(Beever's Babes USA vs Girls Friday)

Intro:
Big British super fight here as two possible contenders for the FCBA
welterweight title, as former champion Gemma Atkinson fights former
title contender Michelle Ryan.
Gemma is 32 years old, stands at 5'9, hails from Bury, holds a record
of 19 wins, 17 knockouts and 19 defeats, as stated she is a former
FCBA welterweight champion.
While Michelle is 33 years old, stands at 5'7, hails from Enfield;
London, holds a record of 17 wins, 14 knockouts, 12 defeats.
These two fought 2 years ago in the FCBA welterweight revival
tournament that begun to rejuvenated the division into the growing
division we have, with Gemma Atkinson winning by a 7 round knockout.
It was did these two had a friendly type of rivalry, but both were
desperate to win as they know that only a win here keeps them in title
contention, a loss moves them near the back of the queue of a hot
division.

Meeting at the press conference, both girls shook hands and gave each
other a small smile, but their eyes couldn't hide the competitive edge
they have as they stare hard at each other.
Led to their tables, Gemma speaks first as she nods to the press "I
have to get to what people want to know, I suffered a minor injury
when this fight was to take place a few months ago, I have heard
people claim I was afraid to fight Michelle, we've known each other a
lot of years and she knows I am not afraid"
Michelle can be seen smiling and nodding her agreement at that, "I can
tell you I am one hundred percent and ready to take down Michelle to
remind you all why I won the title and she didn't"
Some needle creeping in between the girls, Michelle laughing it off as
she replies "if that was anyone else I would be upset, but Gemma is
just moody that we didn't get to batter each other a few months ago"
She adds "normally I don't like or respect anyone, while I don't want
to hang out with Gemma exactly, we both came up through the BBU, we
fought these Americans who thought they were better then us and we
beat them"
Getting serious though, she finishes by saying "that doesn't mean I
don't plan on ruining you, we both know you only won the welterweight
title because I weakened Kate Upton"
It's Gemma's turn to scowl as she stares at Michelle, before both are
led up for a final stare down, Gemma asking "is that so?" With
Michelle replying "I think we can finish that debate in the ring can't
we?" Both nodding before leaving the stage with one intention on their
kinds, be ready to crush each other in the fight.

Fight night, out comes Gemma Atkinson with Victoria Beckham by her
side, she is wearing a white bikini with a red rose design on her left
bra cup, she has red gloves on too and her blonde hair is braided.
She walks to the ring with a serious look on her face, she nods to her
fans but is focused on the ring and winning this fight.
She climbs into the ring with her right fist pumping into the air on
her way to her corner, then goes through her warm up as she gets
there.
Now out comes Michelle, she has Melanie Sykes and Eva Carneiro by her
side, she's wearing a light blue bikini with matching gloves, her hair
is in a ponytail as she begins her walk to the ring.
She doesn't seem to have the scowl she normally wears, but she still
looks fully focused on this fight, knowing that Gemma isn't someone to
ignore.
Climbing into the ring, Michelle heads to her corner, banging her
gloves on the top turnbuckle and taking a deep breath, she turns back
and now that scowl her fans have come to know and love has appeared.
Both are asked to the ring centre, the impressive bodies on both is
something to see as they go nose to nose, no real hint of emotion on
their faces, they just want to get this fight started.
Bumping gloves together respectfully when prompted, the girls jog back
to their corners, ready to fight as the referee signals for the bell
to begin 10 rounds of welterweight action.

