BEFORE:



"You know, it frustrates me," says Jessica with a shake of the head. "I mean, here I am, still one of the hottest women in the world and one of the best bantams in the world, a two-time champion, and I'm an indie while girls with HALF my talent are managed. Girls like Kat Dennings!"



"Jessica's frustrated," asks Kat with a smirk. "Well, let's just see if I can make her forget all about her mental pain...with a little PHYSICAL pain."



ROUND ONE:



O'Dell: "Back at ringside and that's 'These Boots Are Made For Walkin'', and here comes the singer of this particular version of that tune, two-time former FCBA Champion Jessica Simpson!"



McCarthy: "Who has the IQ of a grapefruit."



Cassie: "Now, fans, if everything suddenly goes black, that will be all the equipment shorting out when lightning strikes Mac..."



Tess: "Good one, BFF..."



McCarthy: "SHUT UP, WALMART!"



O'Dell: "Drink up, boys, and drink in the still-rocking body of JSimpsy, as she's helped off with the robe to reveal a coral bikini that the fans definitely seem to like. And, that's 'I Don't Feel Like Dancin'' by Scissor Sisters you hear behind us, and here comes Kat 'The Rack' Dennings..."



Cassie: "One of those titles Simpson won was the JMD title, and, this fight ISN'T JMD, but it certainly COULD be."



O'Dell: "Kat wasting no time getting into the ring. She's helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve. Wearing that curve-hugging black bikini we've seen before. And, we're about ready to go. Time to get some picks. Tess favors Kat. Mac?"



McCarthy: "Even a dim bulb like SIMPSON can beat one of Campbell's proteges. Jessica."



O'Dell: "Cassie?"



Cassie: "I agree with Tess!"



O'Dell: "First round underway and Simpson just going right after Dennings! Kat forced to cover up early as Jessica's just letting the hands go right off the bell! Simpson winging away here, as Dennings gives some ground and looks to ride this out. Got to admit, Mac, this is a surprise..."



McCarthy: "I don't know why MORE girls don't do this. Simpson's got nothing to lose. Go AFTER it."



O'Dell: "And she IS after it in a big way, landing a solid right hand and forcing Dennings to tie up. Referee breaks and Jessica right back in the brunette's grill, working body, then going back upstairs. No idea if the blonde can keep up this work rate, but, for the moment, she's giving her rival a beating."



Cassie: "Kat definitely surprised by this. Did not expect Jessica to be this aggressive early."



O'Dell: "Final 30 seconds, and Dennings beginning to get going. Lands a good right hand that finally slows the blonde down a bit, but Jessica right back after the brunette. Ladies fall into a clinch and Simpson punches free landing a solid left uppercut. Good hook from Kat and there's the bell. Simpson. Wide."



Tess: "And with the early 10-9 lead."



ROUND TWO:



O'Dell: "Simpson aggressive again to start the second and SHE EATS A RIGHT HAND FROM DENNINGS! Oh, Kat wasn't having any more and she NAILED the blonde with that right! Simpson now backing and covering as Kat comes forward, gets in close, works some body of her own..."



Tess: "Jessica's legs still plenty sturdy, and, if anyone has any doubts, that was a BIG shot and she shipped it."



O'Dell: "And didn't wobble, though she may be a little buzzed at the moment. Dennings in clear control after that big first by the blonde. She's banging away at the body, saving a few hooks and uppies for the head, taking canvas slowly, despite determined resistance from the former champion..."



Cassie: "Simpson tying up, but Dennings just shoving her away."



O'Dell: "Kat VERY strong at this weight, and she's an excellent in-fighter, as you can clearly see by what's happening now. She's leveraging Simpson, opening up that body, then tenderizing it with hard leather. Ten seconds to go in a second that's been a complete turn around, and there's the bell. Kat. Wide."



McCarthy: "And, we're even at 19."



ROUND THREE:



O'Dell: "Third underway and the ladies simply meet in the center of the ring and begin working body. Plenty of banging to ribs and midsection going on and now SIMPSON GOES RACK! Dennings banging back in kind and there are some HARD shots landing in the bust line right now..."



McCarthy: "Surprised it took THIS long for this to happen!"



O'Dell: "Simpson upstairs, then right back into Kat's bra. Dennings again responding in kind, then hooking some ribs for good measure. TON of body work going on right now, as two sturdy bantams with great bodies bet that their own can outlast their rival's, because, what's happening now is a serious effort at attrition."



Tess: "No question about it, Jenny."



O'Dell: "Final thirty seconds of a good, two way round, and the ladies go upstairs, then right back to the rack. Lots of wincing going on now as those solid blows hit the bikini cups. Both blonde and brunette feeling the sustained attacks on their respective bust lines as we approach the bell. And, there it is. Close. Simpson."



Cassie: "And, Jessica's back on top, 29-28."



ROUND FOUR:



O'Dell: "Right back to work in the fourth, and the rack abuse continuing early. Simpson a nice combination that lands in Dennings' bikini cups and Kat responds with a left hook to the head and a right to the bra. Blonde hooking some body, brunette lands a right hook to the chin that backed Jessica up a step."



Tess: "Lot of grinding going on in there right now."



O'Dell: "And, not really a surprise considering how these ladies fight. A GOOD right hand there by Simpson got Kat's attention. Dennings hooks the bikini top in response and Simpson bangs a left hook into Kat's as a rejoinder! BLASTING UPPERCUT TO THE RACK HURTS SIMPSON and Dennings DROPS HER WITH A RIGHT HOOK TO THE CHIN!"



Cassie: "Dropped her guard with that rack shot and wasted no time following up."



O'Dell: "Dennings to a neutral corner. Simpson on her back, one hand cupping her right breast. Count at three. Four. Five. Simpson rolls to her hands and knees. Six. Seven. Eight. Tries to push to her feet and crumples back to the canvas! Nine. Ten! It's OVER! And your winner by KO4 is Kat 'The Rack' Dennings!"



McCarthy: "Lucky punch, that's all."



AFTER:



O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"



Tess: "I have our winner, Kat Dennings, and, Kat, lot of leather exchanged in there."



Kat (nodding): "I expected her to be aggressive. Nothing to lose and a lot to gain. But, I didn't expect her to go all buzz saw in the first. Took me a minute to slow that down, but, it was all good once I did."



Tess: "Are you surprised she went rack?"



Kat: "Not at ALL. I expected it. She had a LOT of things to prove in there, and that was one of them. Got proved wrong, though. Very wrong."
