Behati Prinsloo versus Stephanie McMahon
(Written by Girls Friday/Results by Lookout!)
(Girls Friday vs Free Agent)
Intro:
Tonight sees model Behati Prinsloo meet WWE executive Stephanie McMahon on PPV.
The 27 year old Behati is 5'10 1/2 and holds a record of 3 wins, all
by knockout and 1 defeat to the current FCBA welterweight champion
Hannah Ferguson, this is her first time on PPV.
Her opponent is the 40 year old Stephanie, she's 5'9 and her own
record is 7 wins, all by knockout, 7 losses and 1 draw in her career.
The build up to the fight saw both fighters in a bit of a mood for
different reasons.
Behati in her interview with the press said "I'm getting sick of
people claiming I'm not big enough for the weight, I'm in the top 30
fighters in the welterweight division, I honestly don't get it with
these pundits"
Asked about Stephanie McMahon, she answers "I know she's a machine in
that ring and hopefully I can show what I can do against her in that
ring and while my stable mates Michelle and Hilary are kicking ass in
the division, my name will be mentioned with there's soon"
Stephanie is interviewed too, first asked about her massive
"Boxermania" card from last month, looking proud as she states "I got
a lot of praise for that card, see us gals in the wrestling business
can fight, I'm proud of the girls who represent my industry"
But of course she had to be asked about her loss to rival Brooke
Hogan, getting an instant angry response from the "Queen of the WWE"
"Don't mention that bytches' name to me OK?"
The interviewer changes the subject to talk about Behati, Stephanie
replying "who? Sorry but you have me pissed off now! This interview is
over" storming out of the room the interview was taking place, the
interviewer stunned by that reaction.
Fight night, out comes Behati first with Melanie Sykes and Eva
Carneiro by her side, smiling as she stands on top of the entrance
ramp with a relaxed posture, getting used to these big fights now.
She is wearing a dark green sports bra, matching trunks to go with her
gloves and shoes of the same colour, her blonde hair is tied into a
ponytail.
Climbing into the ring, Behati bounces on the spot in the centre of
the ring, waving her right glove to the crowd, before heading to her
corner to get ready.
Out comes Stephanie McMahon to boos, something she is used to as she
scowls at the crowd with her coach standing behind her.
Strutting down to the ring with that deadly look she always seems to
have on her face when heading into battle.
She's wearing all black gear, but on the front of her trunks are a
skull with a crown on top on her left leg, her hair is tied up into a
fighting braid.
Telling her coach to open the ropes up for her, the Queen enters the
ring and heads to the ropes to stand with both arms in the arm,
looking over the fans with a condensing smile as they continue to boo
her.
She doesn't care as she walks back to her corner to warm up, both
girls finish their warm up routines and are asked to the ring centre
by the referee.
Who goes through the instructions with Stephanie standing with her
hands on her hips, that scowl returning as she looks at Behati down
her nose, while Behati just gives her a small grin in reply, not
buying this act one bit it seems.
Asked to touch gloves, Stephanie bangs hers down on top of Behati's,
trying to show her dominance over the younger woman, who shows she
isn't afraid of McMahon by getting right into her face.
The referee struggling to keep these two fighters apart, Stephanie
begging Behati to throw the first punch as coaches have to pull the
fighters back to their corners.
Once order is restored, the referee finally feels comfortable to
signal for the bell to be rung and 10 rounds of welterweight boxing
action to begin.
Round 1:
Both fighters start out slowly, the girls jabbing away at each other
as they circle, testing each other out as they stare hard through
their guard.
Stephanie coming forward on the attack first, throwing several
straight punches towards the head of Behati, who moves back and leans
her head out the way.
Before she comes back with a piercing right straight onto the top of
McMahon's head, stopping Stephanie in her tracks for a moment, giving
her a chance to land a left to the body.
Stephanie parries a follow up jab from Behati, giving her am opening
to step in and land two cross punches to turn her face around.
Staying on Behati, the American Stephanie is keeping her behind her
guard, using her jab to measure up her opponent, then looping her
right around the guard to the body of the Namibian.
Behati though slips around Stephanie's jab to show her speed over her
to land an overhand right to the side of her head, making Stephanie
shut her eyes.
Looking confident, Behati keeps going at Stephanie with looping cross
punches that drive her opponent back to the ropes.
Stephanie clinching up to stop getting her head turned around by her
taller opponent, the referee gives the girls a chance to separate but
when they don't, he gets between them to shove them back.