Round 1:
Out come the fighters, circling each other early with testing jabs,
Gemma starting off the better as that slight reach advantage allows
her to stay at her range.
Michelle changing up her movements, bobbing her head side to side to
make those jabs from her opponent sail by, then she steps in and lands
a right cross up top.
As Gemma tries to counter, Michelle shows off by leaning out the way
of a right and circling around her blonde opponent.
Michelle controlling the pace with her movements, maybe the injury
Gemma had a few months ago is still playing on her mind.
She takes a right and left across her cheeks, before she can catch
Michelle with a straight, then misses with her own right that was
aiming for the cheek of Ryan.
Who dances out of range and taunts Gemma to come get some, Gemma
looking embarrassed as she comes headhunting, not focusing enough as
she tries to get back at Michelle.
Instead Michelle catches her with a double jab to set up a right
across her face. Gemma covering up as she is pressed back around the
ring.
The bell ringing to end the round as Gemma looks flustered, Michelle
looking at her with questioning eyes, maybe wondering why Gemma has
started so slowly.
Michelle telling Gemma "you better bring it, I am not holding back on
you" Gemma staring hard at her, as if answering her through her
mannerisms, before they head back to their corners.
Round 2:
Out come both girls looking more urgent in their actions, Michelle
starting off strongly as she jabs away at Gemma, landing with her
right to the body of her opponent.
But Gemma is catching her coming in more often, the girls starting to
trade in closer as Atkinson shows her raw power, knocking Michelle
back a step with a hard right cross.
The slightly older fighter tightening her guard as Gemma lands several
shots to her forearms, Michelle's footwork getting her out of trouble
as she ducks a left hook and slips under the arm into free space.
Michelle rifles a straight to the nose of Gemma and two to the ribs of
the blonde, who groans out and takes a step back to create space.
Trying to jab at Michelle to keep her back for a moment to work out
her opponent, Michelle though keeps the pressure on her with several
flurries pushing Gemma back.
Near the ropes Gemma parries a right and slams a straight back into
the nose of Michelle, knocking the brunettes head back.
That gives Gemma the opening she wanted, she lands another two punches
to each side of Michelle's face, forcing Michelle onto the back foot.
Michelle moving her head out the way of another straight punch,
stepping forwards and meeting Gemma head on, both girls landing hard
shots as the seconds tick away in the round.
The bell rings with both girls just about holding back, Gemma asking
Michelle "is that what you want?" In an angry tone, Michelle just
smirks and nods as she returns to her corner.
Both sitting on their stools, getting cleaned up as they seem relaxed
as they chat to their coaches, Michelle though looks the happier as
she knows she's started the faster.
Round 3:
Michelle looking to build off her early success, moving side to step
to confuse Gemma, but Atkinson looks to have shaken off whatever
plagued her mind earlier.
Gemma landing a jab to the lips of Michelle, then she adds a right to
the body, that puts Michelle on the back foot.
The brunette trying to fight back but now she's the one under
pressure, Gemma working her back towards the ropes with straight
punches that knock her head back.
A trickle of blood runs from the bottom lip of Michelle, who is forced
behind her guard, Gemma adding shots to the body of Ryan as she
presses her to the ropes.
Michelle trying to fight her way back off the ropes, both girls
pounding away at each others faces, till Ryan pulls her in to a
clinch.
The girls grappling on the ropes, the referee getting the girls apart,
Michelle quick to move off the ropes, Gemma scowling at her as she now
waves Michelle to bring it.
Michelle comes forwards to square up to Gemma, both girls slugging it
out; the blonde landing the cleaner punches as she steps back and
connects with a right and left cross.
Gemma forcing Michelle behind her guard as the round is coming to an
end, the Emmerdale star is punishing her opponent to the body.
The bell rings with Gemma looking confident as she heads back to her
corner, nodding to Victoria as she sits on her stool.
Michelle wiping the blood from her lip, she sits on her stool and
stares at her gloves, then sits up to stare at Gemma, both girls
staring hard at each other as tempers are starting to flare.
Round 4:
Both girls come out quickly, Michelle landing several jabs as she
moves around Gemma, till she gets caught by a left hook that makes her
stumble back a step.
Gemma forces Michelle onto her heels, the brunette covering up as her
arms takes a pounding from a relentless Atkinson.
A double jab lands to the bloody lips of Michelle, causing her to
groan out loudly and get pressed back against the ropes.
Gemma looking dominant now as she hammers away to the sides of
Michelle's body, sweat flying off her body into the front row shows
the power in the blondes punches.
But she leaves her guard down a little too low, allowing Michelle to
counter with a left hook up top and just missing with an uppercut as
Gemma steps back out of range.
That allows Michelle off the ropes, she gets her movement back as
Gemma tries to charge back in, missing with a left hook of her own and
taking two body shots to force air from her body.
A jab catches Michelle, but the follow up right cross misses and the
girls nearly clash bodies as Gemma is off balance but Michelle doesn't
take advantage in time.
Both fighters in the full flow now, circling and trading, Gemma with
another stiff straight to Michelle's lips, the brunette's bottom lips
starting to really flow.
But she stays in the fight by ducking a right and landing a left cross
of her own to back Gemma up a step now, a small grin crossing
Michelle's face.
With seconds to go in the round though, Gemma manages to plant her
feet and both girls let their hands go, wild shots being thrown by
both girls, when they do land cleanly, they look to be doing some real
damage.
At the bell, both fighters stand and stare, looking at the puffy
reddened cheeks they both have, Michelle looks worse thanks to the
bloody lip and her body has a pink hue on both sides.
They head back to their corners not looking as relaxed as before, they
know how dangerous the other is, one mistake is all it takes.
Round 5:
The fighters circle early in the round, trading jabs as they look for
an opening, Gemma looks the more aggressive though as she darts
forwards a few times, looking for the big punch to end this.
She manages to get a jab between the gloves of Michelle, knocking her
head back and giving her the opening she needs to add three more shots
through the gloves to those bloody lips.
Michelle is knocked back several steps as Gemma hunts her down,
tightening her guard up as the blonde slams several punches into it.
Finding no success there, Gemma switches to the body, almost barging
into her opponent as she slams two hooks to either side of Ryan's
body.
Retreating, Michelle backs away as Gemma hunts her down around the
ring, banging her jab into the guard, she nearly gets Michelle onto
the ropes, but Michelle shows she still has the ring presence to move
off the ropes back towards the ring centre.
Gemma trying to keep the pressure on, but as she goes for another
straight to those lips, Michelle bobs her head to the side and lands a
right hook to turn the head of the blonde.
Then she adds a left to press her backwards, momentum starting to
change as Michelle slips inside again to land three quick punches up
top.
Gemma covering up as she gets worked back, her abs taking a beating
from several shots as she is nearly on the ropes.
But she manages to land a straight that stops the assault from
Michelle and just misses a left hook with some real venom on it.
As she tries to build on that, she misses a right and gets caught on
the chin with an uppercut, Michelle lands a straight to push Gemma
onto the back foot with seconds to go in the round, she's pounding
Gemma to the body and the head as she senses a chance to really hurt
her.
The bell rings soon enough, Gemma shaking her head at Michelle to say
she's OK, though judging by the grin on Michelle's face says she
doesn't believe her.
Both girls getting patched up as they sit on the stool, Victoria and
Melanie both giving advice but the girls seem to not be listening,
just enjoying being cleaned up as both are feeling sore.
Round 6:
Gemma looking to hunt down Michelle, both girls landing single jabs as
they meet back up, the blonde looking to land something bigger all the
time it seems.
She misses with a right cross as Michelle ducks under it and comes
back up with an overhand right that makes the blonde stumble back.
Michelle comes forwards with a right hook that catches Gemma to the
cheek, with Gemma firing her jab out defensively.
It creates some space for Gemma but as she tries to land a left, she
misses and Michelle counts with a right hook that catches her on the
chin.
Gemma goes down to her back, she's blinking as she tries to clear her
head, the referee counting above her as she tries to turn and push
herself up.
But as she attempts to, she slips and falls back onto her front, the
referee gets to 10 and the fight is over!

