BEFORE: These blondes apparently couldn't hurt a proverbial fly but Dakota Fanning jumped into a fast career start against fellow free agents Nicole Gale Anderson and Miranda Cosgrove before Danielle Campbell and Ariel Winter poured some cold water over her looming hot streak. Meanwhile Dove Cameron wants to win her first fight as a member of the Mirage Boxing after Emma Stone pounded her into a pulp on the Empire stable war undercard. This is a perfect match-up for any flyweight-themed event and even BLONDE! Magazine voices their support of the girls involved claiming Dakota and Dove are simply underestimated in the big picture and can deliver the fireworks when neccessary.

Dakota Fanning wears a green bikini set with white trim and white gloves. Long blonde hair straight. Dove Cameron wears a light blue bikini set and brown gloves. Long blonde hair in loose waves. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the flyweight division.

Round 1:
Dakota is two inches taller than her opponent and the superior reach comes to the fore during the opening round. She aims her aerial attack upstairs and rocks Dove's head back as the younger blonde's guard struggles to embrace the early drive. Dakota keeps digging her mitts into Dove's cheeks down the stretch and reels her opponent backwards however she can't quite land the big haymaker to claim ultimate superiority. Dove reverts into a hectic retreat before finally standing up to the pressure and delivering a couple of promising hooks when she runs out of real estate. Fanning tries to pin her to the turnbuckle but could use a proper switch to the body; her execution drops in the final minute and she begins to bounce off Cameron's high guard repeatedly in the dying seconds which doesn't really change the scorecards revenue.

Round 2:
Fanning tries to blast her way through Cameron's high guard early in the second but she clips the top of the fellow blonde's shoulder and gets countered with a nasty hook on the nose that wobbles her on the heels on the spot. One could argue that's a result of Dakota's mediocre punching resistance rather than Dove's outright power but the Mirage recruit jumps into a steady jabbing assault thereafter and picks the older blonde off from point-blank range. As much as the lack of core strenght on both sides was discussed before the fight, the defense is anything but solid as well. Fanning's head snaps back under the Cameron onslaught repeatedly and the older of the two girls just doesn't have the movements of her foe so she sinks on jelly knees and begins to gurgle in pain once Dove clears the second minute in full control and fires away in a classic teenage fashion - even though she's no longer a teenager. Dakota wobbles back to the ropes and displays woeful counterpunching skills, she grazes Cameron's forearms but eats a clubbing hook on the fly and slides against the turnbuckle fortunate to hear the bell soon afterwards. Dove squeals in delight but the joyful outburst is more suitable for a maiden trip to Disneyland rather than FCBA boxing ring!

Round 3:
Dakota struggles to match Dove's speed and wastes the opening minute in another fruitless counterpunching pursuit while the younger blonde delivers the juice upstairs and seemingly begins to wear her opponent down through sheer amount of strikes rather than outright power. That's hardly surprising and as both girls keeps firing away in the center of the ring, Cameron begins to stack up the numbers and leaves Fanning's pale skin well reddened come the second minute. Dakota eats every three punches for her own single one landing and scowls in pain when Dove finally cracks her ribcage in a sudden switch of targets. Ugh! Dakota bends forward like got clipped in the liver but she remains glued to the spot and only applies the clinching respite which is broken off by the referee. Dove leaps with a quick uppercut on the jaw and Dakota gets bounced off the ropes before another zipping cross nails her on the brow ridge and results in another swollen patch. The bell just couldn't come any sooner to save the older blonde from more punishment!

Round 4:
Dakota's really upset over her facial lumps and vows to wipe the goofy Disneyland smile off Dove's face in the fourth. The gung-ho approach brings her an early success as she beats the younger blonde for the initial punch and camps into her cheeks however Cameron's footwork saves her from imminient damage. The older blonde might dominate with her jabbing production however she just can't tee off properly and allows Dove to escape into mid-range safety down the stretch. Both girls spend the second minute circling each other and gathering their thoughts before Fanning leaps into another aggressive drive that enables her to land more solid single punches upstairs. Still, she can't quite dump the Mirage blonde onto the ropes and lacks a proper combo to underline her intentions however she does enough to probably win the round as Dove barely landed a clean punch in this round.

Round 5:
Fanning stopped leaking punches in the fourth and intends to bury her opponent under a similar aggressive charge she displayed minutes before however she falls foul to Dove's supreme footwork one more time and cuts thin air over hee shoulder while leaning too far forward. A quick strike on the nose bends her sideways before a well-placed uppercut finds the jaw and sinks the older blonde into spasms! Dakota's feet are left behind and she rolls down the windows with her arms just to stay upright however Dove squares up to her in a hurry and bangs away at the swollen brow ridge which begins to look even worse now... a quick series of unanswered strikes cripples Fanning amid more spasms and she can't actually lock a clinch anymore as Cameron whips her on the heels with another vicious uppercut! Dakota's arms collapse by the side and the Mirage prospects lands another cross on the lips followed by a laser of a left hand on the ear... Where did she learn that? DOWN GOES FANNING!!! The shot to the ear simply ragdolls the older blonde to the boards and she rolls onto her back with eyes closed. Her punching resistance was questioned tonight already and she flinches into knockout spasms sooner rather than later! KO5 Dove Cameron!!!

AFTER: For someone who allegedly couldn't hurt a fly that was a monster of a finish from Cameron! Joining forces with Mirage might be the best thing that has happened to the blonde cutie ever and the main reason she uppended a girl with a very similar upside tonight. There's truly nothing to choose physically between both Dove and Dakota - and Boxing World Online rankings seem to confirm that - but having a stable backing always brings you confidence the uncertain free agency waters fail to provide.

Dove dances around the fallen blonde for a while but the giggles stop when someone from the crowd mentions the Pretty Little Punchers snub she (un)officially experienced back in 2014: "Contrary to some rumours, they didn't choose Danielle Campbell over me! Okay, so maybe they did... stupid Ariana Grande loss robbed me of that opportunity! But that doesn't matter anymore! I have a management who believes in me now! So if your name is Sarah Hyland, Sammi Hanratty or Stella frickin' Hudgens, you're in DEEP trouble now! Ready or not, here I come! The Cute Assassin!"