Back go the fighters, with Stephanie ducking a right cross to step in
a dig several punches to the body, slipping a right across the jugs of
Behati, who is grimacing as JMDD style fights are not her thing.
Not long left in the round, Stephanie trying to press Behati onto the
ropes, leading to both girls going head to head working each others
bodies over.
The bell rings to stop the girls with the girls shoving each other
back, glaring at each other before they head back to their corners.
Stephanie looking content as she sits on her stool, her coach cleaning
her up as Behati smirks on her stool, trying to get into the head of
Stephanie as Melanie has told her she's all about confidence, good
against those afraid of her, bad when someone stands up to her, Steph
certainly doesn't seem to have the swagger she had at the start of the
fight.
Round 2:
Both girls come looking for each other from the bell, Behati starting
off the better with her range and hand speed, spiking Stephanie on top
of her head, while Stephanie can only land glancing blows.
Dancing around Stephanie, Behati catching her with a right hook that
turns her around and starts to press McMahon back once more.
Stephanie parries a left and ducks under a right before coming back at
Behati, landing several punches to the body as she puts her head under
Prinsloo's chin to shove her back.
Onto the ropes go Behati with Stephanie trying to rip away at her
body, till the model shoves her away to get off the ropes.
Moving away from the ropes, Stephanie tries to plug a gap between the
fighters, the girls start trading in tight, head to head go the girls
as they try to force each other backwards.
Clashing body to body, the girls clinching up and start grappling till
the referee rushes in to pull the fighters off each other.
Separated, it's not long till the girls fall back into a brawling
mindset, Stephanie looking strong at first, backing Behati up with
lefts and rights to the sides of her body, causing her to groan.
But Behati steps back and unloads a hard right hook that catches
Stephanie flush, making her stumble, the first sign of weakness from
McMahon.
Behati building on that attack, lands two straight like punches to
knock her opponents head back, the bell rings before she can do much
more damage.
Relief for Stephanie's corner team as their fighter bumps her shoulder
into Behati on her way back to her corner to try to show confidence.
Behati scowls at Stephanie, before jogging back to her own corner,
nodding to Melanie, who again tells her that she's doing well and that
she can see fear in Stephanie's eyes.
Round 3:
The girls meet near the ring centre, snapping their punches at each
others heads, missing at first till Stephanie gets caught by a left
hook to her jugs in revenge for her own attack earlier.
That seems to anger Stephanie into attack, lunging forwards with a
right hook and missing as Behati leans back and comes back with a left
hook of her own.
Stephanie is rocked, she stumbles a few steps and Behati follows
quickly with a right hook that catches her on the temple, putting
Stephanie down on her back!
The referee is counting her out and Stephanie tries to turn back she's
too dazed, she doesn't have the energy to get up and she is counted
out.
Winner: Behati Prinsloo KO Round 3
After:
A stunning win for Behati, the crowd are shocked by how easily she
defeated Stephanie as the WWE executive simply lays on her back
staring at the ceiling.
Behati jumping for joy as she runs over to hug Melanie, who had
climbed into the ring and tells her "see, I told you that she'd wilt
if you kept at her" the victor nodding as she smiles warmly.
Meanwhile Stephanie has to be helped up by her coach to her stool,
given several moments to try and recover from that knockdown.
Both fighters are brought to the ring centre after their gloves are
taken off and Stephanie is fit enough to make it up.
Behati getting her hand raised to a loud cheer, some of that probably
due to who she beat, Stephanie shedding a tear at having been beaten
so easily.
Questions will be asked on this performance if she really is still a
contender for titles now, she is 40 and after a loss to Brooke Hogan
as well, time seems to be passing her by.
Behati on the other hand is bubbling over with joy, watching Stephanie
leave the ring with some help from her coach, she raises her arms into
the air to another cheer.
Soon she leaves the ring and heads to the back to me with the press,
telling them "I hope that result helped my cause somewhat" winking as
she says it.
"I can't wait till I hear the excuses off my detractors, I am getting
experience with each fight and hopefully my next fight will be as fun
as this was for me" she adds to her speech.
Asked about her future with Michelle Ryan and Hilary Rhoda ahead of
her by some distance in the stable pecking order, she replies "look
everyone is given a chance to prove themselves, I've been the slowest
in terms of growth and I know that"
She continues by saying "but I plan on keep winning and we'll see
where I end up in the rankings, though I will be cheering for my girl
Hilary tonight, bring the title home babe!" Smiling widely as she
heads to her stable locker room, going to help Hilary warm up as
Melanie works with Michelle Ryan with her super fight against Gemma
Atkinson.
