(Girls Friday vs Free Agent)

Intro:
Two of the top welterweights in the FCBA do battle, Hilary Rhoda and
Paula Patton both want to be the best in the division, a win will go a
long way to getting a title shot.
The 30 year old Hilary holds a record of 9 wins, all by knockout and 1
loss, she's beaten the likes of Mandy Moore and Katrina Law.
While the 41 year old Paula holds a record of 13 wins, 12 by knockout
and 15 defeats, she's beaten the likes of Gena Lee Nolin and Ali
Landry.

The common link between these two that got this fight to happen, Moon
Bloodgood; both beat her in the past month and that seemed to foster a
flame of rivalry between the two, both claiming to be the superior
fighter.

The build up saw both girls claim to be better in every way, even who
looks better in a bikini came up as the FCBA organisers not daft
enough to look a gift horse in the mouth, arranged a bikini photoshoot
for both in the build up.
Both even posed together to show they could coexist, though stories
coming out from said photoshoot was after the photos were taken, snide
comments were passed between the two and they even went nose to nose
for a moment, though nothing came of it.
Hilary commented in the build up "I've give Paula, she does make a
cute model in a bikini" winking to the journalists who are writing
down her statement.
She continues "in that ring though, I'm going to remind people why I
am one of the best in this division"
Finishing with "I want Kloss, Righetti and especially Upton now, as I
feel I've finally grown as fighter in this division"
Paula also had her say, jokingly replying to the first comment by
Hilary by saying "that's nice of her to say I'd make a cute bikini
model, I wouldn't want to steal jobs off her though would I" as she
laughs.
Changing the subject to something more serious "this is my chance to
show you all that I'm not going to be stopped by these young models,
I've started late you could say, but I'm in perfect shape to get to
that title"
Finishing on "if Hilary thinks I'm going to be a punch bag in their
for her, she has another thing coming, namely my knockout right"

Fight night, Hilary is out first with GF head coach Taryn Terrell and
cut woman Eva Carneiro by her side, bouncing from one foot to the
other on the stage, she looks confident as she begins her walk to the
ring.
Tonight she's wearing a white one piece swimsuit that hugs her
impressive figure and completes the look with matching gloves as she
seems to have taken a page out of her stablemate Kendall Jenner's
book.
She climbs into the ring to a loud cheer, showing her love to the fans
by blowing kisses to the crowd, before jogging to her corner and
warming up with Taryn acting like a drill instructor.
Out comes Paula now with her own corner crew, looking her cheerful
self as she smiles to the crowd, not paying much attention to the ring
yet as she beckons the fans to cheer as loud as they can before she
starts her own walk to the ring.
She's wearing her favourite black swimsuit and orange gloves combo,
the swimsuit showing off her stunning physique through years of
training.
Entering the ring, she smiles as she stares over at Hilary, before
heading to go her corner and running through her preparation.
The referee ushers the girls together, the crowd getting to see in
person the height difference between the two as Hilary has a 4 inch
height advantage at 5'11 over Paula.

As the referee goes through his instructions, the fighters stare hard
at each other, knowing for all their trash talking, this will be a
hard fight whoever wins.
Asked to touch gloves, there's a moment where they look hard at each
other without blinking, trying to get into each others heads, before
they do thud their gloves together.
Then both fighters jog to their corners, the referee signals for the
bell to start 10 rounds of welterweight action.

