to retaliate this time, but Rihanna’s a bit too quick and wallops Iggy once more. No matter what, Iggy’s forced to be on the defense because Rihanna’s just a little too speedy for her. It’s clearly annoying Iggy, not pleased with her rival singer’s smirk as she clearly takes more control. Iggy still swinging, showing her stubbornness, but it’s only getting her into more trouble as Rihanna lands clean shots and nearly presses her into a corner; but Iggy fights back and lands a straight and a jab to get her out. The round ends after Iggy whiffs some more shots, Rihanna taunting her with a wink and a beckon of the glove as she walks away to her corner.
ROUND 2: Rihanna takes the lead, attacking a blocking Iggy and trying to pierce through that guard. Rihanna pulls back, but Iggy catches her with a HAYMAKER! Rihanna goes stumbling back, her face clearly one of shock before it’s distorted by another hard punch! Iggy tears into her with hooks, Rihanna getting away by landing a quick stomach punch and backing up. That doesn’t slow down Iggy at all though; seemingly out of instinct, Rihanna attempts to counter, only to receive an uppercut to the gut for her trouble! Rihanna reeling back to her corner, flailing in order to get Azalea to back away, only to get slammed by ANOTHER haymaker that leaves Rihanna seemingly lifeless in the corner! Having her opponent right where she wants her, Iggy starts with a cross, follows up with a hook to the stomach, a big shot to the ribs, and a right-handed jaw uppercut that sends Rihanna’s spit into the air, and the singer falls to her knees with her eyes shut! Iggy struts away, smiling brightly as the ref starts counting. Rihanna absolutely doesn’t stir, even 7 seconds into the count…and she still doesn’t at 10, meaning that this fight is OVER! KO2 from Iggy Azalea in a VERY dominant display!
AFTER: Iggy ecstatic, not even in a vengeful way; just genuinely excited. She pounds her gloves to the unconcious Rihanna and shouts “That’s right! What did I say? WHAT. DID. I. SAY?!” The crowd cheers as Iggy lifts Rihanna up by the hair and drags her to the center of the ring, the girl still not awake as Iggy poses in the ring with her for another great photo op, and then laying her down.
“I wasn’t joking, was I?” Iggy says, still content and blissful. “Any girl that thinks she can stop me has got to think again. Otherwise, they end up like her; DREAMING! I’m coming for the top, and I’m bringing along all my fans and anyone who KNOWS I’m strong, and I’m also making sure to leave behind every single hater!”
Iggy walks out of the ring, flexing with both arms and blowing a kiss once she gets to the top of the ramp to the crowd that she won over