Winner: Michelle Ryan KO Round 6

After:
Michelle with a big knockout, pounds her chest as she struts around
the ring, getting a loud roar from the crowd as she smiles.
Before she surprises the fans by heading over to Gemma, helping her up
as she checks on her beaten opponent.
Gemma nodding after Michelle asks if she is OK, though she stumbles
slightly and Victoria rushes in to make help keep her upright.
Michelle and Gemma bump a glove to show respect, before heading to
their corners to get cleaned up.
Melanie quickly rushes over to hug her fighter, the two smiling as she
tells Michelle "another win on the board, not long till it's time to
head to the beach"
Michelle smiling as she thinks of the plans she has for next month,
getting her gloves taken off and her lip fixed up to stop it bleeding.
After they are both fixed up, the fighters head to the ring centre for
the final result to be announced, Michelle getting her head raised as
Gemma nods at her.
Gemma telling Michelle as they come back together "next time we fight
I'm taking you down bytch" with Michelle replying "anytime" as they
both grin at each other.
They leave the ring together taunting each other and smiling, showing
it's not all nasty, though they are not exactly sounding like they are
joking.

The press wanting a word from both girls as they head to the back,
Gemma asked if she is OK? She replies "yeah, I've been hit with worse"
as she elbows Michelle in her side.
Then she adds "I have to give Michelle, she came out hard from the
bell and I wasn't fully focused, next time we fight though, I won't
make that mistake"
Michelle smirking as she replies "we'll see, I have plenty of girls
who think they can beat me, you beat me once babe, now I owe your
arse"
Both go nose to nose, Gemma smiling and patting Michelle on her arm,
saying "we'll see someday who owns who" as she winks and heads off to
her locker room.
Michelle has one thing on her mind "before I go, Katrina Law and me
need to chat, preferably on a beach with our fists, hopefully you are
not too stupid to work out what I'm saying" banging her fists together
as she grins and heads to her locker room.
This win for Michelle is big considering both are top ten contenders,
Gemma will probably get back on track believe the pundits at ringside.