Round 1
Out come the fighters with Hilary straight away using her height to
her advantage, sniping away at the guard of Paula with her jab.
The smaller fighter moving her head to try and slip past the punches,
but Hilary looks the quicker as she dances around Patton.
Paula parries a jab and finally gets to the inside to give Hilary a
taste of her power with two hard body shots and just misses with a
follow up right cross up top.
Instead she takes a straight punch to the top of her head and a left
cross to ward her back, Hilary moving back into a comfortable range
for herself soon enough as she knocks her opponent back.
Paula gritting her gumshield already as she lands a best glancing
shots and is eating some hard clean punches to her nose or the top of
her head.
A right hook from Hilary to the side of her body hurts her but gives
her a chance to step forwards to dig two straight shots to the face of
her larger opponent.
Hilary though again catches her with a right cross this time, backing
Paula up to the ropes as the rope is coming to a close and Patton is
forced to cover up, she can't break out of her guard to strike back at
the moment.
The bell rings to end a dominant round for Rhoda, who jogs back to her
corner with a frustrated Patton just able to stare at her and curse
her under her breath.
Paula's coach keeping her calm on her stool as he washes her face and
goes through tactics to fight back against Hilary's reach advantage.
Round 2:
Paula seems to have tighten her guard more, knowing she's going to
take a few punches coming in, so she tries to close the gap quickly as
Hilary dances around her.
The model doesn't seem worried yet, jabbing away trying to break the
guard as she bounces on her toes and fights off the back foot.
Paula manages to slip inside to land two more looping body shots, but
is pushed away and caught with a left cross to pay her back.
Again Paula is struggling to make an impact as Hilary is schooling her
around the ring with her long range strikes keeping the distance
between them safe for the lanky Sports Illustrated girl, while the
stunning actress can't get to the inside.
A double jab pierces Paula's guard to her nose and Hilary steps in to
land a right hook to her ribs and is out again before Paula can step
in to the gap.
"F***" whispers Paula to herself as she is getting pissed at her lack
of success, she's getting more lax with her guard as she is mistiming
her forward movements and Hilary is making her pay for it.
Late in the round, finally Paula times her charge perfectly, ducking
under a straight and coming back up with an overhand right that snaps
Hilary's head to the side.
Paula keeping in tight as she unloads some of her frustration on
Hilary's body, too bad it's in the dying seconds as the bell rings to
stop her.
But at least as she heads to her corner, she knows she can get to the
inside and hurt Hilary if given the chance too.
Hilary meanwhile looks at Paula with a hard stare, clearly not happy
for Paula to get any success tonight, she wants to completely destroy
her and prove she's the top dog in this fight.
Round 3:
Maybe she wasn't properly warmed up, Paula now seems to be as she's
much more aggressive and it's Hilary who looks caught cold.
The younger fighter catches Paula with a double jab to start the
round, but misses with a right hand and Paula slips underneath to
throw four unanswered punches to the models breadbasket.
Hilary is being pressed back to the ropes as Paula sticks in tight to
her and for the first time in the fight, Rhoda looks in real danger
after starting off so brightly.
She's grunting loudly as each shot lands and begins reddening her
body, Hilary able to nudge Paula back with her left hand and manages
to land a right cross to stop Patton.
Hilary misses with a left cross though and Paula is back to the inside
with thudding shots off the cheeks of Rhoda, putting her onto her
heels as the crowd cheers the turnaround as they don't want to see a
one sided fight.
Clinching up with Paula, Hilary is seen to be leaning her weight on
the smaller fighter, a trick Taryn has most likely taught her to tire
out a smaller opponent.
The referee separates the girls and Paula lands a right to the ribs of
Hilary but ends up taking an upper that snaps her head back and allows
Hilary to create space between them as she shakes off being stunned.
A looping left hand just skims the top of Paula's head as she ducks
and pounds her right to the abs of Hilary to force more air from her
body.
As the round is coming to an end, Hilary manages to stand her ground
and force Paula back with two straight punches that catch her on her
head once more.
Paula shaking her head as the bell rings, not enjoying being clipped
up top as Hilary looks down at the red marks forming on her body from
the power punches of Paula and curses her as they both head to their
corners to get cleaned up.
Round 4:
Paula again started quickly, taking a few shots to her face, before
this time parrying a straight punch and stepping in to work the body
once again.
Hilary shook her head and shoves back Paula to create space between
them, then rifles two more straight strikes that open up a trickle of
blood from Paula's nostrils.
But Paula isn't going to give up the momentum she's gained so easily,
shoving her own way back up the centre as both fighters start firing
away hard shots.
This time Paula tries an uppercut that Hilary just gets out the way
of, but leaves herself open for another straight shot to her body and
two up top to her cheeks.
Paula able to back Hilary onto the ropes, the big girl is covering up
as at first Paula tries to strike up the centre, then changes her
tactic to throw hooks to the side of the body.
Having enough of being pinned to the ropes, Hilary strikes fast and
hard up the centre, Paula is caught right on her nose and backs off as
she yelps out in pain.
The fighters circle for a moment as they try to reset, though Paula's
coach is understandably shouting for her to get back to the inside.
As she attempts too, it's a wasted chance as Hilary times her coming
in and slams a right to the side of her head to shake her head.
The round comes to an end not long after with Hilary finishing strong
after a not so good round for her, she allows herself a small smile as
she jogs back to her corner.
Paula not getting worried yet, knowing she's in this fight now and in
her own head she's ready to put Hilary down for the count.
Round 5:
Trying to catch Hilary out again, Paula tries to make up the distance
between them quickly and once more takes two punches to her face
before trying to parry the third.
This time though Hilary feints with a left that Paula gets ready to
block, instead she gets a right hook catching her and turning her
head.
Paula being pressed back to the ropes by the barrage of punches from
Hilary, pounding her head as she looks to end this.
But Paula manages to duck under a right and clinches up with Hilary, a
cut has opened under the left eye of Patton as some blood rubs from
the cut onto the shoulder of Rhoda.
The girls are pulled apart and Paula manages to get a few good punches
on the inside till her cut gets clipped and as she groans out in pain,
she takes another hard right to it.
Hilary isn't letting Paula get a chance to breath as she smashes her
back to the ropes and both girls slug it out on the ropes.
But it's clear that Paula is getting the worst of it, soon she's
covering up as Hilary changes up her tactics, using her left to keep
her opponent pinned to the ropes, using her right to swing punches
around the guard to that swollen left side and the cut.
The referee moving in closer, Paula maybe seeing this knocks the left
away from her guard and steps forward to land a right to her cheek to
stop pressing her opponent back.
But as she tries to get forwards, Hilary catches her again with a left
hook this time that knocks Paula back once more.
Late in the round and Paula is backing up, trying to get a moment to
recover, but Hilary's long legs allow her to keep in close to keep the
pressure on.
The bell rings and Hilary pumps her fist to the crowd, Paula looking
beat up as blood covers the left side of her face, the cut under her
eye running down her cheek.
Both fighters sitting on their stools to get cleaned up but it's Paula
who is getting the most work and her coach tries to hide it but
clearly he is worried about her.
So is the doctor standing by watching if the cut is fixed up enough
for her to continue, before she's is allowed to continue, he checks
over the cut and puts a thumbs up to the referee to let her continue.
Round 6:
Paula looks like she's just after surviving as she heads out her
corner, the aggression that got her to the inside seems to have been
knocked out of her by Hilary.
The lanky model keeping Paula on the back foot as she presses her back
around the ring, looking for an opening to finish this.
A straight thuds through the guard to the lips of Paula to open the
guard up and she follows quickly with a left hook, then a right that
turns her legs to jelly and an uppercut puts her down to her back!
The referee checks Paula and she's flat out for the count, the fight
is waves off as she can't continue.

