BEFORE:
De facto eliminator for a title shot matches former bantamweight champion Munn with Robbie, who failed in her lone chance to grab the belts back in 2015. Adding intrigue is the fact that this pair met back in 2016 and Margot came away with a victory via eighth-round KO. But, if that concerns Livvy Munn, well, she's not letting on. "I was better than her that night," says the brunette beauty. "And, she knows it. Yes, she got lucky. But, her luck's about to run out."

"Lucky?" asks Margot with a gorgeous smile. "No, I was just BETTER. I was better THEN and I'm better NOW, as she's going to find out."

ROUND ONE:
Recon the order of the day in the first. Robbie wants to work at range, box, move, and the usually-aggressive Munn is OK with that...at least for now. Livvy's got a slight reach advantage, and she uses that to get the early edge, getting her left jab on and then following with solid rights. Blonde solves that geometry problem in the second minute, though, and begins to make up the stagger. As the round goes on, Margot begins getting the better of things, landing harder, more-accurate fire. It's not a big advantage, mind, as Olivia continues to score points as well, but, it's enough that the stagger closes completely and the blonde then begins to edge in front. Late going sees both fighters looking to steal the points and the result is several sharp exchanges just before the bell. When it rings, it's close, but it's Robbie with the 10-9 lead.

ROUND TWO:
THERE'S Olivia Munn. No more of this tactical stuff. No, the brunette is AFTER the blonde. She's working forward behind the left jab, then dropping in hard right hands. Robbie wants to turn with, stay off square, but, it's not happening. Former champ is playing the angles perfectly, lining up the younger woman, and getting hard leather on target. Margot firing back, not going to allow the brunette to impose will, but, these are Munn's terms, and Robbie isn't going to get the better of things on them. Instead, the younger woman begins to get backed up and touched up. She bangs back grimly, tries to hold canvas for all she's worth, but there's too much Munn, and, in the final 30 seconds, Olivia's teeing off. Margot's not hurt, but she's tossed to the defensive where she stays right to the bell. Evil smile on the brunette's face as she bounces back to the corner. She's claimed the round and evened the fight at 19. But, it's clear she's done a lot more than that.

ROUND THREE:
Munnster continues the assault. Aggression proving to be a real problem for Margot, who can't seem to get untracked. Instead, Olivia's in charge, backing her up, touching her up, throwing her onto the defensive repeatedly. Beautiful blonde flummoxed and flustered. Can't get anything going, because all she's doing is taking fire from seemingly everywhere if she's not being bodied and shoved around. This is the kind of fight the brunette loves. Physical, aggressive, not quite brawling, but certainly not boxing. And, she's making a ton of hay on these terms. By the end of the round, Margot's pinned to the ropes. She's not hurt, but she's not able to do anything but defend and counter in a spot or two. For the final thirty seconds, Munn just dials in and fires heavy leather. When the bell rings, a relieved Margot's lost it wide and now trails 29-28.

ROUND FOUR:
More Munn aggression. Livvy determined to take the fight to the blonde. Again, Margot in retreat. BOOM! Right hand counter from Robbie and Olivia is HURT! Blonde times it perfectly, switches the weight, gets the right through a keyhole, and snaps back Munn's head with it. Brunette's legs do a shimmy, and now the blonde is all in. Margot letting the hands go, battering Olivia back into the ropes and paying her back for all the physicality of the last two rounds. Munn in a high guard, soaking up punishment, doing just enough to keep the ref at bay. Robbie going body here and there, but only to keep Livvy honest. She's concentrating upstairs, looking to finish. Munn taking a licking, but continuing to tick. Final 30 seconds sees Robbie up the pressure even more, winging away with both hands trying to end it, but, Olivia's still standing at the bell. Shutout, Margot, though, and we're even at 38 after four.

ROUND FIVE:
Margot applying pressure. She's coming forward behind the left jab, sitting down on the follow on rights. Munn doesn't have the legs to hold canvas or stay off square. She's getting backed up and taking too much hard shot despite keeping the gloves high and moving the head. What happens next seems inevitable. A right hand from Margot and Olivia's staggered! Robbie lets the hands go and DOWN GOES MUNN! A right hook is the finale of the flurry, but it's the accumulated damage that overcomes Livvy's sturdy legs and drops her to her back. Margot quickly to a neutral corner to watch and wait. Munn staring up at the referee. Rolls to her belly at six. Pushes to hands and knees at seven. But. Can get no further! Olivia is still on all fours when the count passes her by. It's OVER! And your winner by KO5 is Margot Robbie!

AFTER
Robbie deadly serious in the post. Doesn't want to talk about Munn. Already looking forward to February. "This girl is old news. I beat her before and I knew I'd beat her again. Bennet's the girl I want. I want those belts. And, this time next month, they'll be around my waist!"
