FIGHT NIGHT LIVE: SIN CITY ROLLERS PPV

Intro:
The 'Portuguese Princess' Daniela Ruah meets Joanne Kelly for the third time in their career, this time they are fighting in Las Vegas in the world famous MGM arena.
Daniela is 33 years old, stands at 5'8 1/2, holds a record of 25 wins, 22 by knockout and 9 defeats.
While Joanne is 38 years old, stands at 5'9 and holds a record of 8 wins, 7 by knockout and 9 defeats to her name.
As stated this is the third fight between these two, the first taking place in 2012; in fact it was Joanne's debut as she won with a 7th round stoppage, the heated rematch took place a year later with Joanne again winning, this time by a knockout in the 5th round.
So as the fighters come face to face, it's understandable that Joanne looks cool and confident, compared to the piercing eyes of Daniela.
Heading to their tables, the two fighters sit with Daniela asked to speak first to the press, her face still looking deeply serious as she says "OK you all know my history with Joanne and if you don't then you are in the wrong business"
She continues "Joanne has beaten me twice, I have heard the reason I didn't come after her was because of Wiz or because I was afraid of her, the answer is simply we both have had better things to do, I helped rule the asylum for Wiz and she went on to fight Yvonne (Strahovski) so there is no conspiracy"
Chuckling a little before she adds "but now we are both free agents and were offered a chance to go at it again, well I wouldn't turn this down for anyone, I respect her a lot, she is my biggest rival and now I begin to even the score out between us in Vegas of all places"
Joanne smiling all the way through the speech, before replying "I wish I could be bytchy and claim that she is lying but she isn't, we have both gotten to know each other through our fights, so I can vouch that she is far from scared of me"
"But I have proven twice that I am the better fighter, I have fought the best around here since day 1, yet I hear that I am the underdog in every fight I am in, no offence Daniela but do I need to beat you 100 times before I get credit?" Asks Joanne as she shakes her head as if to answer her own question.
"As always I look forwards to fighting Daniela and showing the princess that I am better woman once again" she says with a grin at Daniela, who just shakes her own head in reply.
The girls leave the stage with smiles on their faces, they start planning on how they are going to beat each other up.
Fight night, out comes Daniela with her coach behind her, she has a smile on her face as she heads to the ring.
She's wearing her favourite baby blue gear, sports bra, satin boxing shorts and gloves, her brunette hair is braided as she looks stunning.
Stepping into the ring, jogging to her corner, she flexes her arms to a cheer from her fans before turning to warm up.
Now out comes Joanne, she nods to her coach before starting her walk to the ring, she's wearing a red sports bra with tight shorts and gloves.
She climbs into the ring, jogging to her corner; she grins as she looks across the ring at Daniela, stretching to warm up.
Both are brought to the ring centre, no smiling now, both stare the other down as they try to get into the others head, secretly they know it won't have an effect, but they want to show the other that they are not afraid of them.
Asked to touch gloves, respectfully they touch them up, before jogging back to their corners, once back and ready, the referee signals for the bell to start 10 rounds of Lightweight action.

Round 1:
Out come the fighters with high guards, each testing the others defence out early with a simple jabbing attack to start.
Joanne is aiming her jab lower though, anyone who watched the first two fights knows why as she parries a straight and steps forwards to dig away to the body of Ruah.
The 'Portuguese princess' eating two hooks to her body, before she lands a right cross of her own up top, both girls settling in for a tight exchange.
Joanne head down, workman like in her body shots as she seems to pinpoint the same spots to hit, while Daniela snaps her punches into her opponent's face.
Daniela stepping back to create space, digging a double jab to the lips of Joanne, then follows up with a right cross to the cheek of the Warehouse 13 actress.
She starts to back Kelly up towards the ropes, but her jab gets parried and she takes a hard right just under her ribs.
Ruah forced to cover up as Joanne is straight back at her, swinging her punches at the body again, this time the American tucks her elbows in more to add protect.
Then fires back with an uppercut that doesn't land flush, but Joanne is forced onto the back foot, with Daniela eating away at her face with three straight punches.
The bell rings not long after with Joanne covering in, both girls jog back to their corners, Daniela rubbing her body with an annoyed look on her face, Joanne looking not much happier, even as pundits agree that round was better for her then Ruah with her constant pressure.

Round 2:
Out come the fighters with a more clear plan of attack it seems, Joanne trying to move her head more to make Daniela miss, before slipping to the inside.
But Daniela looks to outbox her, she moves back out the way of a right to her body, landing her own double jab to the lips of Kelly to knock her head.
The older fighter trying to find a way inside, can't find the gaps she needs though as Daniela is like a sniper, her punches finding their long range targets so perfectly to keep her opponent off balance.
Upping the tempo, Daniela lands two hard punches to the face of Joanne, who swings a hard right that misses due to Ruah leaning out the way, then Daniela counters with a right hook of her own.
Joanne stumbles back a step, her guard up as Daniela piles the pressure on with her punches smacking off the gloves of her rival, knocking her onto the ropes.
Taking a page out of Joanne's book, Daniela switches her attack to the body, but that gives her Canadian opponent a chance to fight back, both swinging and landing hard punches as they go hammer and tongs on each other.
Daniela looking really up for this as she beats her opponent on the ropes, having room to rear back more on her punches, she lands a hard right cross to the face of Joanne, opening a cut on the cheek of her fellow actress.
Who falls back behind her guard as Daniella just throws punch after punch at her in a real one sided display this round.
The bell rings with Joanne looking like she wants to scream out in frustration, she wanted to be the aggressor, but found herself just taking a real asskicking that round.
Of course Daniela looks more relaxed, having less to worry about compared to the cut Daniela, now she has a target to go at.

