BEFORE: 'Love Island' TV show winner Cara De La Hoyde claims to be the new JMD elite talent however wins over veteran Abi Titmuss and the lacklustre Bianca Gascoigne didn't exactly earn her the experts' support and the Kent brunette is somewhat up against the odds here in Manchester tonight. Local girl Sam Cooke makes a BBU return following a brief guest stint at the vaunted Asylum Arena in Philadelphia, PA last year and even though her physical shape remains a great unknown, the pundits still consider her a slight favorite ahead of the loud-mouthed but enigmatic De La Hoyde.

Both girls look fired up during the introductions with Cara trying to bury a low shot into the blonde's gut right under the referee's nose. BBU TV's Anna Woolhouse believes the tempers will boil over very quickly in the ring tonight but Sam has the crowd support behind her and she's not gonna allow this bullying to stand for much longer.

Sam Cooke wears a black bikini set and red gloves. Long blonde hair straight. Cara De La Hoyde wears a violet bikini set with black trim and silver gloves. Long raven-black hair straight. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the bantamweight division. JMD rules apply.

Round 1:
Sam uses the superior reach to dominate the opening exchange and neutralizes Cara's aggressive approach by thumping her straight up the middle. The brunette's jugs are lifted in the familiar north/south fashion but the Kent girl refuses to back off from the close range and barks in her efforts to halt the blonde's feisty start. However she gets outworked through the first minute and drops to her heels when Cooke delivers more successful uppercuts. She then flicks a left hook on the temple just to put Cara off her stance even further before digging a low hook on the belly button. De La Hoyde finally thinks better off it come the final minute and retreats to mid-range yet Cooke is all over her with more productive uppercuts that clearly indicate how she can use the superior reach into her advantage. Moreover the brunette probably didn't expect her opponent to come out is such an aggressive manner in first place.

Round 2:
There's no substitute for aggression in JMD rules and the war of attrition script is followed by both women straight off the bell in the second. Sam rips through Cara's leaky defence and connects with her jugs in classic uppercut fashion but the brunette still leans on her and tackles her boobs from each side seemingly trying to squeeze them out of the bikini top. Both women's eyes are glued on the racks and they even clash heads at one point but that doesn't stop their high-octane effort whatsoever. The referee also simply allows them to get on with it until Cooke finally gains an advantage and buries another low shot on the navel which wobbles De La Hoyde on her heels. A quick hook finds it's way on the chin and drops the brunette's guard for good which allows the blonde to hammer in more vicious shots on the exposed cleavage. Sam literally pounds the suddenly hapless foe back to the ropes where she keeps her under wraps and drills the 30C rack so efficiently she leaves Cara screaming out in pain at the bell.

Round 3:
This is suddenly a real test of JMD character for the 'Love Island' winner but Sam keeps her foot on the gas pedal and stuns the brunette with another brutally effective uppercut drive. Cara can only graze the blonde's boobs in a tame response but sinks on her heels when Cooke hauls in more north/south uppercut strikes. Cara's eyes begin to bawl out to the back of her head as she soaks up a nasty punishment from point-blank range before she trips back to the ropes where she finally succumbs to the local girl's pressure. Uh-oh. Cara's boobs bounce off her slumping chin and DOWN SHE GOES ON HER KNEES in the middle of another uptempo uppercut barrage. Sam yells out in delight and the Manchester crowd gives her a standing ovation already as the banged up brunette takes her time before getting up at eight. She gives the smiling blonde a proper death stare but she's in survival mode for remainder of the round as Cooke stalks her around the ring in - an ultimately failed - attempt to finish her off. However the odds are now stacked in favor of the former Page 3 girl so Anna Woolhouse understand why De La Hoyde looks so upset during the break.

