4. Co-Main Event: Megan Fox versus AJ Lee

Megan:
(31, 5’4, 23:23 FCBA, VIXENs/Mirage)

AJ:
(29, 5’3, 5:3 FCBA, Free Agent)

Before: When queried about her run-in with fellow Vixen and current Welterweight champ, Hannah Ferguson, Megan Fox is candid in her response to the reporter: “F*ck you. Are you here to talk about her, or me?” to which the offending reporter quickly gulps and tries again: “Wh--What makes you a better fighter than your contemporaries?”

“That’s better, asshole,” Megan responds, breaking into a grin. “Like I’ve said before. Hannah’s a gimmick. I mean, what has she really done in order to earn her ten seconds of fame and glory? Beaten Marisa Miller?? I think that--”

Suddenly, there’s a loud CRACK of thunder as the pyrotechnics on the stage flare up in flames, and AJ Lee’s theme song starts blasting from the speakers. Megan can only curl her lips at the interruption as the outline of her opponent emerges through the curtains, followed by… someone else?

AJ Lee struts out with both hands high in the air, looking as though she has really missed the loud roar of the crowd from her tenure as WWE Women’s Champion. She poses in the middle of the ramp, showing off her ripped and lean figure, dressed in her signature black crop top with red bikini briefs. However, the crowd goes even more ballistic when the figure of Hannah Ferguson strides out from behind her, joining AJ and gesturing approvingly at Megan’s opponent.

“Why the little b--” Megan begins, before getting cut off again when AJ puts her own mic to her lips.

“Look who’s back?” AJ quips, waiting for the roar of the crowd to subside before continuing. “And look who’s with me?” which draws an even louder roar for the newly crowned Welterweight Champion, who’s apparently throwing her weight and support behind Megan’s opponent tonight, much to the condescension of the starlet.

Weigh-ins particularly confusing, with Megan gesturing rudely at both AJ and Ferguson in the corner, who’s lounging on the bench as she awaits her own fight that evening. AJ Lee maintaining that cheeky grin on her face as she faces off against an equally-muscular and toned Fox, dressed in a white crop-topped muscle-tee with black briefs. The two ladies almost come to blows when AJ plants her fist a little too close to Megan’s cheek for comfort, and the official has to step in before an all-out catfight occurs.

Ladies take their place in the ring, but not before staring each other down in the center. The referee realises he’s gonna have a tough job tonight in keeping both girls off each other. Here we go with our Co-Main event and ten rounds of Flyweight action!

Round 1: Here comes AJ, fresh off her well-deserved win over rival Alexa Bliss. Pundits eager to see if the ex-WWE diva has what it takes to beat a non-wrestler, especially someone like Megan Fox. And the Black Widow doesn’t disappoint in the first round, coming out in the first few seconds with constant hounding of Megan with jabs to her head and body, keeping her hemmed in and denying her any room to escape. Megan eating those stray left hands that AJ surprisingly shows prowess with despite her height disadvantage, sticking her glove into Megan’s cheek on more than one occasion. Mid-way, Megan cursing to herself and mistreatment, finally realises that AJ Lee’s not going to be your typical flyweight brawler. To hell with it then, she thinks to herself. If the girl wants to brawl, let’s f*cking brawl. Megan surprises by blocking AJ’s jab-jab, then wades in with a surprise right hand straight under her guard and into her jaw! Look of shock on AJ’s face as her head snaps back, then another time as another blow connects - Megan pounding those in-house uppercuts that don’t do much damage but are still incredibly disorientating for anyone on the receiving end. Has that desired effect: AJ retreating immediately, throwing her guard back up in watertight and almost reflex action. Megan smiles to herself at teaching her a thing or two about getting in her face, but before Fox can rush in to finish, the bell rings.

Round 2: Now that both ladies have felt each other out, none of that wild, messy brawling action from previous round. Megan exerts her command of the situation by surgically flicking her punches pass AJ’s guard, slamming mitts to her skin over and over again. The WWE starlet panicking and showing her inexperience in this new jungle, can't seem to stop the avalanche of punches that Megan throws her way, battering continually into her guard and more than a few buffering against her lean body. One or two counter blows thrown back at Megan as AJ tries to rally late in the round, but Megan shrugs them off with a smirk, knowing that the round is clearly hers. AJ staggering back to her corner, body and spirit bruised.

Round 3: Crowd is surprised to see none other than Hannah Ferguson skulking in the corner in between rounds - reaction from VIX Head Trainer Steve Boyd himself, who can’t believe that one of his girls is across enemy lines this fight. But there she is, slapping AJ Lee’s face and shoulder, trying to wake her up before the bell rings and begins the third round. Megan Fox of course noticing everything from her own corner, vowing to punish both girls in good time. Ironically, Hannah’s support and presence for AJ Lee may have had opposite effect: Fox is the one enraged at the beginning, coming straight for AJ with powerful straight punches that batter her forearms, then bash in the WWE star’s stomach. AJ Lee trying to stay in the fight here, but she has to deal with Megan’s power PLUS her rage. Hannah banging on canvas in support, shouting “GET OUTTA THERE, AJ!!” And it appears that AJ finally listens in the last minute, abandoning any counter-blows whatsoever and scooting away to stay clear of Megan’s fists. Megan not relenting though, keeps on coming, keeps on swinging, but unable to match the wrestler’s agility and footwork (not surprising though, given AJ’s in-ring experience and know-how in navigating its four corners). AJ finally finds her groove and responds with her long jab, taking advantage of the tiring Megan Fox by snapping punches into her body from afar, eliciting a cry of happiness from Ferguson at the bell whilst AJ herself is too battered and spent to share it.

