Tamara Ecclestone vs Sarah Harding

BEFORE: Tamara Ecclestone was looking to slam dunk Alesha Dixon on the singer's BBU return earlier this year but even such an influential (aka wealthy) girl had to take a back seat when the Hall Of Famer Jessica Schwarz arrived to the post and resumed the federation's biggest rivalry of them all. Therefore Kate Garraway and the Lioness Club offered the socialite bunny another BBU PPV opportunity and send the ever dangerous Sarah Harding her way instead which proved to be anything but a casual back-up choice as both women came to blows during the weigh-ins.

Tamara's social status determines her bitchy attitude but Sarah is proud of her feisty demeanour like no other singer around the UK and rejects rumours about her career heading towards journeywoman status: "I've still got what it takes to dominate 90% of the girls around here and Tamara is just another wealthy slut who thinks she owns this place! Well, I'm gonna knock her teeth out tonight, she deserves nothing better!"

Tamara Ecclestone wears a golden bikini set and red gloves. Long dark brown hair in loose waves. Sarah Harding wears a red & blue vertically striped bikini set and white gloves. Long blonde hair straight. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the lightweight division.

Round 1:
Sarah has a reputation of a big puncher but Tamara has shown similar glimpses of core strenght in her short boxing career to date so the high-tempo opener should surprise no one... both girls are pushing with the head hunting assault and Tamara gets the early jump on the singer as she smacks a left/right combo on the lips and digs a left hook on the navel for a good measure. Sarah wobbles forward and gets thrown off her comfort zone quickly but bravely tries to nail the brunette with an overhand cross only to meet a scything left hand on the cheek that reels her back. Ecclestone powers ahead with more jabs aimed at the jugs and Sarah's guard collapses much faster than anyone anticipated which sends the blonde into defensive circles for remainder of the round that must be awarded to the sociallite now.

Round 2:
Tamara looks to build on that opening round and she's confident she can outwork the singer in close range but Sarah prefers to hang back until she gets smacked with another piercing hook on the eye and drops to her heels... apparently Tamara's power supply can impress the BBU veteran and while Harding's response is too inaccurate to make the difference, Ecclestone drives forward with a body assault that catches the singer off guard again. Ugh! Sarah needs to clinch the sociallite in order to catch her breath but Tamara wrestles her to the ropes anyway and dominates the final minute with another powerful jabbing series on the ribcage. Loud slaps are heard all over St. James Park and Sarah can't stop aching her guts out come the bell.

Round 3:
It looks like Sarah doesn't have the speed and agility neccessary to trouble the hard-charging brunette.. she gets beaten for another overhand hook and now Tamara's really glued to the blonde's face snapping her backwards with every half-second! Sarah begins to groan in pain but just can't fend off the heat while throwing wayward strikes over the top... Ecclestone leans on the front (left) leg and smashes a right hook on the eye that drops the singer's guard for good before another one from the left finds the temple AND DROPS HARDING ON HER KNEES!!! The socialite power assault is doing mighty fine indeed! Sarah takes the count to eight while down on all fours... she gets up and shouts abuse at the brunette but Tamara only laughs it off and begins to wreck havoc in Harding's face again!!! It's almost like the former Girls Aloud member has taken too much pounding in her career already but she gets shut down in the corner and yelps in more pain as Tamara chops her to the body and leaves breathless at the bell.

Round 4:
There's really no stopping Ecclestone here as she takes full advantage of Harding's woeful movements and tracks her with another jabbing assault that soon lifts the blonde's boobs in a sudden JMD-like attack. Sarah wilts under pressure and applies a clinch but Tamara blasts her across the liver area to gain separation before landing a brutal uppercut on the jaw that sends the blonde spinning into the ropes. Another hook traps the older woman sagging on the turnbuckle and Tamara volleys a left/right combo to shut her eyes down... my oh my.. Sarah takes a right old beating here as she wraps her arms around the ropes just to stay upright but allows Tamara to blast her across the nose and mouth AND THE LEGS SIMPLY GIVE WAY HERE... Harding slides down on her backside and slumps forward looking utterly wrecked!!! The ref thinks about it but then eventually makes the only correct decision here... he waves it off and the socialite's hysteric laugh is heard all over the stadium next!!! Brutal KO4 Tamara Ecclestone!!!

AFTER: One must admire Tamara's punching power which spells bad news for Alesha Dixon if the socialite's hit list turns into reality. Sarah Harding is a wiley veteran and a dangerous floater but she's been utterly dominated in the ring tonight and Denise van Outen wonders if that's simply one bridge too far in the singer's otherwise solid gatekeeping career. Sarah hoped to carry Cheryl Cole's flyweight belt at the conclusion of the Main Event but for now she needs immediate medical treatment. Tamara couldn't care less about her ("Get trash useless bimbo trash out of my sight") and tries to locate Andrea McLean in the stands already: "The Beevers owe me a shot at Dixon!!! Unless I have to personally remove that German dinosaur out of my way? I can buy this stadium twice over and they tell me I have to wait in line? Like really? Do they know who I am?"