Round 4:
Sam seeks the ultimate destruction of the Kent brunette but bounces off the guard early on and Cara enjoys her best stretch for a long while when she tags the blonde's boobs from both flanks and buries a promising uppercut on the chin. This only briefly halts the blonde's charge and both women slug it out in close range before too long again however De La Hoyde has apparently weathered the terrible third round to the point she can match Sam's intensity in classic jug muggin' brawl. In fact it's the former P3 girl who looks more upset as the battle rages on and begins to miss her punches while Cara dishes out several strikes over the top to interfere with the JMD rhythm. The referee is late to react to these actions but De La Hoyde then powers ahead with a drilling shot on the solar plexus before another wild hook nails Cooke on the windpipe and staggers her on the heels in the center of the ring. The Kent brunette pummels her to the ropes thereafter and launches a furious attack downstairs that punishes Sam's midsection more than her jugs but one last uppercut takes care of that and lifts the blonde's rack into her slumped chin right at the bell.

Round 5:
De La Hoyde produces a truly elite-contending comeback as she beats the local girl for the initial hook and drills her solar plexus with more venom when she splits her mitts and seemingly takes over the physical battle between the two. Sam looks a little tired as she's forced to swing from the back foot and it's truly astonishing to see her struggling to close out the deal when she was in total control after three rounds. But Cara has that aggressive feel about her as she nicks more drilling thumps to the body which slow Cooke even further. The blonde tails off to her heels while getting battered to the body and has to seek a clinching escape come the final minute. Cara shakes her off following a brief power struggle and delivers an uppercut galore to dissect the wilting guard; the late brunette flurry eventually caves the Manc model behind a desperate earmuff and even the crowd support doesn't help Cooke to restore some local pride anymore before the half-distance mark.

Round 6:
Sam tries to catch a second wind in her sails but eats an uppercut double straight through her boobs and wobbles forward so Cara can blast her across the chin with another brutal hook. Another uppercut series lifts the blonde's boobs into her face and the painful cries indicate how effective the brunette's punches are here... Cooke lands a single shot on the chest but gets caught in a leather storm with De La Hoyde yelling out in her desire to blow the blonde model away... she ravages Cooke's rack all the way through the first minute to leave the girl slumped on her heels with the arms sliding by the wayside as well... Sam simply cannot take the heat anymore AND DROPS TO HER KNEES when the Kent lass thumps more hooks into the exposed rack. Ugh! This is a real downer for everyone gathered in the area yet Sam battles back to her feet at seven allthough she doesn't look as confident as Cara did following her knockdown. And the brunette simply tees off on the 30F rack once the bout resumes... She lifts the blonde's mounds against her chin over and over again and Cooke just can't mount a comeback anymore dropping back to the ropes amid painful spasms... De La Hoyde hits the destruction button and there's no stopping her as she tackles the exposed rack with the blonde bawling out into a world of pain... Cooke gets pinned to the ropes and simply gives up the ghost just past the two minute mark.. SHE SLIDES DOWN ON THE BOARDS WITH EYES CLOSED and rolls to her left side when the count reaches six... KO6 Cara De La Hoyde in come-from-behind fashion!!!

AFTER: A hostile reaction from the crowd marks the brunette's third career victory but Cara truly doesn't care about it and bangs her glove against her boobs to indicate who's the superior woman tonight. That was some very tough JMD sledding for the 'Love Island' winner though but Anna Woolhouse gives her all the credit for the sensational comeback on enemy grounds. And Cara isn't done with the dazed blonde whatsoever, she grabs her by the hair and drags to the center of the ring where she mounts her tummy and buries her claws into the natural 30F assets of the defeated woman. Sam is close to tears as Cara mauls her tits, she admits that her jugs got stopped by the superior woman but it doesn't save her from the mandatory breast smother which puts the icing on De La Hoyde's victory cake: "Someone take this tramp outside! She's all gone here!"

Anna Woolhouse's inquiry into Cara's immediate plans reveal that Imogen Thomas is the preferred JMD target going forward and well, if the Kent brunette keeps her streak alive, her entry into the JMD title picture might become unavoidable next season.