Round 4: AJ slow to rise from stool, but Megan charges, eager to finish her off. Hannah lets out a scream on AJ’s behalf as the oncoming Megan almost traps her in the corner with a flurry of punches that forces her back where she just came from. AJ lets out a yelp as her back slams back into the turnbuckle after a power cross hits the middle of her arms. Megan takes her time with a lick of her red lips, snapping punches into the face, then right on AJ’s belly button. Panic spreads across AJ’s face as the wrestler covers up best she can, then suddenly remembers her wrestling training. With a lunge forward, it’s Megan’s turn to scream with incredulity and rage as AJ does what she does best: wraps both arms around the back of Megan’s neck and chest, then uses her legs to entwine themselves around Megan’s below, effectively trapping her in a makeshift version of her own signature finishing move: the Black Widow. Megan screams as her neck is twisted forward against the protest of the rest of her body parts, as the little brunette restrains her in place and stretches her in an ungodly manner. AJ now grinning, huffing hot air onto Megan’s cheek, hisses: “How’d you like that, b*tch??” Of course, the referee is the one who expresses his displeasure by soon prying AJ off a sobbing Megan, freeing her from that completely illegal but equally devastating “clinch” move? Who the f*ck knows anymore. But the result is clear: Megan sprawled on the canvas, massaging her neck, still conscious enough to spit venom back at her opponent, who’s prancing around the ring and waving both hands to the booing crowd. Referee checks on Megan multiple times, and the stubborn Fox keeps saying she wishes to continue. Thankfully, the bell rings soon after Megan gets back to both feet, but it looks like the damage is done. Megan checked on by medical staff corner, whilst AJ met by a wide smile on Hannah’s face in her own. Could this have been Ms Ferguson’s plan all along?

Round 5: Megan forces herself off the bench at the bell, her entire body creaking and red from that illegal stretch at the hands of AJ Lee. AJ now back to her little, confident self, bouncing up and down and ready to brawl. Both sides let out a shout as the referee starts the round, and AJ knows what she has to do from the beginning: falls back on her long jab, whittling away at Megan’s resolve by jamming her fist into cheek, then chest, and finally stomach, drawing loud grunts and ouffs from Megan. Megan swinging wildly for the first two minutes, trying to keep herself in the fight but hoping to get lucky with a wild hook, but so far, no dice. AJ Lee like a human dynamo now, seeking blood, ducking under Megan’s hand then drumming her fists into Megan’s midsection once again left-right-left-right. Megan covering up, backing into the ropes. AJ follows her eagerly, but doesn’t realise it’s a trap until too late - Megan stops her retreat all of a sudden, pushes forward and CRASHES her shoulder into AJ’s chest - Lee lets out a yelp as their bodies collide. Megan quick to capitalise: wraps her left arm around neck, securing AJ in place, then lets loose with her right hand as it BANGS away to AJ’s face and chin! AJ didn’t see that coming, arms flailing, lips let out a UGGGGH as Megan continues the abuse, jamming her glove deep into body. “HOW’S THIS FOR A WRESTLING MOVE, B*TCH??” Megan hisses as she shows AJ how brawling’s done. Last blow to AJ’s face smashes her head and body backwards, flung off her feet and slamming into the canvas with a loud crash! Crowd roars to their feet at the sight of Megan standing over AJ’s sprawled and knocked out body. IT’S OVER FOLKS! Referee takes one look and agrees, waves it off!

Official Decision: Megan Fox defeats AJ Lee via KO5!

After: Megan not done, removing her gloves in a jiffy and then straddling AJ’s still-unconscious body, lips spewing vulgarities as she takes one handful of black tresses and uses her other hand to send SLAP after SLAP into the poor brunette’s face. “You should have stuck with wrestling, you little brat!?” Megan gnashes her teeth as she delivers an open palm after open palm, leaving AJ moaning and groaning and powerless to do anything. Megan looks up at the last moment, remembering who her *real* enemy is: catches Hannah Ferguson staring daggers at her from beneath apron. “This is for you, Hannah!” Megan shouts, before CRACKING a final backhand into the side of AJ’s cheek, the blow reverberating through the stadium without the help of the microphone.

Officials have certainly seen enough, rush in to protect AJ Lee from permanent damage. They pry Megan off and usher her back to the locker room. Hannah finally enters the ring to check on AJ with the rest of the medical team. AJ’s mouth open, eyes squeezed shut, her cheeks red and puffy from the abuse. Hannah whispering some words of encouragement into her ear as they take her backstage on a stretcher.

Who knows what’s going on in the VIX locker room, with even the Welterweights and Flys getting into each other’s hair. Regardless, Megan must be pleased with her strong showing tonight. Now, it’s merely up to Hannah to close the night with our main-event of the evening.
