Intro:
The second semi final in the New Blood lightweight tournament sees two models lace up their gloves for the first time against each other as Poland's Sandra Kubicka fights Courtney Tailor.
Sandra has modelled for Bonprix, Victoria secret and has been in music videos for several singers.
While Courtney has acted in films like Boyhood and Everybody wants some, she is also a bikini model.
When the balls were drawn out for these two to fight, there was an air of jealousy between these two girls, nose to nose they went and if not for special guest referee Heather Graham getting between them, journalists who were there said they expected fireworks.

At the press conference for the event, the girls met up and again quickly went nose to nose, things looking calm till they started bumping body to body and organisers had to pull the girls away as they looked ready to go for each other.
At their tables, after the girls calm down somewhat, Sandra is asked to speak first, nodding to the organisers before turning around to speak to the press.
"First I have to say thank you to the other Polish girls like Joanna Krupa, whose gave me there well wishes, I will give my all to make you guys proud" says Sandra as she pats her chest over her heart to show her love for her friends.
Before she changes the subject to her opponent "But I don't love you Courtney! You try to look down your nose at me, you won't be doing that when I knock you out"
Sandra sits down and up gets an angry Courtney, who replies "I'm not looking down my nose at you! Now you mention knockouts; after I put you down for the count I don't want any excuses from you!"
She adds "I am the fittest in the tournament and while I know you have the more boxing experience between us, I am going to show I'm the toughest fighter in this tournament"
The girls are led to face off, a few insults are exchanged as the girls bump heads and this time security gets involved as the girls grab each other by the others arms.
Pulled apart, their eyes are burning holes through the rival set as they are led off the stage, mouthing "bytch" at each other.

Fight night in the Boardwalk Hall, Heather Graham is of course still in the ring after the first fight tonight.
The first fighter out is Sandra with her coach by her side, she is wearing a maroon one piece swimsuit with matching gloves and shoes.
Heading towards the ring, she looks focused on the task at hand as she marches her way down to the ring.
Climbing into the ring, she walks over to the other side of the ring and points out at her friends Joanna Krupa, Monika Pietrasinska, Monika Jagaciak, Doda and Izabella Miko in the front row, who all stand and chant her name.
Then she heads to her corner as out comes her opponent, Courtney is looking directly at the ring, scowling at Sandra.
Strutting down to the ring, she is wearing a navy blue one piece swimsuit with matching gloves and shoes with her blonde hair tied into a braid.

Climbing into the ring, both girls rush to get into each others faces, both snarling as Hannah has to quickly get between the girls to pry them apart.
She warns both that she won't put up with any crap from them, both fighters still have their eyes locked as the anger between them is growing.
Asked to touch gloves, the girls quickly swipe their gloves before they jog back to their corners, both wanting to get on with this quickly.
Heather looks happy to start the fight as she signals for the bell to be rung to begin 10 rounds of lightweight action.

Round 1:
Off go the girls, both fighters starting quickly as they circle each other with probing punches, their guards keeping them protected.
Courtney tries to get more aggressive, almost lunging with her straight punch, but misses and takes a left and right to her cheeks.
It's becoming clear the differences in style, Courtney is looking for the one punch knockout early it seems, while Sandra is boxing around her with quick movements.
Sandra looking relaxed as Courtney misses with a right haymaker and take a double jab in reply, the Polish fighter adds a right cross to force her American foe back.
As Courtney realises that she needs to pick her time to attack, both fighters back to trade single punches.
Kubicka digging her left over the top of Courtney's guard, but misses a right cross and now it's Tailor who counters her with a straight through the guard.
Now she's got in close, both girls plant their feet and trade, Courtney looking better now as she lands a right hook that knocks Sandra back a step.
Courtney ending the round stronger then she started it, landing a jab before adding a right to the ribs of her opponent.
Though Sandra attempts to get back at her with a right that just about misses over the top and the bell rings before her blonde rival gets a chance to strike.
Both girls snarling as they scowl at each other, nothing friendly about these two, just pure anger at the other being in their presence, they head to their corners soon enough.

Round 2:
This time as the fighters come together to exchange, Courtney seems to have learned quickly what she needs to do.
Bringing Sandra forwards onto the front foot, she's luring her in and then like an alligator snapping it's jaws she's on the attack.
Both fighters trading hard punches to cheeks, heads being knocked around but the power is in Courtney's hands and she's backing up her opponent.
Who starts to cover up, Courtney though switches her target, working the body of Sandra, she is forcing groans from her rival.
Sandra does land a straight punch to slow the offence, but gets caught with a left hook as she tries to step in herself to attack.
The blonde Tailor is right in her face, pressuring her onto the ropes, where both girls slam their punches up top, a small cut forms on the left eyebrow of Kubicka.
Sandra pulls Courtney into a clinch, trying to give herself time to think as the crowd is turning to take the side of Courtney's, though Sandra's friends are cheering her on to fight back.
After being separated, that is exactly what she does, Courtney not able to lure her in now as she knows that trick, instead Sandra is back up on her toes.
Seconds left in the round, Courtney misses a left jab and gets hit with a right cross on her cheek, her head turning and the Polish fighter is knocking her back a few steps.
The bell rings to end the round with both girls getting into each others faces, telling each other to back off as the referee Heather tries to shove them apart.
Coaches quickly aid her efforts by dragging the girls back to their corners, Heather telling both to keep this professional as the corner crews also tell them to calm down.
Of course Sandra's corner begin to work on her cut above her eyebrow, it doesn't look too bad, she is warned to not let it get bad.

