BEFORE:

"It's been a while," says Bridget with a smile. "But, I can still fight, as she's about to find out."

"She's obviously got a lot more experience than I do," says Antje with a nod. "That's a problem most younger fighters have a lot in this division. And, it's a problem I've learned to solve."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Back at ringside, and that's 'Can't Fight The Moonlight' by LeAnn Rimes you hear pounding through the arena, but, that's not LeAnn Rimes coming to ringside, it's the lovely Bridget Moynahan of CBS' 'Blue Bloods'..."

McCarthy: "I have no IDEA why she'd use a LeAnn Rimes song. I've seen Rimes in the ring, and she couldn't fight her way out of a wet paper bag!"

Tess: "Well, if you read the PREP material, you'd know that this song came from the soundtrack of 'Coyote Ugly', the movie in which Bridget made her feature film debut..."

McCarthy: "Again, I refuse to read Weirdo's PROPAGANDA!"

O'Dell (sighing): "Bridget into the ring and helped off with the robe, and she's looking plenty good in that magenta bikini. Not many 46-year-olds have a body like THAT..."

Cassie: "Not many 25-year-olds have a body like that..."

McCarthy: "Nothin' but a number."

O'Dell: "And, that's 'Heads Will Roll' by Yeah Yeah Yeahs, and here comes 'The Scandinavian Stunner', Antje Utgaard!"

McCarthy: "I'm kind of surprised this girl made the cut when Weirdo was tossing fighters to the curb. I mean, she's nothing special. Not a good fighter, not that attractive..."

Tess: "Mac, put on your bifocals."

McCarthy: "BI...I do NOT wear BIFOCALS! And, SHUT UP, WALMARTTTTTTTTT!"

O'Dell: "Drink up, boys, and try to stay conscious as Antje climbs into the ring to be helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve. She's wearing that Stars and Stripes bikini she likes, and the CROWD thinks she's pretty special. Ladies about ready to go. Time for some picks. Tess favors Antje. Mac?"

McCarthy: "Nothin' but a number. Bridget."

O'Dell: "Cassie?"

Cassie: "I agree with Tess!"

O'Dell: "Split panel. Let's see who's right. Both fighters going to the jab immediately, and that's no surprise, as both are tall and rangy. Utgaard has shown she likes to work at gun-platform range, and Bridget more than capable of doing that and doing it well. And, right now, she's doing it VERY well, as she's landing in combination early."

McCarthy: "This is why experience is important. Moynahan's immediately figured out the geometry here."

O'Dell: "Definitely has, and she's using it to her advantage. She's thrown Utgaard onto the defensive and is preempting her with a steady flow of combinations. Antje covering up, firing back in counter, but can't get any offense going here, because the older woman's getting a lot of leather on target."

Cassie: "Good way to deal with a girl like Utgaard, who has so much power, is to keep her on her back foot, and that's clearly the plan right now."

O'Dell: "Team Bridget clearly happy with what they're seeing, and you can hear it in the shouts from the corner. Moynahan very, very accurate early, and that's a key. She's not missing and giving Antje openings to counter. Ten seconds left in the first. Another solid flurry for Bridget and there's the bell. Moynahan wide."

Tess: "And, that's a pretty good start for a girl everyone had to figure would have plenty of rust to knock off."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Right back to long range to start the second, and Bridgy Mo making with that jab, picking off Utgaard with it, then following on with right hands and putting punches together. Antje now stepping to, cutting down the angle, throwing some heavy leather. Bridget responds by giving some ground, turning with..."

McCarthy: "Another point for experience."

O'Dell: "Antje continues coming forward, getting that heavy, piston jab working and ROCKING BRIDGET WITH A RIGHT HAND! Utgaard's first really good punch of the fight, and Moynahan is HURT! Bridget covers up and goes right to the ropes, gets the guard up and prepares for a siege..."

Tess: "And, a siege is what she's getting, because Antje is firing some big guns at her right now."

O'Dell: "Utgaard sitting down on every punch, buffeting the older woman with hard shot. Bridget trying to roll with, pick off as much as she can. Body's undefended, but Utgaard doesn't care. She's trying to finish this thing right now, and she's going to head hunt to do it. Going to run out of time, though, as there are only five seconds left. HARD right from Antje and there's the bell. Utgaard wide in the second."

Cassie: "And, we're even at 19."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Third begins with Utgaard very aggressive. She's coming forward behind the jab, looking to back Bridget up, overpower her. Moynahan hanging in there, holding canvas, firing right back. Looks like she may not be able to trust the legs at the moment, so this might be the only avenue of resistance open to her..."

Cassie: "And, it's not the one she wants, because there are, maybe a dozen girls in the FCBA that can stand toe to toe with Antje..."

O'Dell: "Bridget landing a solid right hand and Antje responds with a big combination! Bridget backed up, forced to cover up. Utgaard letting the hands go, landing some solid shot here, though Moynahan is picking off some of it and slipping other punches. Good right hand counter, Bridgy Mo and DOWN SHE GOES!"

Tess: "What a right hand! Cassie can start singing any time now..."

McCarthy: "NO SINGING!"

O'Dell: "A booming right and Bridget just poleaxed, crashes to her right side and rag dolls to her back. Antje to a neutral corner. Count at three. Four. Five. Six. Bridget not moving at all, ladies. Seven. Eight. Nine. TEN! It's OVER! And, your winner by KO3 is 'The Scandinavian Stunner', Antje Utgaard!"

Cassie: "Wow. Just. Wow."

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I have our winner, Antje Utgaard, and, Antje, it looked like you had some problems early..."

Antje (nodding): "She's slick. Had a good fight plan. Tried to angle me to death, and it worked for awhile. But, like I said pre-fight, lots of younger welters have to deal with experience problems, but, those are problems I know how to solve."

Tess: "And, in this case, just by bringing your power to bear."

Antje: "Well. Kesha has 'The Hammer Of Thor', and I don't want to infringe, but, you know, I AM Norse, and I've got a pretty good hammer of my own."