Winner: Hilary Rhoda KO Round 6

After:
Raising her fists to the crowd as she turns around to look at them,
Hilary feels vindicated as she proved to Paula that she's better then
her in the ring tonight.
Paula on the other hand is checked over by the ringside doctor, blood
running down from her cut to the canvas.
Soon she splutters awake as the doctor holds smelling salts under her
nose, she needs help being put onto her stool so she can be cleaned
up.
In the opposite corner, Hilary getting her gloves taken off as she
hugs Taryn and Eva, thanking them for helping her in the corner.
As she spots Paula looks in better shape then she was, Hilary heads
over to her and pulls her up to her feet by her hair.
Paula whining as she feels sore all over, having to look into the eyes
of the woman who just hammered her around the ring.
Soon Hilary drags Paula around the ring giving her a walk of shame
after all the trash talking between them, Hilary telling her "you
wanted to see if you could hang with us young models, remember this
walk because you'll never be in our class"
After she finishes the walk, she shoves Paula into her coaches arms
and says to him "if she ever gets ideas of fighting me again, remind
her of this because I'll hurt her worse"
Before she turns to her corner, she jokes "but if she ever wants to do
a photoshoot with me, then I'll check my busy schedule" winking as she
heads off.
Paula is helped out the ring by her coach, looking pissed off as she
stares at the ramp she's walking up, this won't put her off even if
she gets humiliated again, the FCBA title can be hers she thinks.
Hilary on the other hand blows kisses to the crowd, looking proud of
herself as she walks around the ring celebrating her victory.
Then she leaves the ring, thinking that in less then a year she's won
her tenth fight and had a title shot, she's looking to girls like
Kloss, Righetti and Upton now.