Round 3:
Sandra more wise it seems with her attacks, not letting herself get drawn in by a more subdued Courtney, instead keeping with technique, measuring her opponent up with the left jab.
Courtney getting annoyed, lunging in to try to get at Kubicka as the Pole is moving quickly around her, she misses with a right and gets clipped with an uppercut.
The American covers up and Sandra comes forward, moving to the body; she lands a left into the ribs and a right to the abs of Tailor.
Courtney landing a straight punch to the nose, misses with a follow up left hook and gets caught with a right cross to turn her face.
Once more Sandra comes on the front foot with two more body punches and follows with a right to the lips of her rival.
Courtney being pressed back towards the ropes, Sandra looking to end this as she lands a right cross to force Tailor on the ropes.
But as Sandra goes for a right haymaker of her own to end this, Courtney just about gets out the way by ducking under it.
Then she comes back up with an overhand right that stuns Sandra, Courtney starting to power her way off the ropes.
Knocking the head of Sandra around, the bell rings to end the round with Sandra looking annoyed at herself, she was doing so well, but end the round badly and she knows it.
Courtney doesn't look particularly happy herself, both fighters know that they need to enforce their will in the next round or possibly let the fight get away from them.

Round 4:
Both fighters meet near the ring centre with jabs and straights, Sandra slipping under a right punch to land two to the right side of Courtney's body.
Courtney backs up a few steps and as Sandra comes forwards, she lands a straight punch as both girls seem to be cancelling each other out.
Both fighters are going to let their hands go, standing and trading as the crowd cheers the fighters on, neither backing down.
Courtney lands a right to that cut on Sandra's face, making the Polish model wince and is left open as her American rival starts to knock her back with shots straight into her face.
Sandra's head is being knocked back and her guard isn't protecting her as she looks in real trouble.
A right hook puts Sandra down to her side, Courtney raising her hands up to the ceiling as she thinks she's ended this fight.
But as the referee begins his count, Sandra is stirring, her friends are up and imploring her to get up and fight, Kubicka pushing herself up to her knees and showing blood is running down the left side of her face from that cut.
Pushing herself up at 9, she looks a little shaky but promises the referee that she can fight, Heather nods and waves both girls to get back at each other.
Courtney gets back on the attack with Sandra covering up, though it isn't doing much good as she gets backed towards a corner.
The blonde looking to end this now, but Sandra manages to clinch up, Courtney can be seen whispering something into the ear of her opponent.
Heather pulls the girls apart, both fighters trade stiff punches till the bell rings not long after, Courtney's face is marked up but Sandra's face looks a mess with blood trickling down her left side of her face.
Back in their corners, Sandra's face getting cleaned up, before her coach begins to work on stopping the cut bleeding.
Courtney sits with hunger in her eyes, she looks totally focused on one thing, her coach not saying much, just focusing on his job by cleaning her up and patching her up as her cheeks are swollen up.

Round 5:
Sandra looks to come out fast and hard, but she misses with her desperate punches in the early part of the round.
Courtney looking for her moment and finds it as a right hook sails over her head, coming back with an overhand right, she cracks Sandra her temple causing her to go down!
Heather beginning to count with Sandra's eyes open but on closer inspection no body is home it seems, Heather finishing her count soon enough as Sandra is stuck rooted to her back.

Winner: Courtney Tailor KO Round 5

After:
Courtney jogging over to the ropes, climbing onto the bottom rope so she can lean slightly over the top and shout "I'm going to win this for you guys!" With a big smile on her face.
Meanwhile Sandra has to be helped by both referee Heather and Sandra's coach as she's still basically out if it.
All of Sandra's friends looking deeply worried for her, some shouting their feelings at Courtney in unflattering terms that I'm sure the winner will remember as she stares outside the ring at them.
Sandra is helped from the ring, Doda and the rest of the Polish girls who've come to support her, climb over the barrier and go to help their friend.
Courtney coming over to the ropes nearest them to watch her beaten rival being helped out, almost gets into it with Doda and Monika Pietrasinska.
Both girls have had a rocky relationship this past year, but seem to unite in shouting abuse at Courtney, who is shouting back with equal vigour.
Security has to hold back both sets of girls, not wanting a major incident here, Joanne Krupa coming back to get Doda and Monika.
But judging by the stares between Courtney and Joanna, there is certainly no love lost there, especially as Courtney tosses her gloves off, looking ready to fight even as she is slightly bloody and definitely sore.
The Polish girls retreating to be with Sandra, while Courtney steps to the ring centre and raises her fists to the crowd.

The interviewer now rushes in to do his job, Courtney certainly wants to make her feelings known, tells the crowd "thank you so much for supporting me!"
Before she changes the subject "Sandra knows now that I am true to my word, I knocked her ass out and if her friends want to fight then bring it, I'm not afraid to take on anyone in the world!"
She finishes by saying "Taylor Momsen is next up, I bet she's regretting winning that first fight, well I guess she can tell me to my face"
Taylor indeed climbing into the ring for the face off, both beautiful blondes straight into each others faces.
Getting headed as they exchange insults and Heather shoves the girls apart before one or both decides to let loose with a slap or a punch.
Nodding to each other as security drags them out the ring, it looks like the New Blood final is going to be one hell of a hard fought affair on PPV.
