"I've been waiting a long time for this", says Adelaide with a nod. "And, I'm not going to waste this opportunity."

"She definitely has skills," says Gemma with a nod of her own. "She's no pushover, and I'm not treating her that way."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "We're back at ringside and that's 'Theme of Laura', by Akira Yamaoka..."

McCarthy: "Who? What's going on with these songs tonight?"

Cassie: "Well, if you read the prep material, you'd KNOW that this song comes from the movie 'Silent Hill: Revelation', and the young lady coming to the ring right now, Adelaide Clemens, was the star of that film..."

McCarthy: "I refuse to read Weirdo's propaganda!"

Tess: "And, you remain willfully clueless..."

McCarthy: "Shut UP, Walmart!"

O'Dell: "Drink up, boys, as Clemens climbs into the ring and is helped off with the robe. She's wearing a gold bikini and is in terrific shape for this one. And, that's 'London Calling' booming through the arena, and that means that 'The Gravesend Gladiator', Gemma Arterton is heading down to the ring..."

Tess: "Arterton, of course, a former lightweight champion, and she's looking to keep her position in the title picture and in the pecking order in a competitive Front Street lightweight division tonight."

O'Dell: "Gemma into the ring and helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve. She's wearing that violet bikini we've seen before. And, we're about ready to go. Time for some picks. Tess favors Gemma. Mac?"

McCarthy: "Again. Typical Dancing Hooker opponent. NO FCBA wins. Arterton."

O'Dell: "Cassie?"

Cassie: "I agree with Tess!"

O'Dell: "Ladies in agreement. Let's see if they're right. Early going sees Clemens wanting to work at range, and Arterton more than happy to oblige. Adelaide has some reach here, but Gems likes to use the gun platform, because it allows her to extend on her punches and make excellent use of that power."

Cassie: "And, she's doing both in spots right now, but Clemens able to get that jab on target and follow on with right hands some..."

O'Dell: "She is, indeed, and, when she does, she's forcing the brunette to the defensive. Gemma not staying there long. She's getting the hands up, angling, working to spots where she can get some work of her own done. Good, two-way round to this point, with both fighters getting some of what they want."

McCarthy: "I like Clemens' hands. They're fast and she's pretty accurate."

O'Dell: "Coming down the stretch in the opening round. Not a lot in it. Both blonde and brunette getting work done, but neither able to take any kind of control. Ten seconds remaining. GOOD combination by Adelaide, who landed the best punches of the round in that exchange and there's the bell. Close. Clemens."

Tess: "Long way to go, but not a bad start for the blonde."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Into the second and Arterton a bit more aggressive. She's angling again, slipping that jab, getting punches put together better than she did in the first. Clemens giving a little ground now, wants to keep that range, does NOT want to get into a slugging contest with the brunette..."

Tess: "No, because that would be very, very bad."

O'Dell: "And, Adelaide smart enough to know that, and talented enough to prevent it happening. Blonde using that drop step, turning with Gems now, making the brunette work to line her up. But Arterton willing to put that work in. She's got educated feet and she's making good use of...DOWN GOES ADELAIDE!"

McCarthy: "Never saw that punch. Never saw it."

O'Dell: "But, she FELT it. A straight right hand drops Clemens to her back. Gemma to a neutral corner. Count at three. Four. Five. Six. Adelaide rolling to her hands and knees. Seven. Eight. Nine. TEN! It's OVER! The blonde can't get off of her knees, and it's OVER and your winner in one-punch fashion is 'The Gravesend Gladiator', Gemma Arterton!"

Cassie: "Just a perfect punch by one heck of a fighter."

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I have our winner, Gemma Arterton, and, Gems, that was FAST..."

Gemma: "Well, you get an opening, you take advantage of it. She doesn't have FCBA experience, but she's been boxing a while. She has skills. Length. Intelligence. You don't mess around with a girl like that. You get a chance to take her out, you do it. Right then."

O'Dell: "There's going to be a title fight later tonight..."

Gemma (smiling): "Hey, the winner will know I'm around, right?"