Round 3:

Daniela looking the lighter on her feet, jabbing away at the guard of Joanne to continue where she left off the last round, keeping her opponent away.
Joanne looks more desperate though, stalking Daniela back around the ring with both landing jabs out their guards.
Till she parries a right cross attempt and steps inside with a hard short sharp punch to the abs of Ruah, getting that machine gun like attack to the body of her opponent again working.
Daniela groaning out in pain, needs to nudge Joanne back with her left, before stepping back in with a right cross of her own that catches Kelly on her cut.
Yelping out in pain, Joanne is forced to retreat to reset herself as Daniela gives chase, both fighters landing single punches to the others face, till Joanne slips inside with a left cross to the cheek of Ruah and a right to the ribs.
Both plant their feet to fight on the inside, letting their hands go as they stuff some punches right into the others chin, Joanne nearly knocking Daniela over with her body as she pushes forwards, digging away to the body as Daniela gasps out.
Again the younger fighter needs to create space, almost pulling Joanne as she uses her momentum to switch positions, with Kelly on the ropes and Daniela again slamming punches into her opponents face.
Joanne trying to fight back, lands a hard right hook but gets caught with an uppercut as she tries to get off the ropes.
Instead she finds herself back in them as Daniels goes to work, slamming her punches around the guard to pound away at Joanne, who has to clinch up or be badly hurt.
The referee breaks them up, Joanne managing to step inside with a right to the body, but takes one across her cut cheek to make her groan out in pain just as the bell rings.
Joanne looking better that round but Daniela continues to look impressive, both girls getting cleaned up as they swing down, some ice being put onto Ruah's body though shows that could still be a problem.

Round 4:
Both fighters start off digging single punches through to the others face in the opening moments off the round, Joanne still looking to get inside to do some serious damage.
But as she tries to, Daniela times her coming in with a venomous right hook that catches Joanne flush on the side of her head, knocking it sideways with saliva and sweat in the air.
Joanne covering up as she's stunned, Daniela beating her back with four straight punches smacking into her face, a cut now opening on the bridge of her nose to make Kelly look even worse.
Daniela working hard as Joanne is pushed into a corner, her guard taking a real beating as it almost smashes back into her face repeatedly, the referee watching closely to end this.
But Joanne finds a way to clinch up, taking a hard straight to do it, she's glad just to get a moment to recover, shaking her head behind Daniela, her face starting to look a real mess.
Broken up by the referee, Joanne is fighting more defensively, jabbing away at Daniela to keep her back, Ruah pointing at her chin as she comes forwards, showing a cheeky side to her.
She parries a jab and lands a left cross to knock Joanne onto her heels again, Daniela looking impressive as she is starting to find a way through the guard to the face of Kelly, whose legs are starting to shake as she's forced back around the ring.
The bell rings soon enough with Daniela pounding her chest and shouting to the crowd "this is my moment!" Joanne looking in no shape to argue as she slumps onto her stool with her head down.
The first two fights were a close run affair between these two, Joanne is beginning to believe that Daniela has improved so much since there first encounter, her coach has to try to rally her spirits for the next round as he cleans her cut face up.

Round 5:
Joanne looks like she at least wants to put up a fight, coming forwards behind her guard as she swings away to the body of her opponent.
Trying to land a right hook to the ribs of Ruah, she misses as Daniela steps back, then quickly plants her feet and after snapping a straight to the face of Joanne to knock her head back, Daniela lands two right hooks that put Joanne to her side asleep, with the referee checking her over, waving for the bell as she's knocked clean out!

Winner Daniela Ruah KO Round 5

After:
A big statement tonight from Ruah, she looks relieved as she heads to her corner after getting a massive chip off her shoulder she's had for the past 5 years.
Hugging her coach and telling him thank you for all his help, Daniela starts to smile warmly as she starts to think about the win and not it's meaning.
The ringside doctor rushes in to help out the fallen Joanne, sitting her up and putting smelling salts under her nose, she splutters awake and as it dawns on her what happened, she looks embarrassed by the situation.
Daniela has her gloves taken off and jogs over to Joanne, kneeling next to her and jokingly saying "I finally got one on you, does that mean drinks on you"
With Joanne taking a moment to nod and smile back, answering "it won't be tonight, I need a nap for the weekend" Daniela helping her up and both embrace to show no hard feelings.
Though Joanne adds "but you know I have to beat you to get that two win difference back, I worked hard to earn that"
"And I'll work hard to show you I am the better woman" is the stern reply from Daniela, both nodding to the other as they smile, knowing they like each other but once in that ring it is everyone for themselves.
Joanne leaves the ring with help from her coach, both discussing how they are going to change up training to get her fitter then ever.
While Daniela does a lap inside the right with her right hand pumping into the air, before stopping in the ring centre and giving the fans a big kiss as a show of thanks for their support.
As she leaves the ring, pundits must be wondering if being released may have been the best thing for her, she's out of the shadow of her former stablemates and can forge her own path now with free agency, though it's going to be one hell of a hard road to the top.
